Had a wonderful staycation with friends. We booked 3 rooms. Great location, wonderful facility and breakfast was excellent. Love all the pool areas and greenery.
A little issue with the billing, much larger amount was billed to my credit card, and then returned in 3 separate payments. I'm assuming some sort of technical glitch.

The best city hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
The rooms were airy and comfortable. Beds a good size and very comfortable.
A choice of outdoor pools.
If I had to find one criticism and I’m really being picky, there was no mirror over the desk for doing your hair if you wanted to sit down

The Baitong Hotel is an exceptional property in Phnom Penh. The rooms are spacious, clean and well organized. However, the most outstanding element is the attention to detail and customer service. We had the pleasure of checking in with Kiry at the reception desk. He went above and beyond in the area of customer service. Whether it was tour connections, restaurant recommendations or checking in on things during our stay; we were amazed by this young man’s willingness to assist in any way possible. The hotel staff in general were all amazing but Kiry was a standout.
In addition, I spent the entire morning in the Bodia Spa and can also highly recommended this experience. The cost is very reasonable for the half day package and the services provided were exceptional.

The location is very convenient for travelers. Most places can be reached on foot or by Grab. The public area in the hotel is quite nice, especially the abundance of plants and the two swimming pools.
The front desk's lack of willingness to accommodate special request. I stayed here for more than 20 days, on a business trip. I requested a late check out (13:00 instead of noon) due to flight later in the evening. The front desk straight up refused, saying that they need two hours to clean the room so the next guest can check in at 14:00. This is ridiculous. When I checked in, I didn't receive a room until almost 15:00. There was no explanation, no apologies. And now when I want to extend my check out time for one hour, the answer is no?

Clean, resort styled property located in the city centre with well though out amenities.
Soundproofing can be improved - some noise from the main street and corridors are to be expected during your stay.

comfort and customer service
bathroom door blocks the pathway to the toilet bowl. can't take my used slippers home. almost 80% of the TV program channels have blurred and sound issues.

Excellent facilities and helpful staff
The location is not in nicest area of Phnom Penh .

Maybe I booked the room too late and didn't give me the room I originally booked

Gorgeous green hotel in the middle of Phnom Penh, one of my favourite places to stay in the city.

The new tech equipment in the room. The forest pool is great, very relaxing. Love the smell at the reception area. Lovely breakfast too.
The view from my balcony should have been better and greener. Deluxe room should be deluxe in short. Also the hot water is basically burning. Please fix it to warm if possible. Thanks

This was the first place we stayed in Cambodia after coming from Vietnam and I have to say it was the nicest place we have stayed in 3 months in SE Asia!
The staff are friendly and polite, the rooms are enormous, spotlessly clean and have really nice styling throughout. We wanted to just relax for a couple of days, and it was Khmer New Year so not much was open, so we spent a day relaxing by the Forest pool which was like being in a jungle, with a special button you could press by your sun lounger to order drinks/snacks.
the breakfast was included and again the best hotel breakfast buffet we have had in the past 3 months: great selection of western & Khmer (and wider Asian) foods, bean to cup coffee machine, and a stand with a chef making different specialities each day (omelettes, Tom yum soup etc)
the rooftop bar was fun too if quite expensive, great to watch the thunderstorms roll by on
An odd thing to appreciate, but notable, the lobby smelt incredible- I think they had a smell dispenser but it always smelt like soft jasmine I think.
nearby, there is a restaurant on a corner (at the bottom of the yellow /red high rise with hanging plants on every floor) that does the best fish amok we have had in Cambodia! It’s called Khmer Surin Restaurant and we went like 4times.
nothing!

Room was huge, the bathroom alone was as big as some hotel rooms I’ve stayed in recently. Cafe downstairs had very good coffee. Staff was great. I’d stay again.
I didn’t have hot water the first night but engineering fixed it the next day. The room had some type of contraption that you could hang your clothes in and it was supposed to sanitize and steam them but it wasn’t working and was displaying an error code (googled it) so I didn’t bother. Rooftop lounge was understaffed and while having dinner there I was surprised that a group sat next to me and all lit up cigarettes. Need some decent coffee at breakfast.

The hotel is amazing: good choice of breakfasts, friendly hotel, cozy room with balcony and city view.
We had a nice talk with F&B manager during breakfast!
Special thanks for shower amenities from Bodia and really good water pressure!!!
We will definitely come back to your hotel!

The hotel is brand new and also in a good position. The hall with the private bar and the restaurant on the top floor are just right and the food is good
I gave the lowest score possible on the "comfort" as most of the rooms on first floor face the back of a inner food court that from 23:00 to 3:00 am are cleaning up, washing plates and throwing away beer bottles in the dumpster so the noise was excessive. I went to the concierge at 1:00 but nothing they can do.

The breakfast is probably the best in Phnom Penh and one of the best I've had in many years. The staff could not be nicer.
This is my second stay here. The room this time (615?) was unbelievably noisy and faced onto a building site next door. I could hear the workers from around 8 am as though they were in the room. The noodle shops opposite were also terribly noisy until about 10 or 11 pm as was a barking dog there. I don't know why the windows did not seem to keep the noise out at all. In my previous room on the 3rd floor this was not an issue at all.

The staff were very welcoming and the room was very stylish and clean. We had a birthday celebration and the room was decorated on arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a beautiful place to relax and the spa service was outstanding.

Breakfast was buffet style and there were plenty of varied options.
Reception staff were efficient and friendly.
The hotel is in a location convenient for BKK1. There are plenty of small eateries and coffee shops in the vicinity. I only give the hotel an 9, for the reason that my stay was so short I did not have much interaction with staff, nor did I use the swimming pools or other facilities.
Rooms were a bit lacking in character and the bathroom was on the small side.

breakfast could be better
