Wir waren das dritte Mal in Rethymno hatten aber überhaupt noch nie so eine wunderschöne Unterkunft.

Wir genossen unser eigenes Frühstück, obwohl das angebotene sicher sehr gut ist. Die Lage war für uns perfekt.

Amazing accommodation and host. Could not recommend more highly.

Nice room, very tidy. Provided some cute amenities as well.

Corridor into one of the rooms was poorly lit at night and the only light was on the next floor down! But easily solvable with a phone torch so not an issue.

A small nuisance: WiFi is not really strong and stable in the bedroom of the Gold Suite.

The best apartment in Rethymno Crete

Very Clean, has everything you need, the communication of the owner from booking to check in was outstanding. Check in was really quick, the card keys were ready when we arrive. Location has everything (beach, supermarket etc) This modern apartment has everything you need including great kitchen, washing machine. I was amazed with the Molton Brown toiletries, dental kits etc… on top of it they gave us Crete’s best ice cream and a lovely wine. Thank you lucky suites! You made our holiday very special!

Great location, great apartment-style room with amenities including a washing machine. Good communication.

The price is very high compared to similar aparthotels, so keep that in mind. If money isn't an issue, the room and location are great.

Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Promenade sowie zur Altstadt. Dazu kommt die moderne Einrichtung und die zu jeder Zeit zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Art und Weise des Personals und vor allem von Angeliki.

Ich war allein in der White Suite. Meine Erwartung wurde übertroffen! Angeliki war immer sehr nett und rund um die Uhr über den Chat verfürgbar. Ich schau in den Kühlschrank und 6 Wasserflaschen waren drin. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln. Rose Wein. Das Appartment ist echt groß und allgemein war es für mich ein super Aufenthalt.

Nice stay during the carnival

Very nice stay during carnival, the place was spacious and clean. They left some nice little gifts for carnival which was appreciated.

Just the location is not so far but you will need a little walk to go to the center. It is very close to the beach if you go during the summer though.

Nice apartment with big breakfast.

Almost impossible to park a car on the street. Beach is very near, but is crowded and you can not swim in it because of waves. Town is commercialised and to crowded…

When I wanted to change towels, or get more shampoo, or coffee and sent message to the hotel owner, they responded super quickly and fixed things for us. That was really nice and felt their hospitality! Although it does not have a nice view from it, but I could relax in the jacuzzi and used it privately anytime I wanted. So it was relaxing. One slightly disappointing point was that I could easily hear sounds from people staying next rooms and it could get quite noisy during night sometimes. It would be good to notify guests to be quiet and considerate for other guests especially night time. Other than the point above, the location was quite nice, close to beach, supermarkets,, and restaurants. It was a nice location. The hotel is not that close to the public bus stop that have a bus line to Heraklion or Chania, (30min by walk from hotel) so you may book taxi from the airports, which can be quite costy if you don't have anyone to share it. Overall, I was quite happy with my stay! Thank you!

Excellent apartment, sparkling clean, to the beach, near the city center, better than the pictures!

Everything, the sparkling cleanness, the amenities on the apartment, the small gifts we have found every morning, the top location near the beach and the center of Rethymno. This was the best apartment I have ever booked. We had a problem with the flight delays, but we was un constant contact with the host. When we came we fond small gifts which really made our night (water, fruits, wine, etc.). During our stay we felt like in home, because of the lovely host. The apartment is newly renovated with 2 AC in each room, big refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster. It has everything than you needs for a short or long term stay. It was cleaned everyday. The host offered the jacuzzi for a privet used, just we haven't got a free time to visit it. The nearest beach is just 1 minute away, near are the best Rethymno restaurants and bars.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had new and clean cutlery and pots, had glasses for sparkling wine, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster. There was daily house keeping which was a very nice thing to have. There are 2 AC units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. It is very close to the beach, the corner supermarket had everything from food to drinks. Overall very nice, totally would recommend!

We had a great time and will likely visit again.

Even though we arrived at a late hour they were able to secure us a taxi and meet us to show us around and give us the keys. The breakfast was exceptional quality and quantity-wise. Although it was a bit late (9 oclock) we were quite satisfied and the servers were very amicable and helpfull. The location wasn't on the first row to the sea though it was close to travel agencies, restaurants, shops, the old city etc.

The host was amazing and very friendly. Apartment is nice and spacious. It was cleaned daily and also towels were replaced. Location is very good. Breakfast was also served daily, although i’s suggest to include more variety or changes if the guest is staying more than a couple of days. Thanks

friendly stuff and owner, very large clean apartment, close to the beach and restaurants, kitchen inside the apartment with a lot of equipment, water melon and mineral water almost every day. We wish to come back there one day. Greetings from Poland

The breakfast could have been be more diverse and could include more vegetables, pressure in the shower could be higher (but this is only details)

everything for perfect!

Lucky Suite is in very quite street, good sleeping. it is 1.5 km from the city center. Very easy walk to there. But in 100 meters from beach! Very nice beach with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Our Diamond Apartment was perfect, very clean, every two days linen and towels were changed. It is on 2nd floor, but it is elevator! Our host, Angeliki, waited for us after midnight(we had delays with our flights), and we are very thankful for that! Nice hospitality!
