I was very disappointed and will never book this hotel again.

The near access to Station 1 beach is the only thing positive about this hotel.

I was very disappointed when we checked in and saw the state of our rooms. One room is for 5 occupancy but there was only 3 towels provided. Second room didn’t have tv, mouldy damp patch on the ceiling. There is a creature of some sort that keeps making noise in the middle of the night and made it very hard to sleep. You can hear the sound of the vehicles from the main room. The two air conditioners on both rooms leaked and damaged our reading books.

Good value for money but they can definitely improve their service.

The toilet was spacious. The beds were comfortable and cleaned spotlessly. The location was ok, not too far from the beach access street. Staff were polite and helpful.

The wooden floors inside the room were rotting and chipping off, my child hurt his nail with the piece of protruding wood. There were some small ants/termites crawling in the sink of the toilet. On our last day, water was suddenly cut off around midnight and this was quite stressful as I felt quite ill from bad seafood that night. This is nitpicking but breakfast was not very healthy. I stayed in so many JinJiang Inn in Shanghai before and this branch was really quite a disappointment and did not live to the usual standards of this chain.

Great stay in Boracay

The location was great! The rooms were large and very clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioning was wonderful and worked well. Staff was friendly and attentive and made every effort to assist us with early check-in due to our extremely early flight. I loved that the rooms were refreshed daily if you chose so. Daily breakfast allowed us not to worry about one of our meals.

The bathroom window allowed bugs and mosquitos into the unit (the screened portion didn't fully fit the window): however, I appreciated having a window in the bathroom to air out the moisture from the shower. There could be a few updates in the unit we were in, but it was super clean. I do wish the breakfast options changed every other day or so..

Location

Facilities in the room are broken. No mirror, ac remote control not working, floor is broken and unsafe for child, lights are broken, it was very dark in our room, only one desk light is working, hot shower is inconsistent. No inside locks for toddlers. We were assigned to the 3rd floor, which was very unsafe for a toddler.

We had a wonderful stay. Close to perfect, just a few improvements and repairs.

Nice location, close to all establishments. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with big beds. Basically clean rooms and bathrooms.

The first room we got has moldy smell, and the ceiling had a plastic cover only. Staff said they just finished repairing something, but when we requested to transfer room they immediately transferred us as soon as another room was available.

Worth the pay - room is spacious, inn location is good, and staff are nice and approachable.

The room is spacious, services are prompt, they have a clothes drying rack provision, the location is very near a hop on hop off stop location, the beach was a walkable distance, and the location was ideal for not being too near to the busy nightlife

More privacy in the shower room since the inside could be seen from nearby buildings. Also, the amenities in the toilet can be improved - the liquid bath soap could not be dispensed because the handle was broken; the shower head can have a holder.

our stay in the hotel is comfortable. Felt at home because of the staff’s hospitality.

i like that the property is close to all locations we’re planning to visit. its very accessible. the staff are very accommodating. my brother got sick during our stay and the staff ensured he is okay and cooked porridge for him too! I love that they made us feel at home. also the breakfast is very simple but really tasty! just like how we love it!

one of the beds is making a sound whenever we move or toss in our sleep. the clothing rack for wet clothes are a bit old and rusty too.

Staffs are so polite and accommodating! I am grateful to Kuya who took my call even if it's already past 11pm. Because of him, we're able to get hotel booking in the island.

The rooms and bathroom were clean. Beach towels were provided everytime.

The wooden flooring in the rooms was a bit damaged, the hot shower didn't work well in one of the rooms, the aircon also didn't work well in the other room. The hotel needs a complete renovation post pandemic. I and my family were disappointed

I like that all your staff is very pleasing, courteous and very helpful. I like breakfast as well I like the fact that we even had packed breakfast before we left very early in the morning. Thank you, Darryl, Justin, Christine, and Mr. Security guard

It was worth our stay in Boracay.

The location was perfect because it's near tours, malls or shops, and restaurants. It had everything we need, even though it wasn't at the beach front.

The room was maintained daily, but it could be cleaner esp. with insects, but that's natural.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Also, the management is very considerate when we request to wave one room (we booked 3 rooms at that time) which is a "non refundable" due to our cancelled flight last January 2 (radar system issue on NAIA terminal 3). They refunded us the money as soon as possible.
