Great value for a spacious, comfortable and safe place.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Kenny was amazing, he greeted my friends and I (3 people in total) when we arrived really early and assisted when we needed to leave our luggage with him when we checked out. He was very informative about Cape and extremely responsive. My friends and I felt really safe at the apartment. The apartment was big and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Cape Town.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Maybe would suggest to check the drain in he shower as it was easy to overflow and the washing machine was a bit loud. But everything works.

The apartment itself was immaculate and well-appointed, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I got a great night's sleep each night. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic location of Avenue One Apartments situated in the heart of Cape Town, it provided easy access to a variety of attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant city or relax in the comfort of my apartment, everything was conveniently within reach.

Beautiful apartment in good location

Apartment is airy, spacious and well decorated. Bed is comfortable. There is access to a gym with adequate equipment and rooftop swimming pool. Location is great. It’s near freeway so we don’t get stuck in traffic much. Steps away from company garden where we walk in tranquil garden and enjoy viewing the vegetation. Apartment is across from Ramenhead, topnotch noodles. Also near flowers market. 20 minutes walk to the edge of Waterfront. No load shedding.

Sometimes it takes time to get hot water for the shower. It does not happen all of the time, so not sure why.

Super Lage mitten in der City, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Verwalter, die Aussicht genau auf den Tafelberg

Der Duschabfluss war leider sofort verstopft, so dass beim Duschen schnell das gesamte Bad unter Wasser stand. Es war nur Kaffee, aber kein Tee bereitgestellt.

Kenny was lovely! So friendly and helpful! Prime location and very safe! Absolutely loved my stay in Cape town and can not wait to return

The power went out on the street for one whole day and we were not able to enter our room due to it being and electronic keypad lock.

Very good

Very affordable for location it was at. The location was central to all our plans. The lights were always on, no load shedding of any sort. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The Wifi, TV work as it should, with complement of DSTV channels

There was a washing machine, but i did find any wash detergent there. There were far too few towels House keeping is a bit on the expensive side, I used the service once and never again.

A pleasant stay

The apartments were clean, well decorated, the beds were comfortable. The apartament for 4 persons had a stunning view, from the balcony we could see the table mountain and the lion's head. The kitchen were spacious and very well-equipped. The building was well located, in the centre of Cape Town, next to Long Street, good restaurants, cafes and museums.

The host were very rude with my daughter when she entered the apartament and touched his machine for card payments. He was rude also with me saying that my kid was not supposed to touch things that does not belong to her. We were really upset at the moment and did not felt welcomed at all (it was the opposite of a warm reception). After the owner of the apartments was gone, his employee did the honors, he was very kind. The apartament for 2 persons (second floor) did not have a heater, it was very cold inside.

Wonderful apartment in old CBD

Very clean and the host was very helpful. Upper floor room had fantastic view of historic buildings and Table Mountain. Full apartment amenities.

Area around the apartment does not have much to offer in the evening and is a little sketchy.

Very nice place and location.

Pictures showed a balcony view, which there were none. The owner was also very rude on the telephone whilst I was driving there in traffic.

Very central location, close to shops and restaurants. Apt clean and equipped with all the amenities, with a spacious living room. There is also a reserved parking space. I would come back and recommend it.

I didn't have a view and my apt. was right in front of the elevator (constant ding-ding during the day). Not many surfaces where to put luggage and stuff.

Comfortable base in the CBD with friendly and helpful staff

Great stay in the centre of the city!

We arranged a time to meet Kenny to fetch the keys. He met us and handed over the keys in a timely manner. he gave us a contact number for any issues and to arrange a check out time. Communication was great throughout our stay.

Personally being able to double lock the door from the inside would have been a plus for me. The apartments were secure but as you needed a key code to get in the door I would have felt more secure with a lock on the inside.

Pleasant

I liked the fact that it was near to most activities.

The toilet seemed to be unstable, especially when you have too much weight. On the first day there was a funny smell, on other days we weren't around during the day.

Awesome place. Spacious, well appointed, very comfortable. Easy walking distance to most of CT's sights.

I had a beautiful experience and the person helping us (Kenny) was so kind and welcoming.

The location is closer to a lot of essential stores. It is safe. The views are perfect. The apartment was clean and well packed. The WiFi works perfectly.

The DSTV was not working. There is a lot of admin to access the pool, but not a train smash.
