Great location, better upkeep would help

The location is excellent, within a short distance from the Petronas towers. The staff were helpful.

I was surprised to see cockroaches. I’m sure they can be managed with some spray.

I would definitely stay here once again.

View, location, cups, swimming pool, perfect price quality combination. I really liked that there were slippers, because I didn't have any with me, but wanted to go to the pool. It was a real lifesaver

Not really clean - because of the insects. There was no pot for the induction hob, the water in shower was cold. It would be great if the host left some salt and oil in the fridge - for cooking.

bedbugs galore

Central location and remote check-in however it took a lot of calls before hand to organise the reception. Staff are generally unresponsive

after a late check-in and arriving at 5 am in the morning, I went to sleep and within an hour I was crawling with bedbugs. I called reception and they said sorry and they would provide me with another room by 11 am, which was the time of checkout, they had a cleaner come in at 10:30 am and give me another room. I would’ve expected a full refund but I didn’t get anything when I changed room as I was staying for a few days. It was a slight improvement in. the amenity but by night fall the sink and other areas had small and medium size cockroaches I accepted the accommodation is budget but that only goes as far as the comfort and amenity it should be clean and clear of insects, bedbugs and cockroaches. I had poor communication with bookings.com who provided little support except for a small allowance of eight dollars, which really is pretty insulting. I’m still traumatised by having bed bugs crawling all over me it was horrible. I can’t say anything good about this stay and this accommodation because it’s 100% not acceptable. I can’t give it any stars for this poor outcome.

It was a pleasant stay!

The owner was polite and on call, an easy instruction to check-in and check-out, enough facilities, strong WiFi and A/C, security staff were polite and corporative, nice outdoor swimming pool and gym, a few minutes to KLCC on foot, nice view and comfortable to stay… I’ll be right back.

I wrote the owner my honest opinions as a feedback to improve his/her business.

The view from the room is amazing. And the staff is friendly.

The bathroom needs a serious upgrade, has a funky smell due to the moldy ceiling, there were insects coming out of the bathroom door. The blanket has a hole on it and there was a big stain on the sofa bed.

Very poor

Due to hygiene issue cause bites by mite unbearably itchy until today still not recover and the apartment air-conditioning are not functioning. We are very disappointed with the person in charge no response at all and this is bad service.

Bad

Before we arrived we were told the key was in a locker with a code. The locker was empty. We contacted the owner. He took long to pick up. When he finally did he was rude and seemed not to believe us. The guard told us someone else was already in the room. Finally we got a different room that was much less nice. I looked on booking and it was cheaper. The owner refuses till this day to refund us the difference. Also things were broken in the appartment. Someone walked into our room while we were sleeping which scared us to death. They came to look at the wifi but we were not told they would. The owner gave us the wrong wifi password so we could not use it till the last day. All and all horrible. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Everything you need to explore KL

Perfect location near the petronas towers and some great street food 50m away. Basic but everything you need as a base to explore KL. Pool as good. Would definitely recommend.

I like the location of this apartment. Its a walking distance to Sembang Matic where we can get various types of food at night and the best part is near to KLCC.

Did not look like the pictures, NO HOT WATER & infested with COCKROACHES

The location.

This is officially the worst property i have ever stayed in, and it was way below expectations. Did not look like the pictures listed at all plus the room was infested with COCKROACHES, on the bed and kitchen etc. Did not sleep for 2 days. Will never come back.

Walking distance to klcc n as well as some eatery choices around the suites

Overall was good but the downside was no carpark available. You will need to arrange separately with the security if would like to book a parking place. We paid extra RM30 for 2days parking. Another thing was there's these recycle bins located near the convenience store.. Not sure if the residents threw other things (than those recycled materials).. So that area was uncomfortable with the rubbish smells.. Can find some coackroaches in te suites as well

It is situated very near to KLCC. Though the facilities are very basic, considering the great location, it is worth booking this place for short business trip.

Check-in process was too tedious. Except the security guard, there was nobody in the entire building who was ready to help in any issue during the stay.
