The property was very historic.
It was nice to learn some history while staying on the property
Nothing really to dislike, the provided breakfast could have been a little better.

Tayonna (front desk)was very professional and didn’t stop until she found my reservation. Kayla (parking attendant) was phenomenal. She was able to find my car after they misplaced my vehicle
Valet parking was horrific. We waited >30mins to get my car. I found out they “loss” my car. After another 5mins they finally found my car . I was late to my appointment.

Wunderschöne hohe Decke, ruhige Lage
Leider hatten wir keine Handtücher im Zimmer

Tolle Lage und das Zimmer war der Hammer.
Parkplätze waren sehr begrenzt.

The room was fantastic...large, comfortable sitting area with TV and workspace; at least 20' ceiling with exposed wood/beams; efficient and quiet air conditioning; standard sized/stuffed pillows on a bed that slept very well; clean and stylish bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the lobby was very cool and welcoming; and the location was perfect for walking to entertainment and dining.
My only complaint would be the glass shower door needed a rubber seal to keep the water from flooding out onto the floor.

The property was clean and was extremely convenient to the venue for an event we were attending.
When we arrived, we were told that the room type we reserved, in advance of our stay, was not available. We had reserved a King Suite with city view. Deb, the person working the front desk, then said “I have you moved to room 107.” I asked if the room was the same type as what I had reserved. She stated that the room was “an upgrade.” When we entered the room, we discovered that it was a handicap accessible room, with a roll-in shower. The racks in the closet were very low. The lighting was poor, and we realized the bedside lights, fastened to the headboard, did not work. Our “city view” room looked directly onto the sidewalk, street, and valet parking area. We had to keep the drapes closed to maintain privacy. When we asked Deb about having someone look at the lights, we were told she could move us to a room with two queen beds, but they didn’t have any maintenance workers and it would just have to be dark in the room. Later, it turned out that one of the lights had been unplugged, so I was able to fix it, but the other side never worked.

The location was great. Close to everything I wanted to see.
The only issue I had is that the desk clerk double charged my credit card, and I still haven't received credit yet.😡

The location is great. The decor/style is great. Giant windows & tall ceilings made the room feel super spacious.
When we arrived & checked into our room it wasn’t clean. (surfaces, mirrors, needs soap & towels…) we were told there weren’t any maids on premises until the next morning. This should never happen!! The hotel was very busy & they seemed under staffed. The next morning at breakfast someone came around to check on our stay & took care of the situation immediately. The breakfast could just be a WHOLE LOT BETTER!!

I liked that the location of the hotel was in a central location
The property seems to be understaffed. We did not get fresh towels/wash cloths during our stay after calling the front desk on several occasions until the morning of check out when a desk clerk was nice enough to bring them herself. We also paid for valet parking at 29.00/day but had to wait over 10 minutes to get our car because there was only one person working on a weekend. It was an inconvenience especially when you are trying to get somewhere on time and having to wait.

I always try to stay at SprinHill Suites when I travel in Montgomery. Their beds are the best! I know that I will sleep well when I stay there. Also, the rooms are very romantic with huge windows, long sweeping drapes and the interesting mix of the rough hewn exposed lumber and bricks of the building that once was a cotton gin. Gorgeous facility!

We liked the spacious bricked-wall room with vaulted ceilings. The breakfast was good as well as the location.
I had reserved eight rooms for 2 day stays about 1 month in advance paying everything on just 1 card [Keeping it simple]. However, upon arrival the rooms could not be located even with giving them all my printed confirmations. We spent more than an hour at the desk trying to check in, tired from long drives. The eighth room did not check in until the following day and again, they couldn't find the reservations. I had to leave my event and travel from Prattville back to Mongomery to check the guest in. Next, there was a strong foul smell once we stepped off the elevator on the 4th Floor and a big dead water bug that lived in the elevator pathway. Our coffee pot was filled with some kind of brown liquid and trash. I asked to have it replaced and was told if one could be found, and it was not found or replaced. One of my other guests had a very leaky shower than made for a messy bathroom situation.

The rooms are unique, very spacious, clean and well designed. The staff are very professional and very friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with many options. Loved the sausage biscuits! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the downtown area and restaurants via walking. There is limited parking near the front entrance but many parking spaces elsewhere.
We did not have housekeeping visit our room for the two nights we were in town. We were out of the room from 9am until 7pm both nights. However, we don't require much and made our own bed.

the location
I was given an inside room. It was horrible. I asked to switch rooms and was told there wasn’t any. So I went back to the room and the lights didn’t work so it was very very dark. went downstairs again and they moved me to another inside dark room. I picked the hotel because it said it had a laundry room. Washed a load and the dryer was not working. The guy at the front desk was very nice and put my 2 loads in their dryer. At 2:30am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. Was not a great stay.

There was only street parking and none was available When I arrived. As a single female arriving after dark, My only option was to pay for parking. The room had no window to the outside. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The room was poorly organized and never got dark enough for sound sleeping.

Breakfast was so so didn't know what kind of bacon that was it was tissue thin.
The one tv that was in our room should have had at least two or have the one tv there on a swivel.

Great location and nice use of old buildings.
They gave me an internal room that has absolutely no natural light. When I asked for a room with window I was told by quite the rude and not helpful staff member that I would have to spend an extra $200. I checked on line and there were at least 6-7 other room for a similar price he could have given me.

Staff was excellent, location was fantastic. Nice and clean.
Breakfast could have been a little better.
