Až na pár nepříjemností které se nechají dotáhnout, skvělé bydlení

Naprosto skvělá lokace, pokud nejste fakt líný, tak pár minut pěšky máte centrum, památky, autobusové nádraží a bus přímo na mezistátní letiště. Hostitel byl milý. V místě bydlení je neuvěřitelná možnost venkovní Jacuzzi. I přes ty mínusy, to bylo dobré ubytování. EN - Absolutely great location! If you're not really lazy, the city center, landmarks, bus station, and a direct bus to the international airport are just a few minutes' walk away. The host was friendly. The place also has an incredible outdoor Jacuzzi. Despite a few downsides, it was a good accommodation overall.

Mínus bylo, že se na pokoji (ano vím během pobytu měli místní obyvatelé léto) nedalo zatopit. Nechtěli jsme ani tak kvůli zimě, ta nám nebyla, ale kvůli vlhkosti. Když venku 4 dny v kuse prší byla i v místnosti vlhkost, tudíž jsme nemohli usušit plavky, ručníky, oblečení. Sušili jsme to v bojových podmínkách fénem půjčeným z koupelny. To bylo opravdu nemilé. Na pokoji nebyla konvice. Což byla škoda, když už jsme měli i malou ledničku, ale za to velké plus! A nakonec velké mínus, s pánem jsme se domluvili, zda bychom mohli přespat i po návratu z Gronska (5 dní na Islandu -> 10 v Grónsku -> na Island a přestup s čekáním přes noc), pán nám řekl že nám vyhoví a že je to možné. Po návratu na Island nás ale odmítl, že nemá místo. To nebylo moc příjemné v našich plánech. EN- The downside was that we couldn't heat the room (yes, I know the locals were enjoying summer at the time). We didn’t need it for warmth but to combat the humidity. When it rains non-stop for four days, the room becomes damp, making it impossible to dry swimsuits, towels, or clothes. We had to dry them under "battle conditions" with a hairdryer borrowed from the bathroom, which was really unpleasant. There was no kettle in the room, which was a shame, especially since we had a small fridge—definitely a big plus! Lastly, a major downside was that we had arranged with the host to stay again after returning from Greenland (5 days in Iceland -> 10 days in Greenland -> back to Iceland with an overnight layover). He had assured us that it would be possible, but upon our return to Iceland, he refused us, saying there was no room. That really messed up our plans.

Perfect!

It was absolutely perfect! The studio has everything you could possibly need. The host went above and beyond to include all the essentials a traveler could want, plus more. They're also incredibly kind. Every time I visit Reyvik, I'll stay here.

Nur wegen der Nähe zum Zentrum

Das Bett war Ok

Sehr schmutzig, es gab morgens um 6.30 Uhr einen Feueralarm, keiner wusste bescheid, keiner war zu erreichen, ein security Mitarbeiter kam nach 45 Minuten und hat den Alarm gestoppt, wusste aber sonst auch nicht bescheid. Von Baldursbrá kam kein Reaktion

Una buena opción para hospedarse en Reykiavik

Me gustó que la calefacción funcionó en todo momento, además de la limpieza en los baños. Aquí dice que es baño compartido pero hay un baño y regadera por piso y solo hay 2-3 cuartos por piso, así que está excelente La ubicación es buena, aún en invierno, nos hicimos 15 minutos caminando al centro

Pratique et charmant mais il faut arranger le chauffage

Très jolie et spacieuse chambre triple, parking simple, cuisine privative dans la chambre

- Le lit double directement au sol - la chambre à côté de la porte d’entrée : beaucoup de bruit la nuit dès que la porte s’ouvre - certains chauffages ne fonctionnaient pas bien, chambre sur-chauffée on a dû ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer

De locatie is super. Je loopt zo het centrum in. Fijn dat je gratis kan parkeren. Het was schoon en de badkamer was prima.

Lieux à éviter à tout prix.

Lors de notre arrivée la fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte car occupée par un fumeur auparavant. Il faisait moins 1 dehors. Aucune personne pour l'accueil ni pour répondre à mes appels téléphoniques ni à mes WhatsApp. Endroit très vieillot et sans aucun charme. Difficulté pour garer son véhicule. Bref, endroit à ne pas recommander surtout sur un site comme booking qui ne nous avait jamais déçu auparavant.

Can't say if all the rooms are like the ones we got. I cannot recommend this place to my friends.

The room was very warm and the beds comfortable.

Very bad. The room was changed at the last moment. Instead of a double room on the first floor, we moved into a triple room on the top floor. the door in the shared shower room did not close. That is, it was not possible to close from the middle. Only the tropical shower worked in the shower room. If you do not plan to wash your hair, then you will have to go unbathed. During two days of stay, the toilet was never cleaned. The room was dirty. There was trash on the floor. The floor is not washed. The sink in the room was blocked. Something sticky was spilled in the fridge.

Było nieźle jak na lokalizację i cenę i jedną noc.

Było ciepło, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ciepła woda, ręczniki papierowe w łazienkach.

Śmierdząca kuchnia, stare sprzęty, otwarte zepsute okno w kuchni. Brak jakiejkolwiek szafki w pokoju 10, kawałek parapetu tylko był.

There was a smell in the room which i suspect coming from the sink and the water wasn’t going down to the drain well which was making some stuff in the pipes coming out. Kind of disgusting.

Clean, reliable, practically equipped comfortable guesthouse

Comfy beds and pillows. Kettle in the room, sink in the room. Complementary tea and coffee with cups and a guest kitchen on the ground floor. Seating area to have a meal. Nice spacious room. Towles provided. Nice and quiet street. Well located for the BSI bus terminal and the university.

A tiny dustbin in the room wasn't big enough for a 4 night stay, it was a mini bathroom one, I had a lot of litter as I was self-catering and had a cold. A shared bathroom at this price isn't ideal. The other guests left hair all over the floor besides the shower and allowed the tissues in the bin to overflow on to the floor (not the hotel's fault but perhaps put a notice telling guests to clean up after themselves). No bar of soap in the room or liquid soap. A bit silly really.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, i.e. we slept very well and it was easy to get to Reykjavic city center.

We booked last minute, and were glad to find this place. It was easy to get to the city center. I liked the beds, we slept really well.

Everything was well prepared, but I prefer to meet and see someone at arrival. It was a little clunky to find our room as it was in a different house.

Near to rainbow street

The neighbourhood is so pretty and you can walk to the famous church and the rainbow street in maybe 5-10minutes. Bed is comfy. Kitchen with cooking appliances. we love the free coffee at the living room.

limited parking. if you come late at night, you probably need to find parking far from the property.

Une nuit chaleureuse !

La propreté, la localisation par rapport à la ville (10min à pied) Le concept : une dizaine de chambres, tout le monde était respectueux des autres , très bonne ambiance avec café à dispo dans l’entrée!

Peut-être une table supplémentaire aurait été la bienvenue pour les repas.

Handy place for seeing Reykjavik. Attentive hosts and good communication.

Good location. 5-10 min walk to centre of Reykjavik Easy access with keypads. Clean. Comfy beds. We had been double booked but they arranged other rooms and, as a nice gesture, bought us tickets for Flyover Iceland by way of an apology.

Minor things- no mugs in our first room, bathroom (In the Garden Room) needed a curtain, no kettle in our next room.

We liked the photos and the location and that why we booked it.

All was well until we arrived and we had no room as they were overbooked and they moved us to another guesthouse nearby which was less quality overall. The guesthouse was old and unclean and the shared bathrooms and kitchen we not in good conditions. Also it had worse reviews and lower rates so it was not a good experience.

Great location

We had a nice room in the garden house with our own kitchen. There is a hot tub in the garden. The city center is only a couple of minutes away by foot.

The room A is beautifull with private kitchen, just near city center, parking in the street is easy and free, beds are vey confy!

soundproofing is not the best and there is no curtain in the windows so if you are ligth sensitive you will be waked up very early
