Good little gem for an overnight stay

Beautifully decorated, modern and stylish with lovely extra little touches. Nice little bar in the lobby a small seating area just outside in the private lane with little planters, they've made the best of the outside space. Room was compact but had everything required for a comfortable stay. Useful shops close by and a few minutes walk to a huge shopping centre with lots of restaurant choices.

Close to the railway line for the tube, so a little noisy in the warm weather with the window open. But convenient for travel the next morning!

good location near Westfield London shopping centre and Shepherd's Bush Market station. Nearby Korean restaurant - Cho Sim is much better than the Westfield London's food court.

Perfect spot, great staff, brilliant night's sleep

Beds were very comfy, and the staff were super pleasant and helpful. Perfect location right next to the tube station

Took us a while to realise how to get in, and when we arrived, there was someone loitering in the carpark clearly on drugs that made us feel a bit uneasy.

Great little hotel, right beside underground station. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Within Sunday strolling distance of Notting Hill area! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, honestly couldn’t fault the service in any way

I stayed 3 nights and felt better about the hotel when I left than when I arrived. Very nice staff.

The facilities were good in terms of a bar. 24 hr reception. Option to request bath robe and having a safe in the room. Comfy bed and air conditioning. Very peaceful at night considering the location.

First impressions were not great as we got the same room allocated twice which made me concerned for security as there is no lock/key card requirement on the door which leads from reception into the hall where the bedrooms are accessed. The furniture was very tired. The kettle didn't fit under the tap in the bathroom.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Station Shepherds Bush Market, damit sehr gut zu erreichen. Von Liverpool Street fährt man ca 30 min. In der Umgebung sind viele Läden, Restaurants, Cafés und ein Mega-Shopping-Center in 350m Entfernung. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, sehr verwinkelt mit vielen Stufen, aber es hat Charme. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und hatte ein Fenster.

Auffallend war der sehr unangenehme Geruch in Zimmer, besonders im Bad- eine Mischung aus Chlor und Katzenurin. Ein Zimmerwechsel kam lt Portier bei Ankunft nicht in Frage, weil ausgebucht (?), am nächsten Tag war es schon zu spät, weil Zimmerwechsel angeblich nur vormittags möglich ist. Das Fenster dauerhaft geöffnet zu lassen war zumindest nachts keine Option, da das Zimmer zur Bahntrasse lag und es daher zu laut war. Schade, wäre die enorme Geruchsbelästigung nicht gewesen, wäre es ein annehmbares Hotel gewesen. So aber sind über 150£/ Nacht eindeutig zu viel.

4 notti camera singola ne seminterrato Staff molto disponibile, camera essenziale, bagno piccolo ma funzionale, letto comodo. Ok per Tv e armadio. Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo

La biancheria deve essere pulita meglio, troppi aloni colorati, i mobili della camera avevano molti segni che ho dovuto pulire io vicino al letto, la moquette e la testata il stoffa è sempre recipiente di sporco anche se si passa l'aspirapolvere, il quartiere è troppo degradato.

Pleasant stay at Hotel Shepherds Bush London

Great location for transport links and shopping. All staff members were very friendly and polite and extremely helpful. Clean and tidy hotel.

There were three things: Although the basement room room was very comfy, the bathroom tended to smell a bit unpleasant. The WiFi wasn't brilliant and I was not able to download my films from Netflix for my flight to Cyprus and also there was no bedside light. I was not able to do my bedtime reading because it meant keeping the main light on which would have prevented me from sleeping properly.

A very pleasant stay.in a good location to explore London

The staff were amazing ,very helpful. The hotel was spotless ,a big thumbs up to the cleaning team.location was great right next to Shepherds Bush Market tube and Shepherds Bush central line an easy 10 minute walk away, along with many bus route options. Bed was very comfortable with nice crisp bedding to greet you. Air Conditioning was also an added bonus. Well maintained boutique hotel ,can highly recommend.

The double room was a bit small, although there are options to upgrade for a small fee per day if required.

Brilliant place to stay in West London and will be calling back.

Clean and fresh with an excellent location and great value for money. Friendly staff with a cool little lounge and bar.

Just the path leading to the property was a bit fought for heals!

Good location and friendly staff but some facilities need improving.

Excellent location next to the tube station and opposite Shepherd’s Bush Market. Friendly staff on reception.

Wifi very poor. Our room had no natural light and the light switches meant all the lights were either on or off.

More than I bargained for!

I had a lovely room, it was a huge family room. The room was in the basement so didn't have any windows - which sounds really bad, but when you're there for one night it's brilliant for sleeping.

I couldn't get the TV to work, but not the end of the world - we probably all watch to much anyway.

A much needed relaxing stay with everything to hand .

I’ve stayed here a number of times , and each time I am given a warm welcome by the staff . This particular stay the lovely gentleman upgraded me to a King room on the upper level . The rooms are always so clean , the beds are super comfy , and the showers are nice and roomy with a waterfall jet . ♥️

There’s nothing that I don’t like .
