Family Belgium trip

Great clean rental, cute farm animals, some playground equipment so grandkids were happy! The owners were very pleasant and responsive. Nice location near Bruges and grocery stores.

a feel good stay in Flanders’ polders

the house is super comfortable and cosy, and the finishings are highly aesthetic and qualitative. The surroundings are calm and natural still main destinations are easily accessible.

Relaxing beautiful stay, exceptional rooms and garden and facilities. Wonderful hosts.

The hosts were very kind and pick us and our luggage from the bus station (because we have had a problem with renting a car). Everything was in place and the rooms were comfortable, we have had everything we needed.

We were a big group and it was a struggle finding soap and shampoo, but we have improvised and bought some the next day.

Best vacation rental we've stayed at in East Flanders!

Spacious and modern interiors. Welcoming hosts. The trampoline (and goats) entertained the kids.

Would have liked mosquito nets for the bedrooms.

Really nice place

Very nicely renovated, still as good as new and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. It was very handy to have the tablets for the dishwasher and the washing liquid. Lots of cutlery and all you need. We loved that the beds were done, sheets ironed and included in the price. We paid for 2 adults and a kid and got two bedrooms of the four bedroom villas. This was not a problem for us but good to make it clear at the time of the reservation as people that travel together are not always a family or might want some extra space. It was a nice discovery and hopefully we will go back one day.

Better wifi coverage would be a plus.

Beautiful Well Designed Holiday Home

I would have loved to have more time there to take walks or ride my bike in this area. The host was so very kind to wait up late for our arrival and we truly appreciate as we were traveling with children. We were driving far and was delayed by traffic. We loved that there was parking for an American size mini van and was able to park close for unloading and offloading luggage. The house is a converted barn and you can tell that the owners put alot of thought, hard work and love into the property, it was beautiful. So many details we loved. We loved that there were two excellent full bathrooms with tub and stand up shower. One on each floor. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor and the beds are good size and comfortable. The house is very clean and well designed. The kitchen was very well equipped with a nice dishwasher. There is a decent size fridge and a separate large freezer. We loved the property as it is located on a farm and the kids were surprised to meet the lovely animals residing at the farm (horses, sheep, donkey, etc.). There is also a small playground and trampoline for the kids. There is a grocery store driving distance and we were about 20 minutes from Brugge for a sporting event and to visit the Christmas markets. In past reviews many mentioned spiders/mosquitos. Note that this property is not in city area and in a farming area. It was not an issue for us in November.

The directions for the appliances were available and was needed as the oven was really a specialized microwave. There is no washing machine/dryer which we knew at the time of booking. The property is 20 min away from Brugge so a vehicle will be needed.
