The lodge was a good size, plenty of space. The shower was nice and hot, the heater in there was a nice touch. The site itself is nice, the bar and bistro were good. The location is amazing, so close to the best bits of Freycinet. The staff recommended sunrise at Cape Tourville Lighthouse, which was beautiful.
Not necessarily a problem given it is winter, but the space was very cold and the heater in the main room wasn't very effective.

The cabins were really spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic location. very close to a big restaurant and convenient store and petrol station.
2 minute walk to the Muirs beach. 10 minute walk to the wine glass bay cruise office and fish n chip shop around Coles bay. 10 to 15 minutes to drive to a walking track to Wine Glass Bay Walk.
Clean and spacious room was where on top edge of the property. the lounge and kitchen were spacious. Laundry sink was there for a small item to hand wash.
Internet connection was a bit challenge: Ended up we didn't use the in house internet facility.
A Laundry line was at a carport not so much useful. Common Laundry area was way too busy.

The accommodation was extremely comfortable and we had a lovely view of the water being up in one of the cabins.
Spacious and clean.
Nothing I can think of as it met our expectations.

The location was great if you're traveling by car. the cabin was clean and the bed was compfy too. You have a beach within walking distance as well as a cafe, a little supermarket and the pub. Parking was included in front of the cabin which was great.

Very clean, fantastic location.
A movable standing laundry rack to hang towels & bathers would have been great.
4.1
Location; natural setting; views; cleanliness
Shower head a bit inflexible; water leakage from shower around toilet; close to other cabins and people

Nice and clean unit in a great location with an easy walk to the Muirs beach. The kitchen was well setup with all the tools you have at home...always I nice change to have scissors and knives that actually work!

There was very clean and comfy.
Only the lights were a bit old, not really bright.

Loved all of it. Our cabin was neat, clean, warm and cosy. Our cabin accomodated our family of five with three adult children 23, 21 and 19yrs. One gets up at 5am, and was able to get up and move around without wakingeveryone else up. The location at Coles bay, was an oasis at the end of a long drive. All amenities were in easy walking distance. Two days was not enough, wish we could have stayed for a week.

I arrived late, didn't meet any staff. The ways inside the campingplace are very dark.

The cabins are not new but they are fine. They have what you need. This is a caravan park so it has those sorts of facilities.
I had nothing to complain about.

Great location/ area / staff
Bathroom in the cabin not big enough

Location was good .
No Wi-Fi at all as we could not get logged on and even if we had the amount of free data offered was woefully inadequate for modern times. This was not made clear in the property description. The chalet was also cold.

very helpful staff, both before we checked in and at checkin. I had to change booking date and managed to cancel the wrong booking. all sorted, no problem. we arrived a bit early and as our cabin was ready we were able to access it right away

Spacious cabin more like a 2 bedroom home. Pub and shop etc on site. Much more than we expected from a camping/ holiday camp.
Close to the National park entrance

We only stayed one night as we doing the Wine glass bay walk the next day - it was a great position to stay for this walk as the start is nearby. If you want to do the walk early you can buy a National park day pass in the carpark of the park office at anytime ,so you don't have to wait for the office to open!
