LUGAR BASICO

La ubicacion es muy buena, las personas de recepcion son muy amables. El baño es amplio y tiene agua caliente

El desayuno es muy regular, es simple, basico y muy poquito, no es un desayuno que provoque porque es hecho sin gusto y todos los dias es el mismo desayuno que no provoca....la gente lleva cosas para ajustar su desayuno. El aire acondicionado suena horrible cada cierto tiempo y no te deja dormir. Las instalaciones son basicas

La ubicación es muy buena realmente

Había un ruido demasiado fuerte cada cierto tiempo con el aire acondicionado que no deja dormir en toda la noche....ojo a nuestros vecinos también les paso. El desayuno es muy regular , básico, mal servido y poquito. El hotel es demasiado básico al igual que la habitación....yo no volvería ni lo recomendaría.... no entiendo como tiene buenas calificaciones

VIOLACION DE SEGURIDAD POR PERSONAL DEL HOTEL

Las camas son muy comodas

Odie que la persona de la limpieza nos abriera la habitación SIN TOCAR estando nosotros adentro y sin a verla solicitado fue una violacion total de nuestra privacidad y nos salio que no le habían informado que nos quedaríamos una noche extra cuando claramente reserve 2 días desde que llegamos , me parece una falta total de respeto . Aparte nos tocó en el 3er piso y no permitian que los repartidores de comida llevarán la comida ala habitación y teníamos que subir y bajar a cada rato por la comida ya que no tenían elevador y por seguridad según ellos no podía pasar y la puerta de seguridad de mi edificio siempre estuvo abierta desde la calle .

Estancia muy cerca a la marina y la playa.

La habitación, estaba muy linda, fresca, con salita y refri para poder estar ahí cómodamente en momentos que no queríamos salir. La televisión con cable, amenizó nuestra estancia, aunque no era smart.

Debido a la ubicación, la habitación daba exactamente a la calle de atrás del hotel, donde hay un sport bar, que jamás cerro y que estaba abierto hasta las 5 de la mañana, por lo que todos los días oímos música a todo volumen y karaoke, así que en ese sentido no pudimos descansar al 100.

It is a comfy hotel, good value for what you pay

The room and the amenities were great.

The room keys didn’t work during the weekend and they couldn’t get the TV to work neither.

When we check in . we told the front desk agent The reservation was paid in full We show them the payment and I gave the CC just for incidentals she said yes nothing else . I left early one day and The Hotel charge the full stayed to my CC I call to the hotel they told me I had to fixed with booking. So I called booking and till today they didn’t refund the money . So bad communication bad staff because they didn’t told the true at front . So you can fixed once you still at the place Very disappointed bad communication bad staff it seems they are stay there bad didn’t help you at all lied to get the CC and at then end didn’t care about you as a guest .

Probably only good part about my stay was the customer service from alejandro

The women staff were rude , only helpful individual there was alejandro, he has exceptional customers services , my sheets were stain in my room upon my arrival.

Thought for the kind of room it was it was a bit over priced but ok for one night stay.

Location of hotel was good. First floor facing street was a bit loud but the room was clean.

Window in bathroom would not close making it loud from street noise and too warm.

that behind our room and building there was a nightclub that was very loud not hotel fault but tu consider. front desk magically didn’t have service at 1:55pm but a 2:00pm service came back for check in lol not a complaint but was funny

Awful location. The street is too noisy at night, and the music from a near by bar is too loud. The room A/C is quite noisy too, but also the A/C from the next door room. If you like to sleep at night choose another hotel even if It is more expensive

Pictures on Website not accurate

The location of the hotel.

The hotel is not been kept, nothing like that pictures on the website, no gym, I had to pay 500 pesos for the key to the safe in the room which they refunded, there was only one garbage can in the bathroom, no chairs and the room was smaller then how it looks on the pictures

We were disappointed in this hotel. It is in a perfect location.

All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

We had a large room with a comfortable king bed, but no other furniture. There was plenty of room for a small table and 2 chairs. It looked pretty empty. The plugs on one side of the bed didn’t work. We were provided two bath towels, but it would have been nice to have a hand towel and face cloth. The symbols on the buttons on the remote for the air conditioner were completely worn off so it was very difficult to guess how to operate it.

We stayed for one night, we were disappointed

The staff was nice

The bathroom was dirty, there were still hairs and the walls are so thin that we heard absolutely everything(the person next door watching tv, the car, the trash truck…). We don’t recommend for the price.

overal all it was a fair stay.

it had a perfect location it was surrounded by restaurants and convince stores. also very close walking distance to the marina (about 5 min) and far enough from the club noice).

the bathroom leaded water our entire stay, the room was extremely small. The bed literally had a sinking whole in it.

it was cheap compared to other places, but at the price we paid it was pretty awful.

it was located in a walkable area. staff was very friendly. it was clean.

it was very noisy. traffic noise was terrible. very difficult to sleep.

would stay again!

great location, affordable, complimentary breakfast was pretty good. about a 10 min walk to playa medano and the Marina. receptionist helped me set up a tour at a waaaay better price than online.

the AC didn’t really work to well. it’s set at one temp and the room was pretty warm. wasn’t too much of an issue since I was only there to sleep and it was cooler at night.
