Lovely stay and location.

Denise is lovely and very helpful. One of the best hosts I have met.

Room was a bit smaller since we had two big suit cases. Else everything was great

Wonderful moments with a wonderful host

We had an incredible stay with Denise and Phoebe the cat. Everyday began with a breakfast at Denise's breakfast table where we shared stories and sighed about poltics or learned new things about the area's archaeological digs. Denise is a lovely, well-informed, easygoing and hospitable person. She took a lot of trouble to suggest things that we'd enjoy and things we should look out for. Even her other guests were warm and gracious and friendly. The rooms are simply delightful, very comfortable and well-equipped. The area is in a high-security neighborhood. Outside the room is a couple of tables and chair as well as the patio area you see in the picture if you just want to chill and read a book. I think the best part is that Denise relies on water tanks and solar energy, so there is no fear of load shedding or water cuts to dampen your stay. I think I could happily stay a month or more at such a comfortable place. And Denise let us use her garage to park our rental car so we weren't worried about it either.

We had a lovely stay at Denise B&B. Her place is really nice, quiet and clean, well located. Cold and hot breakfast for all tastes and appetite. She made herself available to organise a shuttle at our airport arrival, that made things really easy for us. She gave us good advices to see Johannesburg and South Africa.

Just perfect, would book again

Nicely situated in a quiet living area. Cafés, restaurants and a nature reserve in walking distance. Rooms were very well equipped. The breakfast was marvellous and Denise was a super pleasant host with many helpful recommendations on things to see in Johannesburg.

We had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were vegetarian and vegan options. We came in winter and the heating blanket was very appreciated. Denise is a very welcoming host.

Very nice B&B

- Denise is so nice and cheerful, and she makes the best breakfasts! - Location in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to the city - The room is on the smaller side, but sufficient

The only minor thing I did not like is that the sliding bathroom door leaves a gap when closing, so you can hear everything,,,

We enjoyed our stay and learned a lot about Johannesburg.

Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast! Small balcony and garden if you wanted fresh air. Safe area. Excellent Uber service. Denise was an excellent host and easy to talk to. Lots of restaurants close by.

Great location, lovely atmosphere, fantastic breakfast, comfertable rooms, wonderful balcony views etc. The list goes on and on. Denise is an exceptional host and she really makes all her guests feel welcomed. We decided to book another two nights here since we had such a good time. Would highly recommend

This place is perfect in every aspect, and I really felt at home for the three nights I stayed there. Denise, the owner, is a very nice person. She is accommodating and great to talk with, and it is clear she really goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a great experience.

The place was secure,very clean and very friendly,helpful staff . Would book here next time i come to jozi.

The showers🙁🙁.the flow would be interrupted now and again. Water from the shower not hot enough for my liking( luke warm bath 👎👎👎).

Really recommended

Breakfast was perfect and individual, great omelett! Location was also good, nice restaurants nearby (with uber). Staff was also really nice and helpful.
