Very olde world and well appointed a great stay.
Stair case was very steep and not ideal for people with mobility issues. Car parking was an additional cost that wasn’t mentioned at £12 a day.

Lovely looking cottage in a brilliant location in a harbour town near a nice dog friendly beach and lots of restaurants as well as the Eden Project and Gardens of Heligan. Host was communicative and arranged for us to park at the neighbour’s.
The cottage wasn’t properly clean, and therefore uncomfortable. The sitting room was particularly bad - smelt of mildew, cushions gross, sofa blown… when we put our 4 month old down for tummy time on the rug she came up covered in black hair and dirt. We left 4 nights early and moved to a hotel. With a deep clean and some nicer furniture and fittings this place could be great.

the property was perfectly placed in Charlestown to access the walk round the harbour and coastal path and also the locals pubs/restaurants which served great good.
There wasn't anything we didn't like about the property.

I was really glad to stay in the very charming town of Charlestown. I travelled with my niece. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. As tourists we found the locals to be friendly. The cottage was perfect, it gave us the opportunity for some space which is why I choose it over a hotel / b&b. Our main reason to travel to Charlestown was it's proximity to the Eden Project.
We found a car park on Dupforth Road for the first night, and for the second we parked tightly against the cottage later in the afternoon. I would not say I didn't like it. I was happy to pay for overnight parking in the pay and display, sadly the machines were not accepting card that afternoon, other tourists were experiencing the same problem.

Majestic immersion to traditional english coutry-side life with all essential conveniences!
Too short bed as for my 1.9m height))

Great location and decor. Local restaurants and shops were fab. Host was great. Really lovely cottage and Great location. Plenty of road parking very close to cottage. Maybe a little small for four adults but manageable.

We loved everything about this beautiful property. Excellent location, well equipped with everything you could need & more, cosy & warm, stunning high quality finish and attention to detail & very clean! I would highly recommend it to anyone :) Host were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Don't let no parking put you off as you can park outside as long as you are tucked right in to allow neighbours to pass, or there is ample parking on the main road outside.
Stairs were a little steep but wouldn't stop us coming again

great location just a stone’s throw away from the harbour. The cottage is cosy, clean and lovely decorated. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk was left for us which was lovely to be able to make a culpa after a 6hr drive down to Charlestown.

Lovely charming property! Very well appointed everything you could need! Ideal location with 5 minute walk to the harbour, restaurants, pubs, shops etc. Also Loved all the unique features throughout this lovely cottage. Thankyou for this special place!
Unfortunately I suffer with a bad back and found the double mattress in the main bedroom was not at all comfortable for me. Definitely more support needed there! Maybe a rethink there?

The cottage is perfectly clean a great location and a happy place to be.
The only thing I didn't like was when our holiday was over and we had to leave sea haze.

gorgeous little property, it was incredibly clean and you could tell a lot of thought and care had gone into all the renovations and small touches. Was the perfect place for a cosy evening in with wine and cheese!

Quirky, bright, comfortable and exceptionally clean property. Excellent location within Charlestown. A short stroll to restaurants and harbour. Sarita the host made herself readily available if need be and the surrounding neighbours were super friendly.
The steep stairs up to the bedrooms could be a challenge if you had mobility issues however we found them an added charm to the quirkiness of the property.

We ended up staying in one of the host other accommodation (Neptunes Rest) which was lovely- lovely quiet location and prepared/ decorated to make it feel very homely. The kitchen was well prepared with everything you needed to self cater and there was a outside space to sit in and bbq should you wish. As an added bonus this accommodation had off street parking.
Sarita and Jase were very helpful offering lots of suggestions on places to visit/ eat locally- definitely worth having a chat with them should you stay!
Some initial confusion about staying in Sea Haze but alternative offered quickly and was brilliant

The area was pretty with many places to eat. The harbour was clean and welcoming,
There wasn't anything we didn't like. We would have loved it if there was a garden for the dog.

A fantastic location in Charlestown - and a really characterful cottage
Very cosy, comfortable and warm
Very well equipped kitchen
Quiet location - off the main street
Parking is a little bit challenging - as the road parking slots are often busy
The cottage has stacks of character - the original stairs are a real feature - but could present a challenge to some as they are quite steep (We did not find it an issue, but less agile visitors might do so)

Beautiful little cottage in an amazing location, The lovely Cornish scones and clotted cream was a great touch. Local area is gorgeous with the cottage really well located
A little disappointed there wasn’t a garden or yard to sit out in of an evening, lots of building work going on in the harbour and no access to the local beach while the works are being carried out, no hardship but I wish we’d known.

Fantastic cottage right in the middle of Charlestown. Great hosts.
Fridge on the small side (there is a small freezer) Not a problem, so many wonderful restaurants / pubs on your doorstep (as well as a good Asda and Tesco 5 min drive away) but don’t do a weekly shop and have it delivered!
8.0
Cottage was well equipped to a high standard and otherwise great location.
Parking was poor. HGV's going past the car each day and had to move it on one occasion as the trailer on the HGV couldn't get past. Building works on large plot beyond the cottage.
No where to hang out swimming or laundered clothes.
