Super relax!

La camera al primo piano comodissima, paragonabile ad avere un bungalow indipendente. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, veramente a due passi dal mare. Bellissima la piscina, di una tranquillità infinita, perfetta come rifugio di ritorno dal caos della spiaggia. Buonissima e varia la colazione!

Ottimo, consiglio

La struttura è nuovissima, moderna e tenuta benissimo. La pulizia è al top. Camera ampia, luminosa con un bel balcone funzionale. La colazione è varia, abbondante, con prodotti dal sapore casalingo e delizioso, sia dolci che salati. Ma la vera chicca, è il mare, a due passi,dall’ Hotel, ottima soluzione per chi, come noi, ama la spiaggia libera. Ma la vera differenza la fanno le persone dello staff, davvero professionali,accoglienti e disponibile a tutto ciò che si possa desiderare da un ospite.

Visita a Fermo e dintorni

Camera e bagno grandi, confortevoli e pulitissimi. Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità sia dolci che salati. Personale disponibile , gentile , accogliente.. Albergo nuovo con un bel giardino con piscina e solarium, all'ultimo piano c'è una bellissima terrazza panoramica.

È situato vicino a binari e spesso passano treni che ,nonostante i vetri insonorizzati , un po' si sentono . Fortunatamente di notte i passaggi sono ridotti

Great location, fabulous, clean hotel, attentive wait staff - we will be back!

The apartment was brand new, with modern furnishings and huge. The pool, and surrounding area was fabulous with plenty of options to sit and relax. The staff were extremely helpful and they even did our washing for us - which was so kind!

Nothing, we would have stayed longer if they had the rooms available!

A little paradise

When I booked, I thought I wouldn't expect anything great in such a small village, however the Palmensis hotel was a really nice surprise. Overall The hotel looks like it has just been renovated and has everything a hotel in this category should have. There is a small reception area and a slightly more spacious lobby. The hotel is air conditioned and there is ubiquitous wi-fi. The hotel is not large so it's not too busy either. You can enjoy a nice rest in the beautiful well-kept garden with olive trees and a massage pool. FnB The only thing that may be missing is the Alla Carte restaurant. However, even this is not a problem as there is a good family fish restaurant 20m from the hotel. And about 200m from the hotel is a good Pizzeria, where of course they serve other dishes. The hotel has a small minibar with regional drinks, where they can also mix you a cocktail. Breakfast is continental and served. Right next to the entrance of the hotel (in the same building) is a small shop with regional food (meaning wine, oil, vinegar, preserves and pasta) and fruit. Room My room (No. 15) was very clean, spacious with a minibar and the windows can be closed with an electric roller blind which completely darkens the room. The big surprise was the 2 spacious wardrobes where you can put all your stuff even if you wanted to stay for 14 days. There was also a flat screen TV, but I have no idea if it works as I didn't turn it on even once. :D Staff The staff were very friendly and for my experience with Italian staff they were very hard working. I would easily trade them for what I have to work with. :D A huge thank you to Hotel Palmensis and its staff for the holiday we spend here with my girlfriend here. We will definitely come again next year on a similar date.

Good hotel

New structure, spacious room with modern furniture and a balcony. Wide, comfortable bed. A desk in the room and good wifi connection makes it a good choice as a smart-working location.

Breakfast was rather basic, with limited choice. Not far from the sea, but do not expect a fantastic beach.

The location. It is a pity that such a hotel is located in such a place.

For your attention! The " 4-star" hotel does not deserve a 3-star rating with a maximum rating of 7. It is not clear how this hotel manages to advertise itself as a 4 star, when: 1. There is a constant noise of trains passing next to the hotel. 2. Noise from agricultural machinery operated by the owner / manager of the hotel with impudence and total contempt, while at the same time he is also the owner / manager of the agricultural areas adjacent to the hotel. 3. The air conditioner in the room stopped working at night. We could not sleep. 4. Poor breakfast. 5. Bad attitude of the staff. The complaints of the guests are underestimated. Despite all this, the owners of the hotel dare to charge no less than 100 euros, just for one night that it is impossible to sleep! This is a real scandal! For your attention!

Pleasant

Great Location and very comfortable room. The swimming pool was also good (although we didn't use it)

The hotel was not particularly clean. The breakfast room in particular had some concerning unclean spots and corners. The price looked expensive compared to quality

Exceptional

New family owned hotel. The rooms were very nice and super Clean. The staff was really service minded and flexible. It was A very good breakfast and you were also offered egg, scrambled eggs or omelette maid just for you. We asked if we could store our luggage as our ferry from Ancona didn't leave until 22.00 hrs the day of the check-out. We were offered to keep the room until the afternoon as no one was checking in that day and this without extra charge! The staff was very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to come back again or to recommend this hotel to others.
