Alojamiento céntrico pero calidad regular

Muy centrico, a 5 minutos de la estación de autobuses. Tambien hay tiendas, restaurantes y sitios para cambiar dinero a pocos minutos.

Muy sucio. Sabanas manchadas, muy deprimente. Movimos la cama para cojer algo que se nos cayó debajo y vimos que llevaban mucho sin limpiar ahí. Muy caro para la calidad que ofrece, y muy alta la puntuación para lo que es.

Exceptional

Room size is very good for the price plus the room we chose is on the ground floor so we don't need to go up stairs. I recommend spending a liittle more for that room so you don't have to climb stairs if you have elderly.

No suitable place to hang clothes, the one available is directly above the water heater(kettle).

Disappointing

The staff are very helpful but the facilities are very poor. They only provide two towels for 4 paid guests. The door is not sound proof so we can hear other guests' voices with kids from our room. The pipe was broken and the water kept flowing. Parking is not provided rather we have to park if there is empty parking nearby. I see the price from the hotel is way cheaper than shown and offered by booking.com. I paid the price from booking.com far higher than what the hotel really offered. Quite disappointing

its ok to stay for a while

smell is good around hallway but not inside the room

dont have spoon to make hot water,room for 4 person but inside the room only have two towel and two mug..i little bit noise even we switch off the aircond..dont know the sound like a blow machine where come from..the toilet also have bad smell come out..

property ok. staff is very very horrible and untrained for dealing with guest

property oo. staff is HORRIBLE. really UNPROFESSIONAL. request for invoice coz this is work but so fussy and menyusahkan.

the staff. the etique of dealing with staff is SO HORRIBLE. not even gave invoice during check out. wifi not even working.
