About this house rental
5 Bedroom, 4 Bath, Waterfront, Remodeled, All high end finishes. Please note: This is NOT a party house. Out of respect for the house and our neighbors, we only rent to families and groups seeking a quiet retreat. Also, our rates are fixed, so please do not ask for discounts.
The entry has large sitting area for putting on ski equipment or winter boots. Coat closet and slate flooring. The stair case leads up to 4 bedrooms. The Masterbedroom is a 500 sf suite with King sized hardwood bed and matching furniture, brand new bedding and matress, large love seat sofa in mountain decor, 55 inch flatscreen tv, water and mountain views, private 2 level deck with glass railings and huge sunbathing furniture island. Ultra luxurious bathroom with multi spray double shower all glass inclosed. The family sized tub is Jacuzzi brand with strong jets. Double sink and all granite finishes. Built-in closets and shelving is Red Birch. The 'Mini-Master' is a large bedroom with Restoration Queen bed, brand new matress and bedding, attached bathroom with shower and high end finishes, private deck overlooking lagoon and mountains and yard. Further down the hallway is the joint bathroom with double sink and bathtub, all newly remodeled. The bunk bedroom has 1 bunk bed with a trendle and another bottom bunkbed with a trendle. This rooms sleeps 5 very comfortably. All beds and bedding and matresses are brand new. The room has lake views and views of Mt. Tallac. The fourth room has an elegant log double bunk bed and sleeps 3 comfortably. This room also has lake views and a walk in closet.
The main floor bedroom is next to a bathroom with beautiful finishes. The bed is a Queen murphy bed in Red Birch. The room was orignally designed as a dance studio and can be converted easily as such. There is a built in office with granite desk and sliding door access to the back yard.
The Kitchen is equiped with a commercial Viking range, large stainless steel fridge and all counters are granite with 4-6 bar stool chairs. There is a computer corner with granite desk, large dinning area with Italien designer furniture, fireplace with leather couches, a foosball table, a large seating area of sofas with original art in a very cozy area with a 50 inch flat screen tv.
The back yard has a large deck wih high end, new Restoration Hardware furniture. The deck overlooks the yard and water. The yard is big enough for family soccer games, there is a hammock for two or more and a hot tub at the waters edge with seating for at least 6. Next is the overwater deck with rod iron table and chairs for 8 (more chairs are in the closet under the stair well next to the computer corner). Next is the 30 ft aluminum ramp leading down the dock, where kayaks are stored in the summer. There is room for a 55 ft boat on the left side, when our boat isn't parked there. There is also room for a 30 ft boat on the right side.
You will be hard pressed to find a finer home in the Tahoe Keys. If you are looking for a cozy, large, completely remodeled, high-end home with new bedding, towels and lots of amenities for your next vacation look no further! This is a Short-Term 30 Day rental home.

We enjoyed this house and the location very much.
Management did all they could to ensure we had a good stay. The house was great for our families to stay in. There were a few little issues, one being that the jacuzzi was not working. However, they quickly remedied the situation in addition to helping us with other needs.

The location by the water is outstanding with plenty of seating @ the table and so relaxing to sit there every morning and enjoy the quietness and the incredible view The spacious kitchen was ideal for preparing meals and is a chefs delight. The paddle boards, kayaks & bikes provided are so convenient & a money saver Also access (for a small fee) to a community pool, beach & tennis courts is an added bonus.

This spacious home was an ideal for our entire family to be together. This was an amazing property. We have rented homes in the Tahoe Keys multiple times for up to a week in the summer over the past decade, and this home was the best we've rented thus far.
We had 3 x couples and 1-2 kids per couple and this home had plenty of rooms and space for us all.
The house is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay especially if you plan to cook and spend the majority of your time in or around the property, such as beach towels, flatware, cutlery, plenty of yard space, seating, SUPs, kayaks and just a great location on the Keys Marina with nearby access to the lake.
The owners and property manager were friendly and accommodating even offering early check-in and late checkout.
I highly recommend this property, it is a top rate home in a great location with great facilities and amenities included and you'll definitely get what you pay for with this rental experience...

Labor Day Weekend Stay
This was an amazing property. We have rented homes in the Tahoe Keys multiple times for up to a week in the summer over the past decade, and this home was the best we've rented thus far.
We had 3 x couples and 1-2 kids per couple and this home had plenty of rooms and space for us all.
The house is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay especially if you plan to cook and spend the majority of your time in or around the property, such as beach towels, flatware, cutlery, plenty of yard space, seating, SUPs, kayaks and just a great location on the Keys Marina with nearby access to the lake.
The owners and property manager were friendly and accommodating even offering early check-in and late checkout.
I highly recommend this property, it is a top rate home in a great location with great facilities and amenities included and you'll definitely get what you pay for with this rental experience...

Amazing experience!
The check-in process was very easy and the host was very helpful and responsive! We had a blast with the paddleboards, kayaks and canoe - it actually ended up being the highlight of our trip! Very nice location to both casinos and Emerald Bay. Very tasteful and cozy decor. Highly recommend for people to come and experience this yourself!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the home- it was exactly as the pictures showed. The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything one would want or need including a magnificent commercial stove. The house was Impeccably presented, well furnished with high end touches and very comfortable . My favorite thing however was the multi head shower in the Master suite.... so invigorating and relaxing!!!
It is an amazing property and we thoroughly loved our experience there.

This was an absolutely beautiful and perfect home for our ski trip. The open layout of the first floor made the home very inviting and the backyard views were stunning. We had more than enough space. Would definitely come back to see what summertime in Tahoe has to offer!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home with two families and kids of all ages. This home is immaculate, perfectly situated and well equipped. Everyone was thrilled with the home and the location - where you can walk outside and be a part of the elegance of the Tahoe Keys. We enjoyed kayaking and bikes and spending time in the backyard. The kids loved the freedom of jumping off the dock and swimming or kayaking in the peaceful waters of the keys. Everyone enjoyed the easy access to the lake - just around the corner and a 5 minute paddle. The kitchen was large and perfect for people who love to cook - with every accessory and especially the excellent and professional griddle. Anything you could need was there and we cooked each day - enjoying the views and then the backyard for eating. This is a home to be enjoyed by all - each space perfectly considered and useful. The home is large enough so that all of us could enjoy togetherness but not feel on top of each other. We would recommend this home to anyone!

This has been one of our best family vacations and the house and its amenities and location was a big part of it. The house is very nice inside and out, very clean and had lots of towels, extra pillows and lots of toys (bikes, kayaks, paddle boards etc.). It even came with a bunch of life vests for kids and adults. The furniture was new and very nice, the kitchen is professional grade with everything we needed to celebrate my mothers 75 year birthday. The kids loved the hot tub and waterslide. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and I loved the privacy of sunning on the master deck. There was plenty of seating for everyone on the house and on the decks and in the yard and on the over water deck. I can safely say that we will be renting this house again next summer.

Great home with top notch amenities, location, and construction. I am EXTREMELY allergic to cats and have had a hard time at some other VBRO homes. Not here! No Cats or allergens. I slept like a baby and woke up with no sniffles or sore throat. The home and kitchen were great too. The kids loved the Foosball when it was raining outside, and we all loved the boating when the sun came out.

The weather was perfect, the house was immaculate, everything was up to date, great electronics, TVs, kayaks, bikes, basket ball, pools, but best of all was all of us swimming of the dock in the back yard. We have rented a lot of homes in the Tahoe Keys, but this one takes the cake! We will definitely be renting this home again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious home right on the water. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub in the back yard and the slide going into the lake. There were 3 kayaks, a canoe and other boats available to us and life vests for all. The yard is big and all the decks are facing the sun, which was really nice. We also liked that one of the 5 bedrooms is on the main floror for my parents and that the open floor plan in general made it very cozy and warm. This house is truly a luxury home. Everything is updated and it is clear that it has been remodeled recently. The furniture is all new, so were the linens and towels. Everything was very clean and the appliances are top notch. Before we arrived, we noticed that the listing didn’t mention much about the TV situation, so we emailed the owner before we arrived because we wanted to watch the Super Bowl, and wouldn’t you know it, they had a giant 65 inch TV in the main living room with surround sound!! Needless to say, we are very happy and will definitely be renting this house again soon.

If you have a big family, this is the place to stay. Very spacious rooms, very clean house like as if you were walking into a staged home for sale. Plenty of storage space throughout the house including the kitchen. Quite neighborhood with very lovely views. The owner Stefan responds to emails in a timely manner.
