Self catering. Superb location. Excellent hosts.
As an elderly person, a walk in shower would have made the whole thing perfect

Modern, compact property, ideal for 2 people. Everything to hand. Owners very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in earlier than planned.
Wi-fi reception was very poor. Better outside in the garden.

The location is quiet and away from the traffic, while only a short drive to both Weymouth and Dorchester.
Our Host Sue was very friendly and helpful and knew the local sites and cafes/restaurants very well.
the accommodation was well equipped and comfortable
I have Nothing bad to report

We stayed in Pump lodge which is self catering so we didn't require breakfast. The location for us was excellent, in the country on a quiet lane with beautiful surroundings and they have a wonderful garden with lots of areas to sit outside.
Our hosts were very attentive and made sure our stay went smoothly.
The whole experience was brilliant, no improvements required. The lodge is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay

Absolutely nothing. It's perfect.

Location is in the heart of the beautiful countryside and very pretty scenery. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife visitors to the garden and the lack of light pollution meant that the night sky was amazing. If I lived there I would definitely build a small observatory in the garden!
Nothing I can think of.
3.5
It's in a very quiet area which meant sleeping was no problem. The shops are a short drive away too. The owners were nice, friendly and helpful.
The internet situation was a bit of a hit and miss. When I arrived there was no working WiFi and the phone signal in that part of England is basically non-existent. I did manage to get a solution after talking to the owners in the form of another WiFi extender that worked but it would be far better if they just got an access point put in instead.

Absolutely Everything!! Perfect escape!!
Nothing to dislike

Pump Lodge is a self contained cottage next to the Pump Cottages B&B. It is ideal for one or two people, with good kitchen facilities, a comfortable upstairs mezzanine bedroom and was spotlessly clean. Paul and Sue who own Pump Lodge were available next door if required and were very helpful and friendly, both prior to arrival and during my stay.
The rural location means that the WiFi signal was weak and unreliable.

Quiet semi rural location convenient for visiting Weymouth, Portland and surrounding areas.
A bit far away from any local shops and restaurants

We visit Weymouth a lot and this year could not get the flat we normally stay at. This led us to find Pump Cottage who happened to have just a few days available when we wanted them. The property was spotless, it was very comfortable and Sue and Paul excellent and friendly hosts. We left there saying we would use this as our holiday rental in future instead of the normal one.
The only slight negative was not only spotty WiFi but intermittent phone signal. This is not a huge problem but I did have a bit of work to do whilst away and ended up having to do it whilst on the road but unfortunately this is just the location and not an issue that the property can resolve!

The hosts were lovely and very informative about the area
Wifi was a bit intermittent in the property but worked better just outside the main house

We really enjoyed being disconnected, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, the quiet countryside and the ability to cater for ourselves.
We have no complaints

The cleanliness immaculate ,welcoming with social distance and handing keys over.
Very welcoming hosts and very understanding about my needs as I have been shielding and keeping safe.Felt exceptionally safe.
Beautiful garden and lovely to see the cows and wildlife.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The little terrace was a bonus as we had exceptionally good weather and were able to sit out in the sun. The location was rural and peaceful but with good links to the coast at Weymouth and Abbotsbury. We were woken to the sound of the neighbouring cows each morning, which was a treat for us.
Sue was very welcoming and friendly.
The Wi-Fi was not great and only really worked in the hall and outdoors.
