5.0 / 5.0
I really liked the location near Union College and the bars and restaurants in the area. Very walkable. Very convenient amenities as well (full kitchen, laundry, etc). Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
5.0 / 5.0
The property itself was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. The neighborhood is a little rough looking and the place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it was clean on the inside and we had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The king sized bed was comfortable. The one negative is the TV requires that you have Netflix or Hulu accounts, of which we have neither, so hubby was little frustrated about that. Otherwise, we had no problems. William (the property owner) provided very clear and specific instructions.

Convenient to Union College, has all you need
Stayed here for Union graduation. Walkable to restaurants, campus, shops and pubs. Kitchen is reasonably stocked. Air con worked great. Building is old and floors are a bit creaky and sloped but you’re on the top floor so it’s fine. Clean and no bugs. Good for independent travelers. Chain hotel fans might not like it.

Nice Place, Great Amenities
I enjoyed my time here, clean and pretty. Loved having laundry onsite. It is up some stairs that prohibited me from bringing my elderly mom to visit, but I was super happy with staying at this visit.

Convenient location
The kitchen had all the amenities but lacked some of the cooking utensils necessary for a longer stay. It is a convenient and relatively short walk to downtown or restaurants with outdoor dining. The place is clean and comfortable with everything in good working order. One of the bedrooms does have an oversized bed for the room, which can make it a little difficult to navigate.

Excellent Visit!
You cannot beat this property for the price, location and amenities! We have stayed in Williams properties before. He is a wonderful owner. The property was clean, comfortable and cute. Lots of room. The location is great for Schenectady. So much is within walking distance. We will be back and will rent from William again!
3.0 / 5.0
Several excellent features, but deficient in many.
If you need a big screen tv, an unusually large square footage, and big comfortable beds, this place is unsurpassed. You'll be dealing with a property management company, rather than an owner.
Problems:
1. Cooking utensils include three non-stick frypans, but only one pot which was a huge (canning) pot. No can-opener, grater. No large Salad bowl. Only partially furnished: No dressers, only one closet (2 bedrooms). 3 of the 4 kitchen chairs were coming apart.
2. Company has a policy to not give entry instructions until the day of arrival. This proves very difficult if you're travelling and not able to access messages. Company contact was unavailable by phone for 3 days prior to arrival (telephone mailbox was full).
3. Online listing did not list long and somewhat uneven staircase - a real problem for an elderly person.
4. Other than mentioned, the inside is comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The outside and neighbourhood are quite rundown but close to amenities.

Pleasent visit to Schenectady
The location is close to our family and is convenient to downtown Schenectady. The beds were comfortable and living room is cozy.
