We had a unique experience at The Casa Isabel Boutique Hotel. It was magical place, the facilities were very comfortable, the service is unbeatable, the decoration is beautiful, a wonderful view from Las Palmas room. We were lucky to meet the owner Carlos who was very nice. He took a video of us by drone an post it on the hotel Instagram page.
The receptionist Julio had a good customer service and we had very interesting conversations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Voila Hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities were top-notch, and the dining options exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of delicious meals. The location is also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, Voila Hotel provided an exceptional experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

The most wonderful staff. Thank you Jonathan, Julio and Jose for treating me so well! Service was top notch. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. Good location. Lovely rooftop. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh juice and cold towels after a walk in the Cartagena heat were most welcome. I highly recommend staying at Casa Isabel when you visit Cartagena.

Prontidão para agendar passeios, táxi, sempre com dicas afinadas com o perfil. No nosso caso, interessados em conhecer mais atentamente Cartagena. Além disso, toalhinhas geladas é sucos deliciosos a cada chegada da rua pra aplacar o calor; cama confortável, limpeza, e charme na vista do terraço. Recomendo fortemente.

La cercanía y excelente trato de todo su personal, además del sistema de insonorización de las habitaciones, ya que si bien está en el corazón de Getsemaní, puedes descansar con total tranquilidad.
El baño era muy pequeño, a tal punto que la taza del baño estaba pegada a la ducha, lo que hacía incómodo el uso del inodoro.

The staff especially Julio (I hope this is how you write his name :D) were great. Julio was super helpful and I've come there to propose to my girlfriend and he help me with it as best as he could. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner who was also super nice. Hotel is beautiful and I definitely recommend to stay here

Everything. The decor was beautiful. The pool on the roof was so nice with an amazing view. I wish we had used it more. The balcony off our room also had the same amazing view of San Felipe and the old wall. Not to mention the attentiveness of all the staff-- they were so kind and accommodating. It was an amazing stay.
I think more shaded options in the outdoor space would be great.

The room was extremely small. No light because the window was only a small opening. The double bed bunk beds were also unappealing and took up most of the room.

Great staff - super friendly, always ready to make for a comfortable and memorable stay. Welcoming us with a friendly smile every time we enter the hotel, offering a cool towel and refreshing juice. It was like home away from home thanks to Julio, Javier and Kati.
Breakfast was also fantastic. Cocktails on the rooftop lounge with jacuzzi is really a luxury.
Within walking distance to the happening spots of Getsemani 3-5 min. and the historical town 10-15 min but quiet and calm.
The stairs may be a problem for people with mobility issues. But the staff is always willing to help carry things if necessary.

The staff are friendly and ever helpful. My room is cute and pretty and they cleaned the room really well. I had a room with a balcony and I enjoyed the morning and evening view. The terrace is also lovely...in the evening the breeze is soothing and you can enjoy the cocktail. Breakfast is just enough to keep you full till mid-day.

A fantastic hotel in a fantastic part of the city with the most friendly helpful staff ever.
This hotel is a beautiful well decorated building but the staff make it truly special. The cocktails served on the rooftop are excellent, some of the best cocktails I've ever had.
The hotel is one Street away from the arty area and so is quiet yet very safe. There is a police station along the road and the police seem to pop in for cold water which makes it even safer.
The room was lovely and the ac would make it freezing within a few minutes of switching the ac on.
The breakfast was huge and delicious with a fantastic view on the rooftop.
Id love to come back here, and would definitely stay I this hotel. It would be great with normal staff - with the guys they've got it's perfect.

It was very well located at the historic center of Cartagena, but not directly next to the bars and restaurants that play music at night, so it wasn’t very loud at night but everything is still well walkable.
The staff was amazing, very attentive and always helpful. They also helped with booking tours.
The breakfast was fantastic and they always had free juices at the reception.
Unfortunately, the roof top was closed for maintenance.

Great facilities, the staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating. They offer fresh scented cold towels upon arrival. All the rooms are super cozy and homey feeling. Very close walk to everything in the Old town. We loved it!

Quiet, comfortable rooms, even if on the smaller side. Warm and efficient staff. Thank you Cathy, Julio and Jose Luis for a wonderful stay. Very responsive and helpful. Loved the additional touches like unlimited free fresh juices, coffee, and cold towels every time I came in from the hot city. Also the always available jacuzzi on the top terrace. Great value for money.
Location is just at the outskirts of Getsemani on a slightly run down road, although the hotel is barely five minutes walk from the swinging night life of Trinidad Plaza and other hotspots.

in addition to all the amenities that a boutique hotel provides, here are a few more things that stood out for me.
*Customer service - it was exceptional. They truly want to create an experience for you. They tailor breakfast to your needs (Im vegan) and they go out of their way to assist you. I needed help with arranging a day pass for the Hyatt and Cathy took care of everything. Even after I had checked out. fantastic!
*As it was by birthday, I was able to negotiate a discount for my second night.
*Free refill of water bottle.
*Hotel provides earplugs :-)
*Hotel is located right by the wall facing east and at 8/9 am it started getting really hot. The Room tuned sticky as soon as you turned air con off. I suggest you ask for a second key card to leave one the the room can be kept cool. (yes it rises energy consumption but room is too hot and sticky otherwise).
*No noise from bars or parties however the cars and party buses pass by often so I definitely recommend earplugs!!
* I had a wonderful stay at Casa Isabel but in terms of prices, I personally found that the boutique price vs value/comfort of room could be enhanced (room was fairly small). I treated myself to two nights there even though I found more economic options nearby with larger rooms and even more comfort.

Very nice hotel in a nice part of Cartagena. Comfy and spacious rooms with a great shower. Good breakfast which can be served on the rooftop if requested. The rooftop is lovely to just sit down and relax or to cool down in the jacuzzi.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and overall very professional. The breakfast was varied and excellent overall, with a wide variety of choices. The location was great: wonderful view on the castle (beautiful too at night with all the lights) , in a lively area yet in a quiet street. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace. Overall a great stay in this lovely quaint hotel.

I was extremely pleased with how friendly the staff was. Being new to the city and having minor issues to resolve, they were present to field all my questions such as transportation to the airport, options for food and ATMs, areas of safety etc. I specifically had an issue where I needed a container to carry art pieces back home. Staff took care of this by creating a container using tools from a local hardware store and they did this all while I was out enjoying the city. Every time I got back to the hotel, there was always juice and a cold towel offered. Just all in all very kind people.

This is a magnificent boutique hotel! The service is superb! You come in through the door & they offer you a cooling towel & a refreshing glass of cold juice 😁. How awesome is that? Luis, one of the owners, is amicable, considerate & attentive to the guests.
His staff are also very accommodating.
The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, modern en-suite bathrooms & very comfortable beds. We had a great room with a balcony overlooking the fort.
Breakfast was amazing🤤 so yummy! Highly recommend!

The owner has been amazing. The staff is fantastic. Luis, the owner, has great communication with the staff, and they always try to do their best and please him and the guests. Luise is not only business-oriented, but he is also a loving and caring person. He is involved in helping the local community and giving back to the community, which in itself says a lot about his personality. My friend and I also had a chance to stay on Luis's private beach for a day and have a wonderful lunch there. (10 minutes ride from the hotel)
The breakfast is outstanding; every day, it's a different menu with local food options and it is delicious.
I will definitely come back to visit Casa Isabel boutique hotel again.

The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and took care of my every request. Some staff speak English so I was always able to communicate.
The location is super convenient to everything happening in Getsemaní and old town, but a little quieter then right in the thick of the celebrations.
Everything was very clean and my room was comfortable with a good AC.
The balcony views for breakfast is lovely with the lake and fort across the way and the birds singing.
Everything but the party buses that go by! 😂 But ear plugs are great for that and you’ll have them everywhere in Getsemaní. It’s part of the area.

Charming hotel in great location with a view of the castle from the rooftop terrace. Staff are helpful and attentive and make great mojitos! The included breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spotless. You really can’t go wrong.

We absolutely loved this hotel, during our 3 weeks travelling through Colombia it was by far the best hotel we stayed in.
- the decor is lovely, very Mediterranean
- all of the staff were all so attentive, kind and just couldn’t do enough for you
- they made fresh juice everyday which was a really nice touch
- breakfast is great
- the owner, Louis was so lovely and very helpful. he spent a lot of time advising us and making sure our stay was the best it could possibly be
