Location outside the centre, but easy to access by the car with free parking on the street. Lovely family business with friendly service and tasty breakfast and good coffee. We got advice to visit Cinque Terre by train, that was very useful. Nice and clean room with balcony and sea view.
2.5
Long walk to train station and to ferry but doable
Breakfast was only cold food.
We stayed many places in Italy and this breakfast was the worst.

Emiliano was exceptionally helpful. We missed check in time due to travel delays, but he was ready to help us when we arrived. He was friendly and recommended good food and things to see in the area.

Nicely updated facilities that looked out into the harbor. Easy street parking….
There was free parking closer to the Train station war the stadium and we were lucky to find a spot.
breakfast was nice. Very clean
That it was completely booked for the following night. Breakfast ends a little early (9:30)

It had a very nice view and was extremely organized and clean. It was peaceful with an amazing and accommodating host/owner Emiliano. There was even a cute beverage selection downstairs.
Beware of the many mosquitos, especially when sitting on the patio areas.

Localization is good for traveling by car. Breakfast with good options and friendly frontdesk.
There are stairs to go to the rooms what can be difficult for older people.

Great view of the harbour. Beautiful property and lovely manager who even gave us a lift to the ferry and recommendations of the place to eat.

Emiliano and his wife were very accommodating and helpful with transportation and places to visit. The rooms, dining area, and patios were very clean. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious. The rooms offered beautiful views.
Thicker/fluffy pillows would be nice.
4.0
Friendly staff and owner.
We had to climb two long flights of stairs to reach our room. We had help taking up our luggage, but when we left we took our luggage down ourselves which at our age is a bit of a challenge.

Emilliano was very helpful and of you need any tips to discover la spezia or you want to know where to eat at reasonable prices he is the guy to talk to
The pillows were not as soft as we are used to, but we noticed this all over italy. Maybe it is cultural thing

nice host and stay!
4.5
Nice new room with a seaside view. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless clean. Breakfast was also good. The Italian owner speaks English very well and was very kind to us. He even let us leave our luggage for one night when we went to Monterosso for an overnight hiking.
It’s quite far from the city (30 minutes walk to the harbor and 25 minutes walk to the centre), but on the positive side: you can park your car in front of the b&b for free.
