Fantastic stay in fantastic B&B

Everything. The room was recently renovated, had aircon and an amazing new bathroom. Stunning fixtures and huge shower. Great great great.

How short my stay there was. It was a fantastic place wish we had more time there.

Nicht das preiswerteste Zimmer nehmen!

Die Frau, die die Unterkunft bewirtschaftet war sehr nett und hat mir sehr geholfen, ein Taxi für Nambiti zu bestellen. Ist eine schöne Anlage mit Solarzellen, so dass sie kein Load Shedding haben.

Mein Zimmer Nr. 10( das preiswerteste) lag direkt an der großen Straße mit Krach und Abgasen. In der Nacht hatte ich viele Mücken im Zimmer. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

Home away from home

The bedroom was well decorated, exceptionally clean, lovely balcony area to relax. More than enough cupboards for storage. Breakfast by Promise was absolutely out of this world. Choices were varied from cereal, muffins, yoghurt, juices, coffees and a cooked meal. Caters for every taste bud. The hostess Illona was friendly, welcoming and made us feel right at home. Loved her cat too. Will definitely recommend Peaches and Cream to anyone traveling to Ladysmith

Overall it was ok.

Did not have breakfast. Had to leave early. Im sure the breakfast would have been good.

1. Booking for a single bed. I did not realise the room shrinks with the size of the bed. Does not state online, the room is so small. Breakfast starts too late. 07h00 is late for working and travelling people. Many B and B's in Ladysmith and Newcastle start at 06h00. Could not shave as the mirror is so low below the tv. You have to really bend your back.

Breakfast is definitely value for money. The location is great & close to all amenities.

The welfare fellow guests do not matter to some guests. The place was extremely rowdy and we had interruptions on both nights until early parts of the morning. More action needs to be taken by management and these guests should have been approached and evicted. no action was taken so they behaved in the same manner on their 2nd night. They were drunk and I am almost certain they drank on the premises.
