The breakfast is the only part that disappointed us. We were under the impression we would get a cooked breakfast - as per the reviews on a cooked breakfast. There was boxes of cereal, bread and buns that we could help ourselfs too.
Otherwise everything was very clean comfy and stylish
Breakfast

Great location for a trip to the races. good parking
4.3
The bed was very comfortable; good location for Newmarket
Would be nice to have Information more readily available in the room about things like the wi-fi code and what the protocol is for the food available in the kitchen. I also had problems with the internet connection: OK at first, then kept telling me the code was wrong and couldn't connect. No one around to ask about it.
In the room itself, the tape holding the screen on the TV is not a good look, and tissues in the room are always a nice touch.
Noise from other guests leaving at 04:30, but not a lot the owners can do about that.
4.3
Clean, conveniently located, water in the rooms with mints. Comfy beds, good shower.
Over priced what it is. £300 per night with no breakfast

Where it was easy to get to raving
Should be cleaner

Just location
Bad service, big difference between service and money!

Nothing
It was nothing like the description.
The property changed hands last year and has spiralled downhill. It now has ZERO personal touch and the cooked breakfast is NON existent
Do not be fooled by the rave reviews. These were earned by the previous owners and give a totally FALSE impression. We felt cheated especially with the offer of a derisory 2% refund.

I found it great. On top of that my cousin Maurice left his passport there and Paul contacted us which I felt was excellent customer service.
Cant' fault my stay.
4.3
Very clean tidy place.
Room next to mine he was on his phone and loud speaker at 6am could here every word spoken, would help if they had a quiet rime between 10pm and 8am.

All clean, comms with host were good, very comfortable, nice shower. Facilities available (kitchen area) were all clean and well equipped.
Set up took some getting used to - keypad to enter property and room, was almost like someone else's house. Didn't see a soul during my stay. But none of this was a problem, just unusual - actually worked really well for my needs.

Anna makes an amazing breakfast, all ingredients are very high quality. Even fresh tomatoes from her garden. Our room was so comfortable with all that you could possibly need. Excellent shower. very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed chatting with Anna, especially about things to do with the horse racing industry. We only stayed for one night, but could happily stayed for much longer.
We hope to be able to return next year, if not before.
Nothing to dislike.

Host Anna was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and cooks a great breakfast! The location was very convenient being close to the High Street and many local restaurants, but in a quiet residential area.
Other guest being noisy leaving the house early on one morning, but not the host's fault.

Oh, so much to like. Anna made us feel right at home and was so accommodating. It's as if she really enjoys having you there and thinks about all the little things that add to your stay. Breakfast was superb and the facilities were perfect for our needs. Beyond expectations!

Large, clean bathroom and good shower
Anna is a terrific host who really took care of us - particularly when we were both fairly wounded from a wedding the day before!
The breakfast she makes is absolutely delicious and she really allowed us to feel like we could be at home whilst we stayed with her. We wouldn’t think twice about coming back :)
No complaints! No improvements needed
Thank you Anna!!!!

Anna the host was so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful, tidy, clean, well stocked with the essentials, and the beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing, such a huge variety, and cooked freshly, served in a lovely dining area.
The complementary drinks fridge was a bonus, especially with thirsty children.
The parking was right outside the door. The Cambridgeshire is in a lovely quiet area.
We loved it.
Absolutely nothing, there is nothing not to like.
I have only good things to say about The Cambridgeshire

Anna met us at the door were she showed us to our room with all the usual amenities one nice touch I thought was the use of her beer fridge also with other drinks the breakfast was first rate and a great location for the horse racing considering the free shuttle bus runs just up the road from her property
