The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice and cozy and definitely worth the amount we paid. Breakfast was always available on time and it was made very well. Overall the place truly felt like home. We also got to meet the owner and he was extremely kind to us as well.
The curtains were too thin and didn’t block off much light, so it was hard to sleep longer because of this.

Continental breakfast and frienly staff.
I needed a taxi very early and the taxi driver was not ready. Fortunately, at the 04.15 a.m. the staff found a taxi for me on the street.

Our breakfast was prepared on time and we had a variety of food to eat. I enjoyed it thank you.
To give privacy to the user, the shared toilet needs the top walls (all the way to the roof) to be closed up..

My family and I made a quick trip into Zambia from Namibia, we were travelling from Australia.
We found Tabonina Bis comfortable and met all our family needs with 2 bedrooms.
We did not use the pool as it was winter.
The owner Laurent, came to see us while we were having our complimentary breakfast. He made sure he stayed and had a chat after we gave him the indication that he was not disturbing us while eating .
Laurent was very knowledgeable on the area and gave us some recommendations while visiting Victoria Falls.
We also know that Laurent runs Tabonina A which is located in the same area.
Thanks for all the help.
Regards Neil & Leanne

The staff was great, and the English breakfast was really nice. It was a nice place on a central location.
Our shower did not have hot water

The breakfast, location, and staff were top notch
No hot water for the shower. The first day it was a trickle and the second day, a few drops. We just didn’t end up showering the second day. That was inconvenient

Breakfast was good and the facility was very quiet and suitable for a business environment.
If it's for sharing ... it would be much appreciated if there are two beds or a slightly bigger bed.

Nice and clean rooms. The children loved the small swimming pool. Nice breakfast area and garden.
During our visit, there were renovations in the garden, but it looked like the work was going fast. WiFi was unstable.

The staff was really good. Both Belinda and the night guy did everything best they could.
The place is 2.5 km away from the centre. 40 minutes let's say from the centre. When it's hot like in Livingstone, you wouldn't like to walk. Everything is working but for ex. the showerhead is weirdly to the inside wall positioned and the water isn't abundant. Everything is like 30 years old. The room door isn't closing if you don't lock. The curtain is weak and the door is glass. So be prepared to wake up with the light. The problem is l asked and checked some hotels at the center. The prices are 400-550 kwacha with private bathroom. This place should price his rooms not more than 300. When I asked for an upgrade, he said that l have seen the prices and l agreed. So here is the situation. You bought a carpet in one store and you learn at a couple of stores later, the price was half. You can't say to the customer that you agreed for the price. This place should sell the prices at lower prices or l don't recommend. Fawlty backpackers is the very centre. Next door is Zambezi. Try them first.

Tabonina Bis is a wonderful small oasis in Livingstone. The rooms were very comfortable, with mosquito nets and air conditioning. The garden / pool area is lovely and well kept. The owner and staff were extremely lovely and went an extra mile to accommodate our dietary requirements. Highly recommend!

The location is good, and the whole stay is great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, with big beds and tall ceilings. There is enough parking space. There is a beautiful garden and a nice pool.
The breakfast was very sweet (jam, butter, toast, coffee) and could have been more versatile with savoury options (eggs, bacon, etc). The door locks should be stronger (the doors are old). The wifi didn't work very well.

Beautiful people, very friendly and welcoming! The garden is nice and green!
My room was huge with 3 beds. It was totally fine for me, but it's not "luxury", there are cracks in the doors and windows, so that it's not closing properly. The water tap was very loose.
A lot of spiders in the room, but that is of course normal in this area.
