In Achill.
No tea/ coffee in room. Toilet not flushing all time, very little space in room. Kitchen downstairs not well equipped. Decoration jaded. Looked uncared for from outside

Flexible on checkout time. Very warm and cosy in the bedroom. Decent breakfast of toast, jam, cerelas, tea coffee and lots of fruit available at anytime with a great view as you eat. Loved our stay, thanks! 😊
Not much!

Easy location; comfortable room.

I loved the location it was near beaches, food places and a shop. Jake was really welcoming. I loved the selection of cereals and drinks. I also loved the views I got to look at while eating my breakfast. Beds were comfortable. I loved the shower.
The VELUX skylight appeared to be slightly open and I didn't know how to shut it. It was quite windy so it caused the doors to rattle. But I didn't lose too much sleep over it.

This was a lovely family run business, Jake and Jer kept in touch from the time the booking was made on booking.com and was ever so polite when we arrived, they even
Accommodated a extra sister that we pick up that we had not book in, we knew it that that it it would be a tight squeeze with extra person but they did not mind all . The place was spotless .. The Irish weather was Irish weather was just awful. But the crack was mighty, Breakfast was great the next morning helping ourselves to toast and fresh coffees and fruit, plentiful. Plus lots of photos and unique stuff to look at and old LP to play & talk about take us back to 70 & 80, really enjoyed our stay in Sona Baile and will definitely return for a few days again and bring my bike so I can travel the island.

Great position. Lovely people. they have a lot to cope with in their personal lives.
we had a good three nights there
they need to spend some of the money they earn on getting someone to fix things that are broken.
Toilet had to be flushed by lifting the cistern lid and tweaking it, towel holder not attached properly to wall, lamp shade hanging by a broken wire .
Eating area and fridge not really very clean or well looked after
Bath in middle of our room was a great novelty but easy to trip over in the night

I loved the little welcome chalkboard on arrival. Help yourself breakfast was nice and relaxed. Views amazing!
Curtains on the window didn’t fully close. Bring an eye mask!
4.1
Nice and room and bathroom lovely host Jake. The help yourself breakfast room works well as it creates a relaxed environment with plenty of selection of cereals fruit and spreads.

I liked the self sufficiency style and casual approach. Plenty of cereal/bread/cheese/ham juices tea and coffee available for breakfast which we easily arranged ourselves. If you want to bring your own evening meal to heat and eat in the kitchen that’s fine too. The host kindly offered that we take some fruits and the like for our onward journey. The bed mattresses were first class. An honest established which offered a bed in a nice location with little fuss. Would go again.

Hospitality was amazing. Felt very welcomed by the hosts.
Relaxed atmosphere, great views and walks to the sea!
Blinds could have been slightly more blackout but didn't affect us too much

Very comfortable room. Breakfast was exactly as described and more than adequate. Our host Jake showed a great interest in our visit and kept in touch with us by text. Excellent value for money!!
Late check in but wasn’t really a problem.

Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. Quiet, with great views. Varied selection for breakfast. It was like staying over at a friend's house as Jake welcomed us warmly and encouraged us to have the run of the place.
