Great place to enjoy wonderful Bologna

Good location, very nice decor, friendly staff were all factors that made our stay so excellent.

Quite a lot of stair so if problem with that it might be an issue.

Séjour fabuleux

Tout était parfait, nous avons eu accès à l'appartement plus tôt que prévu. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé, calme, à quelques minutes du centre historique de Bologne. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Petites attentions à l'arrivée très agréables. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour la journée le jour du départ.

Excellent stay!

Great location. Beautiful apartment with terrace, friendly personnel. Handy parking very close. We had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

No elevator which could be a problem for someone - for me not a problem really.

Wunderschönes Zimmer

Wunderschöne moderne kleine Wohnung. Die Frau die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat war super freundlich. Auch die Wohnung selbst wies keine Mängel auf. Sie hatte eine super Lage und wir konnten viel von Bologna zu Fuß erreichen. Check in und Check out hat super einfach funktioniert. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen ;)

Heerlijk appartement dichtbij restaurants en bezienswaardigheden

Het appartement lag maar op 10 minuten loopafstand van het grote plein. Wij sliepen op de bovenste verdieping en hadden een heerlijk balkon/ terras, een goed bed en een prima keuken. De douche heeft een goede warme straal. Om de hoek zit een supermarkt waar we ons ontbijt hebben gehaald. Naast het appartement zit de receptie waar altijd overdag iemand aanwezig was waar je je vragen aan kon stellen.

Eigenlijk was alles oké. Misschien had de dame bij de receptie even kunnen vragen of ons verblijf was bevallen.

Disappointing

Nice bright bedroom with high ceilings and pleasant decor; some good bars and restaurants nearby

Disappointing in light of the review score (I suggest reading reviews sorted by lowest first; they more accurately reflect the experience I had, anyway). The flat was cold and the centrally controlled heat can’t be modified (at home we heat to 18-19 degrees but this felt considerably colder). It felt a bit cheap to have just three coffee pods for a three-night stay, two of which were creamy vanilla flavored. The sitting area was small, stark and uncomfortable (see photo). The terrace is shared with the neighboring flat and looks onto the backs of some fairly grubby buildings. As warned, the flat is a walk-up (four flights of stairs); it’s about a 12-minute walk to the center. Tiny shower with no place to put shampoo/gel. Staff was pleasant enough but no real service or feeling of hospitality (but you can store your luggage in the office). I regret to say better comfort and service can be found in a nicer, more central area at the same price.

Lovely Apartment in a Quiet Area

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It is close to many restaurants and cafes but very quiet & about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square and Quadrilatero. The lounge area had lots of space with a lounge and a good sized dining area. The kitchen was on the small side but had a good size fridge & most things we needed to cook a meal if we wanted but with all the food options in Bologna we had no need. When we didn't want to eat out we bought food from Quadrilatero market or the other amazing food delis & took it back.

There was no plug for the kitchen sink so we had to use the dishwasher, which was a bit of a waste given it was a full size dishwasher and use a lot of dishes.

Confortevole appartamento nel cuore di Bologna

- Posizione eccellente - Ottimo benvenuto - Termoregolazione perfetta - Illuminazione, biancheria, stoviglie, prodotti per il bagno, doccia etc etc tutto perfetto.

Premetto che sono piccole cose e soprattutto poco influenti : - La casa non dispone di un affaccio, ha solo una piccola finestra che si apre di pochi cm. - L'host tendenzialmente dopo le 18 non vi risponderà più. - Il letto matrimoniale è composito da due materassi singoli che creano uno spazio al centro.

Ticked all the boxes!

we chose the ground floor apartment so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. Great to have a washing machine and we appreciated the few goodies left for us to get us started. It was about a 10-15 min walk to the train station. Also 15 minutes away from the main piazza. Decore was lovely too.

Great apartment with facilities

Great location just 10mins walk to Piazza Miggore. There are many restaurants nearby where you can get your meals. The apartment is in a quiet locale (no noisy street traffic at night), well equipped and large (in comparison to hotel rooms). In the hot summer weather, the washing machine was godsend if you travel lite and want to refresh your clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wish the Aircon was colder. I had it at 18 degrees Celsius but it wasn’t cold enough (no blanket). The Aircon was noisy too but having ear plugs helped. The only thing I found strange was that there was no duvet or blanket. I only had the top sheet. Checked with the admin after I checked out and they said there’s none for summer because it’s too hot but they can provide if needed. So do request if you prefer to still have a blanket or duvet.

Bologna is a beautiful city. The food is fantastic...the city deserves it's reputation.

The apartment was very clean and had everything required. Excellent location very close to the centre of Bologna, easy walking to the famous sites. Eating options excellent! We greatly appreciated the restaurant recommendation for the evening we arrived.

Late request for a copy of my passport to enable late arrival. The request came on my day of arrival while I was driving to the airport in the UK. I was able to forward this from my phone...not sure everyone could do that. 24 hours earlier would have been so much easier.

Great option for a family stay

Great location and easy to check-in at any time (with instructions and codes). The appartment is great, spacious, well decorated and with a beautiful balcony. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, which were great for the 40º weather. Crib available for our child. Kitchen with everything you may need. Easy to talk to the staff. Supermarket (Conad) nearby.

No lift and price a bit expensive (compared to other appartments/hotels I've stayed before in bigger cities).

3 days in Bologna

Really lovely apartment in a great area. Lots of restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the centre. Everything we needed for our trip to Bologna. Alex on the desk was amazing too, super customer service. Made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and had our room available before check in.

Hosts were very helpful in recommending places to eat etc. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport. Communication was excellent. Room was spacious and decorated in an eclectic manner.

The spot to stay in Bologna

Perfect location and very nice room. Friendly host and easy check-in. Nice touch the snacks and juice for Breakfast. Clean room and fully equipped kitchen. We can recommend!

It would be nice to mention that the room is on the 4th floor without elevator ;)

Disappointed although the staff were helpful as regards our arrival.

Convenient location although multiple flights of stairs were not ideal with luggage - it was kind of staff to help

Boutique is fine if everything works, but the lighting on the sofa and in the bed was not good for reading. Frustratingly decommissioned reading lamps were part of the decor above the kitchen cabinets. The bathroom seemed dark. Hot water was limited in the morning. So many switches that it took time to establish how the lights and the skylight blind operated. During the night there were quite loud noises from the roof space presumably caused by changing temperatures.

A gorgeous apartment on a great part of town, would definitely recommend and be back.

The apartment was in a great location, walkable to everything, amazing restaurants on the doorstep, the crazily famous finestrella on the actual doorstep! Near to parks, bars and shops and the station is walkable too. It just had really good local vibe. Lovely, clean and modern inside, very comfortable bed, quiet building. A nice touch to have a coffee machine and coffee and biscuits for guests. key collection and code system worked really well and staff were communicative and helpful when we needed them both before and throughout the trip. let us store our bags on the last day and organised our cab to the airport.

We booked late so sadly did get that top floor attic room with tiny window to the street and skylight in the kitchen. I was 7+ months pregnant so the stairs up were a challenge. Anyone with mobility issues or small kids would struggle with this particular apartment with quite steep steps up to the bathroom inside too. The street noise was loud on the weekend so if it’s hot request the air con remote before your first nights sleep and you’ll be perfect.

Perfect apartment for your stay in Bologna!

Great little apartment, stayed only for one night but it would easily be one to stay in for a week or so both for work or leisure. Super central location and walkable distance from all of Bologna's main sites.

No lift so keep it in mind if travelling with big luggages!

Great location, comfortable apartment.

We stayed two nights in this comfortable apartment. Our hosts were welcoming and responsive. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom (on the same level as the bedroom) was nice. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. We were able to leave our luggage on our last day until we left in the late afternoon. Location is great, particularly if you arrive by train. It’s centered between the train station and the center of town. There is not a lot of natural light, but plenty of lights and lamps within the apartment. Highly recommended!
