Welcoming and helpful

The noise that was caused by other guests was not right in the middle of the night they don't care, they singing, shouting,moving up and down.

If was fine, not bad.

Room was a good size for a son, mother and dad. Room was fairly clean. Nice and quiet area.

There was only one roll of toilet paper (not a full roll) left for 3 people for 2 days :-( There was no stock of toilet paper anywhere in room cupboards.

Not impressed - wasted my money

The amazing pool area

The room wasn't cleaned. As per our conversation we were told 25th and 26th would not be serviced, this makes sense it was a holiday. On the 27th we found our bed unmade and my female she bin was still full. The cleaners simply left 2 towels for us. We also had to purchase doom for the bugs/cockroaches. We actually killed one and left it under the mat for the owners to see. We were told it's not poor hygiene they fly in. Really disappointed in our stay and wish ide made a different selection for lodgings.

Yhaaa the location is harder to find but it is in a bery good place.

Very good

My children locked the keys in the car and Teresa was so helpful. I managed to get a locksmith at 9 at night. Thank you. She also replaced the bathroom light. Very helpful, assisted with no trouble.

The bathroom door disconnected from the rail when closing the door when we wanted to shower. I had to hook it back onto the rail. The milk was sour in the fridge , I had to ask Teresa for a new jug. She gladly assisted me. The fitted sheet was not clean. It had a red stain on of some sort. We pulled the flat sheet over the fitted sheet and slept on that. I left the bed open the next morning and the sheets was definitely replaced. We arrived late Friday night and went out Saturday the whole day. Returned late the evening so I could not inform the manager on duty. We left Sunday morning at 4 in the morning to catch a flight at Kind Shaka. I did not see the manager.
