The property was well maintained and security was good as well. We had great views of Positano which is what we wanted.
The bus schedule was a bit inconvenient as it didn’t come by frequently enough to allow for a flexible schedule.

The apartment is clean and spacious and has everything you need. We were a family of 4 so it was perfect. The views from the terrace are gorgeous and definitely a highlight. We loved the pool but didn’t use it as much as we would have liked to as we were busy exploring. The location is quite far from the beach and town centre and it’s ok to walk down to even with a 10 and 8 year old but it was a bit to hard to walk back up all those stairs in the afternoons. You can catch the bus back up but they are quite busy or a taxi which costs anywhere from 35 to 40 euro. There is a restaurant right next to the accomodation which was amazing and the view is perfection. The staff at the accomodation were lovely and helpful. It’s in a quiet part of town which is great because Positano is ridiculously busy.
Transport to and from the beach was tricky with little ones the easiest option was taxis which weren’t cheap. But nothing is cheap in Positano so be prepared to pay premium for everything.

The flat was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view and amazing pool. The host was extremely helpful both before and during our stay with helpful tips, advice and answers to all of our questions. He even helped us book a car service to drive us from the Naples train station. The flat included additional amenities like a washer and snacks and a bottle of champagne.
The property is quite a ways away from the beach and main part of town so be warned about the steps, but it's made up for with the view and hospitality.

Property was great and clean. Pool was great! Salvatore answered all our questions very quickly! Comfortable stay for us and our 2 daughters (17 & 22).
View was great but that means it's a good distance from the beach. You can walk but can be difficult for some as there are lots of stairs and bus not reliable but there are taxis.

This was a beautiful apartment with a large patio overlooking Positano. The view was amazing, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice kitchen and coffeemaker. The host even left pastries and jams for the breakfast. The great view means it is quite a hike from the city center - but it is easy to take the bus to Chiesa Nueva (new church) and then a 10 minute walk uphill from there. You definitely do not want to walk UP from the ferry dock. Walking down all the way was enough for us! You can also get down with the Nocelle bus that comes every hour and stops just down the road. Also liked the awning that we could extend for shade during the day, very nice.
It was really amazing and Salvatore was so nice. There is a green mesh that covers part of the railing (maybe to protect children or pets) and it interrupts the view a bit when seated. Really a minor thing, more feedback for the owner to consider.

We were moved to Casa Clemy in the same apartment building. The apartment was amazing, with everything you need, wonderful terrace with the most stunning views of the coast and mountains. Salvatore met us as planned and he was a great host. To the people complaining about steps: This is Positano!! Part of the charm is how the town was built up along the mountain from the coast. The walk to the city centre takes no more than 15-20 minutes when you find the right steps through the charming alleys with beautiful views along the way. The restaurant just by the apartment, Da Costantino, is amazing. All in all we had a perfect stay :-)

great apartment with fantastic pool to relax at. would recommend to others! be advised the location is a bit of a hike from the city centre but it is great value with wonderful views of the city.

Private parking and private pool.
Far from the beach and it costs 30 euro per trip with taxi. To drive our own car would have costed a lot of money with expensive parking charges.

Really enjoyed our stay in Positano, the 2 bed apartment has stunning views out over the bay and the balcony is very large. Accommodation was very good and we were met on arrival and shown everything we needed and advised about shops and local buses. It is as described with 1 bathroom including a shower which is tight for a family of 4 but we knew this before we arrived. There were also beach towels and laundry facilities which was great. The apartment complex is up steps (about 1km) from the main intersection where you can get the local bus down to Positano, there is also a local coffee shop and supermarket here which we used each morning for breakfast. There is a grocery shop right across from the apartment entrance which we also used and the local restaurant Da Constantino was excellent with amazing views. There is also a bus stop just down from the property but its not as frequent it goes hourly, you get the bus tickets in the local Tabaci (note you have to still wear masks on the bus). We found the steps fine in Positano and walked down to the beach each day but some people may find this hard going. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Positano.
Some of the outdoor furniture needs an upgrade and maybe more plates etc.

the location was along way from the beaches, bars and restaurants.

the pool was amazing and the view was stunning, the staff were very nice. the grounds were beautiful
over priced, the air con needs to be updated it rattled all night. light bulb in kitchen not working. we have been travelling around Italy for 4 weeks and found the value wasn’t worth it but realise it was in Positano so you expect to pay extra. still needs some updating.

Great view from the balcony and lovely surroundings. It's perfect to relax in the nature if you don't plan to go to Positano centre often. Parking included is very handy as it is impossible to park in Positano.
Despite knowing about the stairs it was really tiring to go to Positano centre everyday from this apartment. I would recommend this apartment if you just want to go one day to the centre by bus and enjoy the rest of the days in the pool with the breathtaking views.
The swimming pool times - could never use it as it wasn't open early enough or late enough for a morning/evening swim.

This place is amazing, it’s super clean and the view is to die for. The pool area is super clean as well which was really nice. The service is literally the best, we were lost in the mountains when I called the host, Salvatore, and there was someone to pick us up in literally 2 minutes. Felt so safe visiting here. The area is super quiet which was so nice. Perfect location for us, and for what we saw of other places both before and during our trip, this definitely seemed like the best place to stay in Positano :)

Ants in the bedroom. Airco in The bedroom made noise all night, even if switched off. A lot of cut off nails at the balcony. No hygiene.

Host was very welcoming and gave us a bottle of champaign along with lots of breakfast options. The view was amazing!
The stairs are a little tricky when not used it. But we loved the little apartment with the great view!

The view from the balcony was amazing. It was located at the top of Positano and very close to a well known Italian Restaurant called Constantino which had really good food. The pool was very clean and great to have to tan on holidays.
The shower room was not the best. The water pressure was very weak and didn’t enjoy taking a shower in that condition. The guard at the front didn’t help with anything.
