About this villa rental
The property faces the sea with fine views of the Saronic Bay and the small island of Aggistri with the Peloponnese in the distance. Sipping ouzo on the large shady veranda, lounging on cushions in the central courtyard, or swimming lengths in the salt water pool, you can feast your eyes on the intense blue of the Mediterranean, traversed occasionally by picturesque fishing or sailing boats. The villa is arranged around a central courtyard, and combines traditional neo-classical elegance with beautiful modern design. The main building houses a good sized living room and kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed in the other two buildings. The accommodation is high quality, with marble floors and vaulted wooden ceilings. All the rooms have powerful ceiling fans. Furnishings are simple. There is space for parking in the garden which is large, full of trees and flowers, and gated.

Setting is perfect - you have the sea on your doorstep and it’s only fifteen minute walk to Aegina Town. Villa is gorgeous - a lovely space to relax. The kitchen is really well equipped - everything you could ever need. Bedrooms all a good size and lots of space for storage. There are lots of lovely places to sit and relax -we enjoyed watching sunset from the table and the pool area was great. Great villa - would highly recommend .

Thank you so much for a wonderful week. We were 7 adults in a beautifully decorated and very well equipped place. Very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, close to town and right by the sea. The view is great. Lovely pool and garden.

We loved this villa! Villa Frosso is of high architectural quality with a beautifully landscaped garden and pool. It is spacious and clean. The pool is suitable for children of all ages as well as adults. The outdoor spaces provide many options for spending time in the sun or shade. The villa is located within walking distance of the supermarket and town centre, which is nice. The walk can be however quite hot and partially does not have pavement for pedestrians. Taxi to town centre is 4€ (2019). The taverna close to the villa is a pleasant one.

We rented John and Marie's villa for a week to celebrate my wife's significant birthday and the villa could not have been a better place to stay. All eight family members were bowled over by the beautiful Villa Frosso. The villa looks good from the photos but believe me it is even better when you get there. It is a top quality place - spacious, comfortable, well equipped, fabulous swimming pool and right across from the sea. The perfect place to relax. The town of Aegina is a short walk away and a lovely restaurant only a couple of minutes stroll down the road. Communication with John and Marie prior to arriving and during our stay was excellent which made the whole experience extremely positive. We were all very sad to leave Villa Frosso but what a fantastic week we had. Thank you John and Marie and I hope we will return in the not too distant future.

We where 10 persons in June - 4 bathrooms and 5 separate bedrooms made the holiday very easy going even though we where so many. Nice pool. The outdoor dining area (facing the sea!!!) was outstanding.
Quite a walk to the shop when it's hot - since the fridge is small we needed to shop everyday.

This is definitely one of our favourite places. We have been several times, with family and friends, and each time make more memories to cherish. Sunny meals on the terrace, (very well equipped kitchen) - fresh fish from the market along the road, exploring the island with its ancient temples and hidden coves..and very comfy beds!
The villa is spacious, relaxed and flexible, with the sea right across the road. All in all, a terrific place for a group holiday, with both privacy and space to all be together.
We love it, and can't wait to return.
