Soggiorno molto piacevole e comodo.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi vari luoghi di interesse. Casa pulita e provvista di ogni comfort. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e pieni di consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consigliamo il soggiorno!

Ottima posizione.

La posizione, ideale per spostarsi in centro e al porto antico..a pochissimi minuti dall'acquario di Genova. L'accoglienza davvero ottima.

Agradável

- confortável - anfitriã muito disponível e simpática - super bem equipado - bem localizado - limpo

- demorou muito tempo a aquecer (fomos no inverno) - por ser tão central, é bastante barulhento - não tem almofada para o sofá-cama (havia 4 designadas para a cama de casal e dormi com uma dessas)

Il fatto che il loro magazzino sia dentro la casa, mi sono trovata un signore che prendeva roba nel magazzino davanti alla porta della casa non mi è piaciuto!

Gradita sorpresa

La signora Luisa è stata gentilissima e attenta alle nostre esigenze. La casa era molto pulita, tanto che quando mi è caduta a terra dell'acqua il fazzoletto usato per asciugare è rimasto bianco! Molto gradita la presenza del diffusore per il phon e il doppio cuscino . Tornerei volentieri

La casa si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore in pieno centro storico. Ma tali caratteristiche sono specificate al momento della prenotazione. In realtà mi aspettavo delle scale "alla genovese" cioè ripide e strette invece erano normalissime. Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione perché la notte la zona è silenziosa ma si sentono le voci provenienti dalla strada pedonale sottostante.

Weekend con famiglia

Appartemento pulito in posizione centralissima a 5 minuti da tutto. La sera silenzioso perché in un tratto di strada privo di locali serali. C'è tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno. Eravamo in 3, con bambino di 4 anni. Proprietari gentilissimi e presenti in tutte le fasi.

Highlights for us included Boccadasse and taking the funicular (free)up to hillside at sunset

Location was excellent and Luisa gave very good instructions for finding the apartment. Was great to experience a stay in the Old Town. Close to the harbour, Old Town and buses and metro. Great suggestions from Luisa for eating out. Genova is wonderful.

Apartment is up a few flights of stairs but this to be expected when staying in the Old Town.

L'appartamento è molto carino e accogliente, c'è una bella TV e un mini frigo, la posizione è strategica per visitare la città a piedi o in bus, il nostro volo era di sera e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli lì dopo il check out

Abbiamo trovato una scia di formiche sul muro sopra al divano letto, c'era in casa un prodotto anti insetti. È al secondo piano senza ascensore.

amazing!!

the location was great, it is in the city centre so all the shops are in walking distance, there is a grocery shop and a pharmacy less than 5 minutes away. The staff were lovely and really accommodating and when we first arrived they showed us a map of everything we could do in the area and any avaliable facilities in the apartments. They had some basic neccessaties such as tea, coffee, sugar, dish soap, soap, towels, laundry detergent and also had air conditioning which was a life saver. Overall we had a really lovely stay and would 100% recommend!

a cleaner doesn't come in everyday so it is somewhere that you would have to look after yourself, it is also self catering so any food which we didnt go out for we had to make ourselves. this wasn't personally an issue for us as the room was clean and tidy from the start but it might not be suitable for everybody depending on what your looking for when going on holiday here. There was also no elevator which might cause issues for those that need assistance when trying to go upstairs. However for us personally none of this was an issue and would definitely come again.

Lovely stay for a young family

The welcome, the communication. Nothing was to much trouble! The location was brilliant everything was 5 minutes walk. The apartment was well supplied with everything we needed and was very comfortable and cosy.

An amazing stay!

The location of this property was fabulous for being close to the port! It was only a 20 minute walk from the train station and Luisa was really helpful and let us know what bus we could’ve caught if we had wanted to. We stayed in the pink apartment it was gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need (wifi, hairdryer, washing machine, kitchen…). Luisa was on hand to answer any questions at all times and the location felt extremely safe! Brilliant options to eat out, bars to drink in, as well as a supermarket around the corner. We were a group of 3 girls in our 20’s and this was perfect for us we loved it.

We came to Genova as a group of colleagues to attend an international conference, and staying at Casa Orefici was a great choice. Really nice and clean apartment, with all the necessary equipment. Perfect location, it's in the heart of Genova, 5 minutes walk from the Acquarium and from piazza De Ferrari. The owners were great, they allowed us to check-in earlier according to our necessities and helped us with everything we needed. They were also friendly and gave us plenty of useful information for our stay in Genova. Definitely recommended!

The Go to place for any last minute trip

The host met us right at the doorstep on time, she was very friendly and easy to communicate with. If your planning a well organized trip or even a last-minute trip like us, this is your go to place. The host would give you all the local information you need and even guide you through the map. The place is very accessible and walkable to local restaurans, markets, the bus stop and offcourse the Aquarium and other sightseeing spots. As a couple, we enjoyed the comfort of the place and the feeling of the local vibe and value for money.

The location is great, right in the historic centre (with excellent focaccia just across the street!), yet surprisingly quiet. The apartment has everything you need and is quite spacious and Luisa is an excellent host - her quick overview of what to do in Genova led me to stuff I would never have found otherwise.

This is not a criticism, but being in the old town, with its tall and tightly packed buildings, the apartment gets virtually no daylight - an authentic Genovese experience, but very disconcerting if you're not used to it.

Great appartment in a superb location.

Location was perfect, from the moment we booked to the moment we left Luisa and her son were available to help us and give us recommendations for places to eat, what to see and how to get around, Absolutely fantastic host. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here I don't think you'll find much better

Exceptional

The host of this apartment is very kind and generous. Exceptional support. She provided all the necessary information at the moment of the booking and during the checkin. She was highly accommodating to our travel needs. The apartment is right in the center of Genova, only a few steps from Metro and Aquarium.
