The Jeep tour is must do. The dinner and breakfast are traditional and very nice. The rooms are fantastic, especially considering that you are staying in the middle of the desert.

Fantastic camp in the protected area. Started at the car park in Wadi Rum village - they have an office right beside the car park. Provided jeep tours. Day 1 tour we went to the typical tourist spots that everyone is brought to - there's groups of people at them all. Was great to see them, but we asked on Day 2 to be brought to where there are no people. Our driver Saleh didn't disappoint. We were truly in the middle of nowhere and couldn't see any other people in any direction - one of the most memorable parts of our trip in the middle east - absolutely stunning.
Sitting on the balcony outside the room in the evening just staring out into the distance in the quite was fantastic. Room was cute and all the staff were very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.
Nothing - fantastic experience.

Great amenities, super clean and all facilities that you need are available. Super delicious food.
The staff was not very friendly. There was no entertainment as we were only 2 families on site at that point. There was a camp fire but the staff didn’t want to provide more wood, as we extended in the night.

De dome was fantastisch. Ruime luxe kamer met prima badkamer, zicht op de sterren, s’avonds dansen met de bedoeïenen, zalig eten wat onder de grond bereid word en een fenomenaal uitzicht in een prachtige omgeving.
Toplocatie.

the staff was very friendly & service oriented. location of the camp was unique.

Wonderful location and stylish place. Also the food was very nice
We unfortunately saw the personell hitting the camels. I am an animal lover and thought that this was very tough to observe. It was unnecessary to hit them. They were already going in the right direction, it was just to make them go faster and this although they always have their feet right together so the poor camel could not even run without almost falling…

Evrything is incredible.
Hospitality, nature, luxe, quality, clean…

We were well taken care of by the staff, especially by Ali. Perfect location. Stunning views from our tent. Deluxe tent was very comfortable with good air conditioning. Very spacious private bathroom. Great selection of food and lots of bottled water and tea provided. Highly recommend sunset camel ride!
Shower could be cleaner.

The jeep tour and the view from the room
4.7
The camp is sophisticated both in terms of facilities and decor. The scenes from the camp are amazing. The jeep excursion was also a highlight. The camp produced many vegetarian dishes in the buffet dinner that were delicious and traditional and made the price worth it even despite not having the oven meat. Muhamed the owner is a great personality, honest and trustworthy and very responsive through the Booking.com messaging service.

Location is wonderful.
Rooms are well maintained with a pretty deck and great views.
Food is good, tasty and well presented.
Room not cleaned at all on day two.
A wardrobe or some drawers would be useful - there is no storage in the room at all.
No bar at the property.

This stay was truly amazing. The camp is Situationed in the best location in wadi rum, all tents/houses have their own terrace with sunset-view, the camp is not too big so that you can enjoy the nature and not the view of other tents. Mohammed is an amazing host, he and his colleagues made us feel so welcome in Wadi Rum. The food was really good and we even got to see Mohammed’s camels and try their fresh milk! We will probably travel to Jordan again just to stay here again.

The ease of communication before arrival and
Small camp, felt intimate and calm. There’s a lovely sunset spot just behind the welcome area that other visitors came to.
The evening dinner (Zarb) was yummy and we brought by chance some marshmallows to roast over the fire for dessert.
Child friendly!
Having to wait a long time for hot water to arrive for a shower. It didn’t feel right to let so much water run as we were in the middle of the desert so I ended up having a cold shower. I mentioned this to Mohammad and was told that they were going to fix something to make it better.

Best experience ever of my life so far. The camp is perfect, well organised, really clean. Food was amazing. Mohammed and his family are super welcoming and nice

The camp is amazing and cozy, not too big or overcrowded also placed in a beautiful location...both types of tents are super clean and confortable with a great bathroom and of corse breathtaking view of the desert...the restaurant and common area are perfect to accommodate all guests and staff is super friendly. Mr. Mohammad is a great host and the tour offered was interesting and well managed by his brother Hassan. Transfer was punctual and organisation is perfect. I higly reccommend this camp for the excellent service and the amazing experience offered!
This is not a negative comment but only an humble suggestion..maybe to add a kettle in the rooms to allow guests to enjoy an hot tea/coffee on the private terrace overlooking the magnificent desert

The view, the spotless accomodations, the food, the staff; actually everything

It was absolutely awesome and our best stay in Jordan! It is really easy to communicate with Mohammed and his family and it's so uncomplicated to arrange things with them. If you want to make any kind of tour, they organize it for you and you can feel comfortable at any time. The evening was the greatest one we had in our whole trip. We sat outside together with all guests and Mohammed and we talked until deep in the night. It was great!
The meal was even the best and most authentic dinner and breakfast we had in Jordan! You can drink water and tea as much as you want and we were able to try fresh camel milk in the night. I can highly recommend one or even more nights in the dessert with Mohammed and all the guys around him!

Brothers, Ali and Hassan run this camp and are friendly and informative.- The camp has been recently refurbished and the rooms are amazing given how isolated the camp is. We had air conditioning - ensuite facilities with running water, hot showers and flushing toilets. Our room was an individual 'tent' with large sliding windows and a deck looking out over the desert. The meal at night is cooked in traditional bedouin style and is delicious and plentiful. The location is particularly spectacular - with other visitors from other camps coming to watch the sunset from its location. When booking any camp in Wadi Run research its location - some camps are in Wadi Rum village which would not give the desert experience as they are behind walls in some run down areas. Also some camps are outside the park area - again requiring transport into the park to enjoy the full experience of the desert.
There is nothing that we could fault for this stay but it is worth saying that this is a dry camp and serves only water and tea ( and coffee at breakfast). You cannot buy soft drinks so come prepared if that is likely to be a problem for you.
