Excellente combinaison pour l'hébergement + les activités et visites

Localisation en bord de fleuve Zambèze et dans le parc national avec les éléphants à proximité. Agence d'activités installée dans l'hôtel. Bateaux pour sunset cruise. Tous les types d'hébergement sont disponibles : chalets confortables avec vue, chambre, tentes équipées et emplacements de camping. Personnel sympathique.

Dans les chalets avec vue sur le fleuve, les rideaux ne sont pas occultants pour faire le noir complet. On est réveillé par la lumière du jour

Memorable experience topped by great staff and activities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to book white water rafting from the resort with Safpar, who were phenomenal. Breakfast was great and views from the deck over the river were amazing.

Great Zambezi river views, ease of booking all activities, nice restaurant and helpful staff!

Zambezi river cruise, activities via the hotel, tent stay, restaurant.

We stayed in a tent, which did not have electricity from 10.30am to 5.30pm. I wish there was a place to sit indoors during this time (other than the restaurant), and use wifi.

10/10 recommend!

loved absolutely everything from our stay at the Waterfront. Location is 10/10, on the river and not far from the falls. Tent was actually super comfortable and cool at night. Staff were AMAZING! And we loved that all the activities can be booked straight from the property!

Doskonały obiekt w cudownej lokalizacji i niskiej cenie

Super lokalizacja nad rzeką, chyba jedyny taki obiekt w takiej cenie, który oferuje bezpośredni dostęp do rzeki. Słychać hipopotamy, można obserwować ptaki, cudowne zachody słońca, pięknie utrzymana zieleń w obiekcie. Namiot trochę mały ale wystarczający jeśli ma się mało bagażu. Doskonała ochrona przed komarami, których wcale zresztą nie było dużo. Absolutnie przepyszne i tanie drinki. Bardzo dobre, obfite śniadanie.

Może przydałoby się postawić trochę wieszaków, zarówno w domkach jak i namiotach, żeby móc wywiesić ubrania.

Great hotel in Livingstone!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend trip in Livingstone! All of the staff were very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable (a bit dated but totally fine). The restaurant was very good and lots of fun. The location on the river was unbeatable. It was great to have SafPar on site to help arrange activities.

This is where you want to stay #Waterfront❤️

Loved the restaurant perfect setting right on the river. Food is delicious and affordable. The staff are amazing ! You can book all activities right on the premises. I would definitely recommend staying in Zambia at the Waterfront!

Situated on the river (the restaurant, not the rooms).

This accommodation was extremely over-priced for what it was. The room was pretty basic and situated right above the guard house. It was ok but definitely didn't match the price tag.

Exceptional

I stayed in a tent and it was a pleasant experience. The shared facilities are clean and sufficient. During my stay, the camp wasn`t noisy Breakfast was in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Safpar operates onsite and you can book all your activities on the premises. The location is on the waterfront and the view from the restaurant is amazing.

Relaxing stay on a budget

Rooms were great, the shower was spacious and I quite liked that the chalet I stayed in had a garden view in the centre. The staff are friendly and assisted me with calling a taxi whenever I needed one. They served a traditional English breakfast, good sustenance.

For those to whom it may matter - the air conditioning has an automatic switch. Wi-Fi works however I would not do more than emails or online documents.

cheaper, simple accommodation on the river

simple, cheaper property with restaurant and pool on the river. ac worked well, hot water in showers

very small rooms, uncomfortable beds, insects (ants, beetles, etc.) in rooms, bad breakfast. Only needed a place to rest my head in between day trips and this did the trick, but definitely wouldn’t stay here if I was planning to spend more time at the hotel.

Exceptional

I was in #20 and from the time I opened my door and saw the beautiful flower petals on my bed until I closed the door for the last time I loved my time there! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful! Although COVID 19 created challenges for arranging tours, I was able to find something for each day and saw and did everything on my list. Since there were not many of us staying, it was possible to get to know each other which added to the overall experience! Thank you for an awesome four days! Doris
