Fantastic stay will be back

The staff of this hotel is what makes this an ideal place to stay in Montgomery. 2nd stay in 2 months.

Beautiful hotel but the adjoining rooms are a nightmare that inflexible staff wasn’t able to fix with a replacement room

Great Pool, room with nice amenities

Adjoining doors are so poorly insulated, you can hear everything. If you have loud neighbors you will not be able to sleep. Management was not flexible and did nothing to solve the noise situation, even after we repeatedly asked for another room. Some of the towels were tattered. There also was a pointy piece of broken ceramic on the floor.

OUT DATED rooms dusty with grungy smells, the toilet in my room had been stopped up (I guess) it just kept constantly running I called front desk they eventually sent maintenance as we were headed to the pool came back toilet no longer running but the smell was worse!

Very good

Really nice Lobby with a lot of amenities. There are a lot of spaces in the lobby where you can meet and spend time with people. The indoor and outdoor bars were both very nice. My family and I had a very nice stay.

The room seem to be a little noisy with street noise.

Nice hotel with poor service from the hotel staff!!

Beautiful Hotel. Close to the river and attractions.

Staff was unresponsive to request. Front desk would put you on hold the never pick back up. Had to make a trip to the front desk and 2 phone calls to get assistance.

I hope I never have to go back.

Room and location to the bar exam. There was no breakfast, and the hotel accepted a delivery of a cake but didn't deliver it to my wife. The staff was not good.

The price, the staff friendliness and helpfulness at check-in. The hotel accepting and not delivering a cake sent to my wife. The lack of employees who wanted to give guests a good trip. I was pretty disappointed in the hotel.

The stay was truly an enjoyable one.

The cleanliness and comfort.

We had to request a rollaway bed bc the two bed rooms were all sold out and after requesting it three different times and getting it, it became a challenge to maneuver around it.

The staff may need help communicating across cultural boundaries. If you do not like a culture of people, you must fake it and smile anyway.

Great time

Everything was truly remarkable. The facility is top notch. It is a beautiful hotel. I was truly impressed with the security, ,especially the fact that you had to use your room key to access the elevator.

Good location. Friendly Staff. Need to improve on smell and cleanliness.

The location was perfect. The amenities and lobby were nice. Staff was friendly. Our room had a decent view.

My room smelled bad and wasn’t cleaned properly. We found someone’s pants and underwear in the closet. The hot water didn’t work properly.
