mini golf and the grounds were beautiful.
Heated swimming pool was nice but could be warmer.
general maintenance, gardens and team members were great .
soy milk at coffee shop would be good. Mattress topper for the double is needed as very lumpy. weird one but coin changing machine for $2 games would be ace and all parents would breath a sigh of relief!
recycle bin in the units would be useful.

Nice clean Park with lots of facilities. Friendly staff who were quick to assist resolve any issues. Great location looking over the Murray River and within short walk to eateries and shops.
Noisy construction crew starting work before dawn on Park extension immediately adjacent to our cabin. However once Park staff were aware of this situation they quickly relocated us well away from the work zone!

It was a great place to stay for a little holiday. Close to everything we needed and comfortable cabin. The added extra of a bath mat was something special for us all. Thanks

Location was great in between other bigger towns. This location is also easily accessible by walking to nearby eateries and take-away shops. The river front is right in front of you! Short drive to many other attractions.
The bed & pillows were super comfy!
The pool is superbly AMAZING! Kids spent a lot of time there. The mini golf is a really nice and challenging one! Love it.
BBQ is clean and well maintained.
The main room in our cabin had spiders inside the source light. At night, we could see baby spiders on the ceiling (which is low) and crawling. Upon investigation by ourselves, we found more! This gave us a scare. Next morning we let the reception know and they attended to it swiftly.
The second room didn't have a fan. It was really hot on the week we were there. That means we had to leave the air cond on 24 hours. The air wasn't circulating much due to the location of the A/C. If they could provide a stand fan, that would be nice.
We also found some of the dinnerware and cutleries were not properly clean by previous travellers. Cleaners could do a check on it during their routine clean. Will need new frying pans as they non-stick is actually not non-stick anymore. Would be nice to have some extra dinnerware as sometimes we struggled to serve food when there's only 4 plates.
The sofa was pretty chunky and the seats were low, due to wear and tear. I could feel the springs under the couch.
The cabin is a lot smaller than I'd thought. Nevertheless, it was clean and well maintained.

The amount of things we could do and have fun without even leaving the park! staff were always so friendly and helpful!
The beds were more comfortable than our own bed at home!
couldn’t fault anything!

The location was perfect, opposite the river with facilities to launch our jet ski and had lovely shaded picnic tables too. Walking along by the river, we discovered hidden gems like the special place for Jimmy James, mosaic art and a fun piano to play! Monash playground is so close and is a must if travelling with children. The holiday park itself has a lovely pool area and jumping pillow for active kids. We enjoyed the pizza night eating outdoors in a lovely setting with party lights, music, fellow patrons and helpful staff. Just bring your own toppings as they supply the bases, sauce and cheese and cook in the pizza oven for $6:00 so all our fussy eaters were happy little campers. The mini golf was a 'great hit' with the family too!
The children wanted to play golf on Sunday afternoon around 4 o'clock but when they went to collect the clubs and balls were told it was too late. Had we known about the time limits we could have played earlier to make better use of our unlimited play pass but consequently missed a whole day of use. Also that same day, as the park was not very busy we thought our day guests could use the facilities for a fee but when they reported in to the office they were certainly not made welcome and decided to swim in the river instead. Office staff on other occasions were generally helpful though.
