Location, location

The property was in the best location. We had access to everything, and it was incredibly central. The hosts were lovely and kind and very welcoming.
It wasn’t very clean, and the property didn’t come with many essentials. We had to buy hand soap, paper towel, and toilet paper.

Very spacious apartment in a perfect location for exploring Rome. After travelling for several weeks it was great to have a washing machine. There was also a much appreciated coffee maker with supplies. Roscioli deli and bakery nearby were brilliant and there is a mini mart close too.
The only complaint would be the comfort of the bed and pillows.
4.5
I loved the location and neighborhood it was in. it was a short walk over the bridge to Trastavere where there is a lot of good restaurants. Roscioli is a few short steps from the apartment. The apartment is around a 20 minute taxi ride from the train station and a 50 minute taxi ride to the airport. It is a healthy walk to the colosseum, the Pantheon , Trevi and Spanish steps. There is an outdoor market close by along with cute shops.
There is a baggage hold across the way if you get in before check in time. Our rooms were ready so the kind man there gave us our keys to the apartments.
There is a lift but there are around 8-10 steps leading up to the lift.
More toilet paper would have been nice especially since we stayed 3 nights . Two rolls didn’t cut it.

it was clean and spacious
too noisy
uncomfortable pillows

large, clean apartment with plenty of storage space.

Great location, clean and equipped apartment
The internet didn't work for a day and a half because of a regional problem. Only after around 24 hours without internet the host offered a portable router that worked partially.
The boiler is a little bit small for a family of 4.
The bathroom is very tight.

Spacious, gorgeous apartment in the heart of Rome! A lot of landmarks are in a walking distance and the stores and restaurants in the area are to die for!
Its an old building and the walls are very thick - 0 reception inside the apartment and you rely solely on the wifi, that during our stay had a small outage and was out for a day or so. If there are people in the apartment above you you hear every time they walk and its a bit off putting if theres kids running around early in the morning/late at night. The stairs are also quite steep, at least to the first floor, so people with disabilities/problems with legs might have a tough time.

Great apartment and excellent location.
4.0
- the location was the best!!!
- everything was nearby
- good customer service in person, very kind
- nice and cute apartment in a good neighbourhood
- we weren’t able to make tea because the water heater was really not clean and usable
- there was only one role of toilet paper
- the ac documents were not up to date with the ac model in apartment, it was a bit confusing in the beginning how the one of the two ac’s is working

Very spacious, clean, fantastic location. Smooth and courteous check in. Great communication.
We were in apartment #1. There were two separate problems involving the hot water heater over our 4 day stay. Everything else was great.
The coffee equipment consists of an electric kettle and a stovetop espresso maker. A French press would be a nice addition.
5.0
Exactly as in the published pictures. Quiet side street, walking distance to great places to eat. Up to 30 min walk to the farest attractions, 10-15min to most of them.
4.5
Great location that is walking distance to all the attractions and surrounded by good shops and heaps of restaurants. Good size for family of four.
WiFi didn't work beyond lounge room.

Cristian and his this apartment should get the best booking.com reward for 2022 as well.
3.5
Fantastic location- super close to everything and very convenient. Lots of space in the apartment for 2 people; nice big shower and handy dressing room fir also storing luggage during our stay.
The check in was smooth and easy and the list of recommendations (restaurants, etc) was really helpful.
The bed was terrible! So hard and impossible to sleep comfortably. The sofa bed in the lounge also awfully uncomfortable so couldn’t even sleep there instead!
For the price, a few little touches like UHT milk and teabags etc would have been appreciated- we have usually had these provided when staying in apartments for multiple nights - and definitely need more than one toilet roll for 5 nights!!
Not quite value for money we were hoping for.

Location. Comfortable. View. Quite
Kitchen and bathroom appliances were very basic
The kitchen doesn't have a stove

The sofa in the living room was not very confortable for sleeping.

I really enjoyed the location, and how it was within walking distance or a quick taxi ride to the Piazza Trilussa. That Piazza was a great introduction to the Italian nightlife and restaurant scene, and it was a fantastic way to start and end the day outside of the continuous activity.
As I traveled with my family, I really liked how spacious the two-bedroom apartment ended up being. I did not expect each of the rooms to be as spacious and wide as they were, which definitely helped each member of the family unwind with a bit of separation and privacy between rooms.

Great location and apartment was exactly like the pictures. Staff were very helpful, and were available to respond to queries promptly during our stay.

Front Bedroom was quite noisy at night
Would have liked a small balcony that we could sit on

Great accommodation that was spacious and had everything you need. The location was nice and central and staff were helpful - they provided some great recommendations and helped with an earlier check in.

Loved that the location. It was in the middle of Old Rome within walking distance or short bus ride from all the major sites. The apartment was updated, modern, beautiful and roomy.

Great location, very well appointed with lots of room
Small steps into bathroom
4.0
great location, roomy apartment
accommodated with everything needed
the baggage stow place that also handles check-in,
check-out was friendly and helpful
it wasn’t very clean: the floor was sticky and dusty
(i ended up going over the whole place with a broom
and wiping off the tables with some wipes).
the refrigerator had a terrible odor that didn’t go away
the blanket (comforter) had a sticky stain on it and did not
smell like it had been washed.
there was a laundry machine and dishwasher,
but both were in poor condition, so dishes did not
come out clean and the laundry came out with some
dark spots (i also cleaned the laundry machine of
something moldy with some wipes)

The location was perfect and centrally located. It
was a couple of steps away from Roscioli Forno
and a gelato place. We walked to Trastevere, Piazza
Navona, Campo de Fiori, and Castel Sant’ Angelo
from the apartment. It was comfortable for me and
my family.
Nothing
