Reception was good, aircon was working,

Dinner was on point but they just need more staff since it took longer to prepare

Had a lovely stay will definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay, my son had a swimming gala. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent!! Will definitely stay here again with his next gala. The hotel and grounds are beautiful.

Would have liked more tv channels and if the fireplace worked. Further everything else was fine.

It was an inconvenience that ended up in me getting a fine from an incompetent receptionist.

the beautiful garden.

The lady( Jayshree )who checked me in was very unprofessional . Firstly she checked me in a dirty room no 401. The bed was not made. I went back to her and she checked me in room no 408 which was better.Secondly she asked for my drivers license to make a copy and she never brought it back.She failed to give me back my drivers license nor calling me to say she has my drivers license. As a result of her not being thorough enough I ended getting fined for failing to produce a drivers license. she inconvenienced me as it was a Easter weekend and I had not received any information about my drivers license. I only called yesterday to find out if my drivers license was at the reception. Another lady said she has my drivers license and she found it on a photocopy machine. My upset is that no one from the hotel that has tried to contact me with regards to my drivers license until I had to called them last night.

over all it did the job

it’s was close to home and a quick massage getaway for the birthday and they gave me back my bikini I left there.

it’s not clean the carpets need a deep wash it’s full of ants. had 1 bedroom differently shaped which made the room bigger. just to get and there was no bedding on the bed. the AC didn’t work but at least there was a fan. they then moved us to a higher floor with a much smaller room and nothing works no AC no fan no phone to call reception- you’d think they’d give you a better room for their mistakes. there are actually cheaper spots that are offering way more.

The food and the bathroom

Stair case entering the reception is very slippery.... I almost fell due to the rain plus the make of the stairs Also, when we arrived it was load shedding. I needed to shower but the water was so cold. It only got warm in the morning

The quietness and location is the best

My room wasn't soo clean and the balcony door wouldn't lock.... the tv wouldn't connect to netflix kept giving an error message.

shocking, traumatized our kids

the location, accessible to many other spaces , the chef was pleasant and the waiter Dumisani, was the only bright thing from this experience, he goes out of his way to make us comfortable, whether in the restaurant or for room service…there is no kiddies menus but they were will long to assist me to prepare food for my toddler

the entire passage smells of cigarettes, not sure y they don’t call out their guests, you can’t breathe properly, then that night some crazy couple was fighting banging doors n screaming n no one came to assist. I had my kids with so the smoke messed up the asthmatic one n then the violence woke them up
