Literie confortable. Climatisation dans la chambre. Établissement très joli, piscine magnifique. Location de scooters. Centre ville pas loin (mais beaucoup + pratique si scooter). Massage + gommage, suivie d'un thé, formidable, très relaxant ! Personnel accueillant, souriant. Petit déjeuner copieux. Restaurant très bon ! PS : pensez à avoir de l'espèce pour payer le resto (pas de CB). Terima kasih untuk semuanya 🙏🏼✨

Il y avait des tâches sur les draps, nous l'avons précisé à l'accueil, qui nous les a changé. La propreté mais pas au top mais ça reste correct. Mur de la chambre humide, dégradé.

Staff were amazing, attentive and polite. Surrounding is stunning and beds are comfortable.

Bathrooms need a very deep clean and power washing in between the tiles, there is a lot of grout and dirt buildup. Unsure why this is case as many other guests have commented the same. Everything else was great but shame about cleanliness of bathroom.

Une parenthèse calme non loin du centre de Ubud

Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques ! On a l’impression d’être coupé du monde et de l’effervescence de Ubud

La douche était cassée, la pression de l’eau ne marchait pas bien. Nécessite d’avoir un scooter pour se rendre dans le centre de Ubud car un peu loin. La wifi ne marche pas bien.

Lovely place with big pool and nice gardens

Very friendly staff and a lovely check-in process. We had a huge and comfy room. The staff was so kind to provide us with an extra desk in the room. We really liked the big pool, ideal for swimming. The gardens are lovely. The breakfast was good and enough (à la carte). We were allowed to check in earlier.

Good place to stay in Ubud.

The hotel is located in the northern parts of Ubud, eg there‘s no easy way to get into the main area of the city without using a Gojek driver. The staff was absolutely great. Thanks for everything.

An upgrade to the room without any windows would’ve been great if there were any rooms with twin beds available.

Uma Dawa is all that is good in Bali.

Mainly your service, exceptional. Very friendly and helpful people. Second, the all place is beautiful and clean.

Classy in the Nature, can stay 7-8 days..

It was very nice, place was full in nature. From out side my room I was only able to see green garden and jungle beyond that. Pool is fabulous. Rooms are good. You can find lots of photography spots in garden. Food is good.

This place is 1.8 km from Ubud center, so main market and restaurants are far, but you can get shops nearby. For bike rental you might need to struggle. Food is good, but for vegetarian there are only limited options. And breakfast starts at 8 am.

It was horrible, hence we left in the early morning and returned late just to sleep.

The receptionist was friendly.

The room had no window. Bathroom was old and moldy and smelly. They didn’t change the dirty towels that I left on the floor from the morning. They were fold and put it back on the bed . Luckily , I checked and asked for a new replacement. Pool closes at 7pm , I personally think it’s too early.

Don’t believe on the pictures of the hotel.

The pool looks nice but I didn’t get to use it.

The staff very unhelpful. Also, the manager. We arrived dreaming to have a nice shower but for our surprise the bath was full of hairs and muck, honestly, disgusting. We had to hold the shower because it doesn’t have where to hang it. The Deluxe Double Suite is denominated like that just because is a big room nothing else. The hotel has big gardens and has a beautiful pool but doesn’t have a welcoming feeling. I wouldn’t call it as a Resort & Spa but, more as a 2 star hotel. We booked this hotel for 4 night but, we stayed for 1 night and cancel the others but they did not gave us our money back even with our complaints and disappointment. Don’t waste your time going there, so many better and cheaper places out there.

mixed feelings about the resort part, but clean hotel.

the property is located in a not so busy area of Ubud. Staff was friendly and helped us with transport from airport at a fair price (500K). The massages were good and also at a fair price (200 to 600K depending on duration and type). Pool was clean.

we stayed in a suite, which was placed in what the called the “Classic” area of the resort, which actually meant “old” part of the resort. The building was placed in a corner of the grounds and the access to our room was through and alley backdoor that really killed the whole suite vibe. The location of the room also made the wifi reception horrible, we had to sit on the floor next to the window to get any signal. The room is big, maybe too big for the little amount of furniture. The bathroom was quite bad, it really needs renovation. The bath was full of limescale deposits and the shower head for whatever reason was hanging in the middle of the bathroom wall and not above the bath. They really need to improve this bit. You would definitely be better off with a normal room in the newer part of the property.

Nothing. I was offered non-window , non-balcony room. Not happy at all. I felt like I was in Jail.

Room. I was offered non-window , non-balcony room. They don't have enough staff to cater all guests. One staff member for each dept. Kitchen- 1, Restaurant Service- 1, House Keeping-1 , Reception- 1 (house keeping boy manages the reception). Also the same person cleans the room, property outdoors, swimming pool. Very few staff ( Only 4 person manages whole property). Free breakfast- limited breakfast - only 1 item to choose from available few options and 1- drink. You have to ask for fruits, otherwise they don't offer you. Ala-carte available. No buffet for breakfast.

The pool and views were very nice. The room size was great. Close to local amenities etc.

The evening meal time ended far too early. We stayed here on Nypie day, we had lunch around 1pm and then tried to have our evening meal at 7pm, but the restaurant was closed. We asked if they had any food and they said no.

Nice, quiet resort for relax if you are ok not to be in the center of Ubud.

Free upgrade to better/larger room

The hotel location is a bit far from Ubud center (main market/attractions) so you will need transportation unless you want to walk 2.6 km (one way to Ubud). The footpath condition are not that good for walking (it's narrow and has many sewage opening/ something blocking your path along the way etc.)

A great, clean good value stay!

The resort was beautiful, much larger grounds than we expected! The restaurant served tasty, well priced food. The pool was very nice, it was kept clean and was a great size. The room we had was great, the beds were very comfy, the air con was cold and the wifi worked perfectly, plus the mini fridge and complementary bottles of water were great!

The only negative I can really think of was the shower wasn't very powerful and took a long time to heat up, so we always had cold showers, not a deal breaker in the heat though!
