Spacious and well laid out house with decent kitchen and open, friendly common areas. All air conditioners worked perfectly so it was easy to keep comfortable. Pool area is very private and relaxing. Rooms are large, bright and clean with comfortable beds. All shutters work smoothly so house feels very secure at night.
Common areas include a comfortable couch set and a large tv where we enjoyed family movie nights. Wi-Fi also worked perfectly for personal screen time - we were even able to do video conferences for business.
Many beautiful beaches within a short drive, and a couple that are easy to walk to.
Host was very friendly and extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns.
House is somewhat noisy due to pool filter system and water pumps in the house itself. Kitchen was not especially clean; the stove ventilation was covered in grease, something the cleaners could easily take care of after each visitor.
The pool was over-chlorinated which gave our daughter a rash and kept her from swimming for a few days - something the host quickly adjusted at our request.
Area feels a bit remote. Even though you are close to other vacation homes, for much of the time we were all alone with no neighbors, which felt a bit like living in a ghost town. When other visitors did show up, one neighboring house threw a very noisy party with loud music that didn’t stop until 5 am.
Porto Heli itself is a cute, sleepy beach town with many foreign visitors so you can get good service. Unfortunately the best grocery store had a family of very aggressive beggars constantly camped at the entrance and exits which made our children very uncomfortable.

We stayed with eight people at this house. There was plenty of room with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, of which three were attached to the biggest bedrooms. Our host, Aris, was truly the best. He's the most friendly guy you'll ever meet and was happy to show us around in Porto Heli and its area; private beaches (both in walking and driving distance), the best places to eat, viewing points, places to go, .. But he also was a great help with all practical stuff like how the ferry to the nearest island Spetses works and where we can get stuff we need. The villa itself has airconditioning in all rooms (the main living room even has two) and is well equipped w.r.t. furniture and tools for all needs. Wifi worked flawlessly, the pool is very nice, and the bbq/grill outside is spacious and delivers great results. Also lots of thing to see and do in Peloponnesos.

House had a perfect layout for our 2 families with 3 floors. Location was great with 3 different bays a 5 minute walk from the house. Cleaning crew came 3 times during our stay. All air conditioning units in the rooms worked well. The pool was appreciated by the children. The host Aris went out of his way to help and accommodate us in any way possible.
The only issue would be the distance to town if you have older children that want to enjoy the night life a bit.
4.7
Clean, comfortable, well equipped and lots of space. Aris was a super friendly and helpful host and gave us some great recommendations of places to eat and beaches in the area. It is a quiet and relaxed place with lots of little beaches to explore and a great local taverna. It is a short drive to Port Heli with restaurants and shops.
Nothing although you need a car to get around- easily organised via the local car hire places

Everything at the property was good, and even better than expected. There were enough bedrooms and bed spaces for 10 people, with 2 master bedrooms. Pool was big enough, kids really enjoyed it. Also the beach is just a five minute walk from the villa.
Aris was an amazing host - he showed us around the city Porto Helli and suggested some good restaurants and explained how to get to the closest islands.
Overall good value for the money.
