Great location

Great location, <15 walk to Termini, we walked to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and took the metro to The Vatican. Clean, daily housekeeping, helpful staff.

Wifi was very poor.

Fabulous stay in Rome - central, safe, modern and clean.

Sensational location. So close to all the major tourist attractions and within easy walking distance. Felt very safe. Loved having a room with a balcony.

It has an original lift, which was fine if you’re not claustrophobic, otherwise it’s three flights of stairs.

Alojamiento cómodo y funcional para una escapada.

Cama: La cama era grande y muy cómoda, lo que nos permitió descansar a gusto después de largos días de turismo. Habitación: La habitación era pequeña, pero estaba limpia y era perfecta para nuestro viaje de dos personas. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia corta. Equipamiento: La habitación disponía de cafetera, hervidor y frigorífico, lo que fue muy útil para prepararnos café o té por la mañana y para tener a mano bebidas frías. Ubicación: La habitación daba a un patio interior, por lo que era muy tranquila y no se oía ningún ruido. Esto fue perfecto para poder descansar por la noche. En general: Este alojamiento es una buena opción para quienes buscan un lugar cómodo y funcional para una escapada corta. La cama era muy cómoda, la habitación estaba limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, la ubicación era tranquila y silenciosa. Recomendaciones: Si te alojas en este hotel, te recomiendo que lleves tu propio café o té, ya que no se ofrece en el alojamiento. También te recomiendo que pidas una habitación con vistas al exterior si quieres disfrutar de más luz natural.

Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany. Hotelik niewielki, ale znakomicie usytuowany. Bardzo czysty.

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko, nie musiałyśmy korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej.

Możliwość zjedzenia śniadania w hotelu byłaby z pewnością dodatkowym plusem.

Perfect pentru un City Break

Amplasarea hotelului este ideala pentru a vizita atractiile din Roma. Camera in care am stat este spatioasa , mobilierul este nou. Personalul ne-a recomandat locuri de vizitat si locuri unde putem lua masa.

Presiunea la dus si faptul ca asteptai 2-3 minute sa vina apa calda.

Tavsiye edilebilir bir otel.

Otelin konumu güzel, yürüyerek Roma merkezi rahatlıkla gezdim. Oda konforu da güzeldi.

Birkaç kere asansör arızası ile karşılaştım. 5.katta kaldığım için bir sorundu.

Good experience, comfortable room, friendly staff and close to the city's main sights

Esposizione Palace Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff at the reception was very friendly and even helped us by giving tips on places to eat and go sight seeing. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It had air conditioning and hot water (the hot water took a little bit to heat but that was ok). The hotel was near to the train station and a walkable distance to the main sights. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again myself.

Overall decent stay, the google reviews were a little scary but this place wasn’t too bad honestly. The service wasn’t a

- Location was great. Close proximity to most major attractions and Roma Termini train station. - Clean rooms, the cleaning ladies did a great job. - Room was spacious enough. - They give a list of services and restaurants you can check out

Although they tell you to message them on WhatsApp, sometimes, I didn’t get a response. The shower wouldn’t drain, someone came to fix it the first time but when it happened again. My message about getting it fixed was ignored. The service wasn’t great at check-in, one of the ladies has a saucy attitude that I really didn’t care for

The property said they will only take the payment once we're in the hotel however they took the payment a day before and also took another payment (same amount) at our arrival saying that previous payment was only blocked but never taken. However, the payment WAS taken which later they acknowledged and promised to return the money which they never did. It has been two weeks now and noone is answering my messages.

don’t know why need to for pay city tax by cash. I paid three city tax £7x 3=£21 , only invoice next day paid £7!

tv did not work 4 days but offered to change room the 1 day before we left no sugar or normal tea didn’t stock the mini bar at all any days i had to pull sheets off on day 3 so they would get changed and then they put dirty sheets back on they tell you to contact call them on WhatsApp but they never answer , communication was terrible another couple arrived on our last day to get in the building they had been trying to contact them for 3 days lucky we could let them in

located close to Termini station, metro and almost in top of bus routes. Very clean, friendly staff but smaller than I thought. This was my first trip to Europe so apparently that is common. I would return!

Location was perfect, close to Roma Termini, metro station and all mi sightseeing points. Great room, very clean with everything you need. Helpful staff.

Room view was the inner courtyard so it was a bit darker but we didn't mind as we did not spend much time in the room
