All staff was very helpful, kind, made sure we had everything we needed, and were especially caring to our grandkids. If we return to Montgomery again we certainly will stay here again.
Personal preference….bed was to firm for me

Nicht unbedingt für Ferien geeignet.

Front desk staff was excellent.
We noticed a small brown stain on one of the beds after my daughter woke up. As it turns out, it wasn't a stain because I was able to clean it with just a damp cloth. The sheets hadn't been changed from the previous occupants which meant my daughter slept in a dirty bed that was stained with...who knows what.
The pillows were too soft.
The bed is hard.
The occupants right above us were quite noisy.
I stayed in em 214 March 4th 2024. The fridge wasn't working and the Kiureg wasn't either.
We stayed in em 204 march 13 2024, which had the bed with the unknown fluid.
I'm very disappointed because of the price I paid and what I got.

I loved everything. Especially Matthew at the front desk, he was so sweet and kind and attentive. Any questions I had, he answered and helped me understand certain things. Also, I'm not sure who the lady was that was cooking breakfast on the day I checked out, but she was amazing and an awesome cook. Even though there was no server, she made sure to take care of everyone's order , and Matthew also helped clear and clean tables off to assist her. The night before I checked out, I am not sure of his name at the front desk, but he was also awesome in explaining the pantry to me when I came to purchase a beverage. And housekeeping on the second floor was very nice and polite even though I didn't require any housekeeping services she was very welcoming. This has to be the best hotel stay I've had in my life, honestly. I took this time to get the room for the weekend to get away since I will be working on my birthday on the 27th, and the hotel staff really made me feel so comfortable and just welcoming. Thank you so much to you all. If I could give you 1000 stars, I would.
I had absolutely no complaints or dislikes.

In town for a funeral and location was close by. Personnel was good, good bed
Toilet ran entire time, one set towels for 3 nights, no fan in bathroom, 1 chair in room for 2 people.

Everything
Everything was great.

Customer service was excellent. Cynthia was great at the front desk. Dre was wonderful at the bar and made us good drink and told us some places to visit.
They did comp my room for 1 night but we didn't have hot water for the weekend , not even warm water. That does not make for a great stay.

Nothing. Was a horrible experience.
We went into bar and kitchen area at 6:00 when it opened. Bartender showed up at 6:25. We wanted to eat and NO kitchen staff showed up so we did not get any food. Very poorly ran. No hot water for showers and room was dated and furniture worn out and damaged.

convenient
room was ok, desk chair was in disrepair. was not told about the non refundable pet deposit of $75.

location was great! breakfast and server was awesome! front desk was super friendly and helpful!
the one gripe I had is check out wasn’t till 12 we were going to sleep late housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 to clean room and we were sleeping still then getting ready to leave about 10 and our cards to room were done deactivated so when I went out to car to load had to get someone to let me in room.

Staff was really really great.
I moved there from another hotel to meet colleagues. Looking at the price I was expecting breakfast included but it wasn't. Gym doesn't have towels. I understand that I need to ask to make my room due to covid, but how is it possible as a new customer to find elastic band on the floor and a bottle cap within my bed sheets?
3.6
I did not get to partake in breakfast, but options were wonderful. Cook to order.
The hotel rooms need MAJOR upgrades. It may have been clean ,but it was not appealing to the eye AT ALL. I felt very uncomfortable. Furniture very worn and scarred.
3.6
The quietness of the room.
Having to wait 2 hours before I could check in after driving from out of town. Found a kids toy under the bed...says not fully clean.

Upon walking in the hotel lobby was beautiful and clean!
The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dated/old for a Hilton. For the amount of money per night it was unexceptional. The rooms/furnishings remind you of a motel 6, for example. I’ve stayed at better “lower end” hotels than this. I was every disappointed and mislead especially after the beautiful entryway/lobby area.

The stay was comfortable and really quiet.
Bathroom a little out dated.

This property is awful. The facility is dirty and nothing works.
Room refrigerator did not get cold. Tv channels did not show, even after transferring me to a new room. Bedding is very uncomfortable. Did not live up to the Hilton name.

Great service decent check in process.
They had a bar in lobby but it was closed the entire weekend. The price per night for a standard king was a bit higher than the norm.

very nice except for room
room was old and mildew or moldy smell, walls had paint dabs of non matching colors. old worn cabinets. The smell was terrible.
