Demasiado caro para lo que es

El desayuno buffet muy bueno y completo Nos guardaron las maletas para un último paseo antes de coger el vuelo Dejaban todos los días botellas de agua de cortesía en la nevera de la habitación

El transporte que habíamos acordado que nos recogiera del aeropuerto nunca apareció Al llegar dijeron que la habitación estaba con “overbook” y no nos podían dar la habitación doble que habíamos reservado, pasamos la primera noche en una habitación que parecía individual porque la cama era extra pequeña. Cuando nos cambiaron de habitación la cama doble tampoco era demasiado grande, pero si cómoda. No nos hicieron descuento/regalo por el error y el haber pasado la noche en una habitación de categoría inferior. La ubicación no es de las mejores de la ciudad. Ahora habiendo visto los diferente barrios optaría por otra zona para alojarme. Demasiado caro el precio por noche para las instalaciones

Brilliant location and safe.

The location was brilliant. We felt safe (didn't loiter out after 8pm). Close to the Hop on Hop off city tours. Used Uber after hours as recommended. All in all, this was a beautiful stay.

Bathroom needs maintenance. Shower was defective. Booked for 3 guests, the sleeper couch isn't pleasant to sleep on. Had to request towels etc daily for the 3rd guest.

Central location and clean suite

Very good central location and the suites were clean and modern. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is paid and valet parking on site, available for a small fee each night, the parking staff are incredibly friendly! It is not recommended to go walking out at night but this generally applies for the whole city and isn’t specific to the hotel area. We felt safe during our stay and made sure to drive in the night.

The suites are pretty small. You also have to request for an ironing board and return it when finished but they do bring it to you fast. The breakfast was not the best.

prima hotel op goede locatie

Locatie was goed, op loopsafstand van bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Kamer was prima. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd met voldoende keus. Vriendelijk personeel en goede service. De deur van de douchecabine was kapot. Na melding hiervan bij de receptie is deze dezelfde dag nog gerepareerd.

Kahvaltı güzeldi. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar iyiydi. Fiyat performans dengesi iyiydi. Buradaki konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. Sokak pazarına yakın.

Check in işlemi uzun sürdü. Beklemek zorunda kaldık. Otelin çevresi çok güvenli değil. Lokasyonu Eminönü gibi düşünebilirsiniz. Gündüz kalabalık, gece tenha ve güvensiz.

Highly recommend, great location, excellent value for money.

Love the rooms, clean, efficiently designed, everything is well placed and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is located opposite an amazing Food Lovers market which is helpful for meals as the hotel only has breakfast. Also near a lot of restaurants, historical sites, shops - excellent location.

The breakfast that is the only meal offered could be tastier, but it is sufficient for it supplies. Better tour organisation should be made available.

Horrible experience and treatment, more over if you are black.

My friend eats gluten-free and soya free food and would bring her own buns for breakfast in a plastic of course since they didn’t offer them at the hotel. The manager then came to her and told her she is stealing food and putting them away on the plastic. Like who does that? Are we dogs? Who flys to cape town to steal their breakfast that is not even that scrumptious??? To do what? And to steal and put in a plastic? We were accused of that. If it was a white person am sure they wouldn’t have said that. They didn’t even take time to explain they just accused us. We felt so disrespected and looked down. We didn’t enjoy the stay after that and it was horrible to even want to eat their basic breakfast.

Super für einen Städtetrip

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Herzen von Kapstadt! Um uns herum war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber! Das Personal sensationell freundlich! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Frühstück war lecker und gut!

Good breakfast but sometimes not enough of varieties for those not eating beef and pork

The location... It was dangerous to go out after 6pm....surroundings did not look safe. Shops around close too early

Great value and met all our expectations.

Wonderful location, professional and friendly staff, I loved the amenities in the room, the Dove toiletries were a nice touch, great shower, wifi was fast. Friendly and prompt parking service. Breakfast was good and everything was just right.

TV picture quality in the room was a little fuzzy. Everything else was great.

gewoon goed.

Lekker ontbijt met ruime keuze. Onze auto werd telkens in de ondergrondse garage geparkeerd voor ons en terug voorgereden indien we deze nodig hadden. Locatie is in het midden van de stad en niet ver van bezienswaardigheden.

De deuren slaan geweldig toe, een late gast maakt je soms wakker. Ramen zouden iets beter mogen geïsoleerd worden, lawaai van op straat is goed te horen.

I am so excited about everything in the hotel

Breakfast was so stunning.I am so happy for everything at the hotel.

The staff was approachable have smile and help us with everything we asked. It will be better if the room have a microwave .What i like most is the WiFi. We are excited about the hotel.

Well located hotel with friendly staff and a breakfast that serves porridge oats!

The highlight of this hotel is definitely its central location. The inclusion of an above average breakfast in the room rate was also a pleasant surprise. Onsite parking is also avialble for those with cars. To round out the experience, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

Admittedly, the facilities at the hotel are showing their age. Whilst this does not detract from the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room, those looking for a more polished "luxury" experience may be disappointed.
