Relax Weekend in Toulouse

The bedroom, the swimming pool, the food, the staff.

The location was on the flight path. Bar area including shower/toilet facilities not well maintained. ( no hand towel, cobwebs spiders, bar tables no cleaned, floor no swept). Restaurant had limited menu and no table cloth. Paring area need resurfacing.

Loved the huge park around the property, and the staff were kind and helpful. My dog was very welcome and enjoyed running around the premises.

An unexceptional but pleasant stay.

Beautiful gardens, outdoor pool, pool bar, air conditioned clean room. Dog friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Friendly staff 😀

Restaurant was unable to accommodate us for dinner, despite us being guests of the hotel. Instead we ate at the pool bar but choice was very limited, with several things unavailable. Cold meat & cheese was the only option. I called ahead to request early check in (one hour) the request was refused. Wasps +++ in the pool 😕

Lovely hotel in a good location

This modern hotel situated in lovely grounds is metro ride away from Toulouse city centre and close to the Canal du Midi. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

Minni mini thing .no milk at the room for the coffee. Whilw thecoffee is from a netespreso so the cost would have been minimum. Lovely staff .

Disappointing

The staff in restaurant and breakfast declined or refused to understand english and was rather rude. The hotel was inadequately refurbished and materials used were of substandard quality. Swimming pool was however ok.

If you come here to stay, look for a restaurant in the nearby.

Out of Toulouse, nice park to walk, nice atmosphere and nature experience. Friendly staff.

The hotel restaurant's foods were terrible, and we did not enjoy the dinner (104 Euro bill for two person), nor the breakfast (18 Euro). Considering that this is the nearest restaurant, and the easiest option, the hotel management could think about to make it better and with more reasonable prices.

A good second stay at this beautiful hotel and garden overlooking the walled city.

Excellent breakfast, served with wonderful view of the outer wall of Carcasonne City. This hotel must have the best view of the walled city! Beautifully designed large terrace and we enjoyed the evening tapas platter. Pleased to have a bedroom with outdoor space for our dog!

The bathroom was far too small, despite good modern appearance. Nowhere to keep our toilet bags etc. Bath was very high and it was difficult to climb in and out of.

Amazing that BW gives this hotel a four-star rating. Poor management. Better for groups than individ

Park surrounding the hotel

Had to wait in the so-called lobby for three hours before getting into our room. Reason given: it was stated in the contract that the room can only be used as of 15.00. Cold water in the shower in the morning. Receptionist: We had to wait longer for the warm water to arrive (15 min!). Insufficient light in the bothroom. Lousy breakfast with Covid as excuse.

The staff not too much agreeable, reception peoples not very pleasant, they did not propose to us to take care of our suitcases in order to carry them to our bedroom on the first floor (answer was: “it is not our job”)

Wonderful service

Huge room & bathroom. Cool & comfortable. Good breakfast on pretty terrace. Good storage for our tandem. Fantastic service from Melisa who couldn’t have been more helpful.
