Great location!
Staff was friendly.
Room was very spacious but not exactly what we thought what we were getting. Bed was comfortable.
No real lobby.
Breakfast was lacking, same everyday. Eggs were cold, pancakes were cold.
Blanket on the bed smelled bad and was stained. Had to ask for another one.
Towels were not refreshed, nor was the coffee. Had to ask to front desk to come and do it. No hair dryer, no robes, no slippers.
No lounge chairs on patio. Dead plants.
No bar at pool. Listing was showing drinks and people on the roof drinking. No drinks or bar anywhere, nor did anyone come to ask if we wanted anything.
I normally do not give detailed reviews like this, but coming from another country it’s important to be descriptive as possible so others know what to expect when they choose a hotel.

Room was perfect, location is very central. Staff are beautiful and helpful. Restaurant is exceptional, don't miss tapas there.
Mosquitoes! Buy an extra plug in zapper for room.

The staff, especially Carlos, Joaquin and Alejandro went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel like family.
The location was perfect for touring the historic part of Sevilla.v

It is in a wonderful location, right in the heart of the Santa Cruz lanes. At every turn you will find a new gem to eat and drink. Staff were very helpful, thanks Carlos. Yes you get dropped 100 metres from the door but don’t let that put you off, it’s worth the effort.
Nothing really.

Staff was very friendly.
Room was very small, 1st floor is very noisy since it’s right by the street. Bed was not very comfortable and A/C did not work well. I do understand these are old renovated buildings.

I missed the slippers in the room. The shower was very complicated to use.

location was right in the heart of the old town, so everything was only a few minutes away. Our room was large , the bed was lovely and wide . Loved the private terrace and the views from the bedroom windows and terrace . We had breakfast every morning which was lovely. Special shout out to all the staff who made our stay so warm and friendly . All the reception staff, Joachim, Carlos ( Nunez) , the other Carlos , Natalia and Maria and our great restaurant breakfast person Miguel. All so nice and friendly and helpful
Everything was great. Bin lorry in the small hours did create some noise but after the first night actually got used to it and there is nothing the hotel can really do about that .

Location, quiet room, great staff.
Shower drain in 202 was clogged and wouldn’t drain causing the room to smell bad.
3.0
Room was nicely decorated and spacious. Breakfast was just alright. Outdoor pool was nice. Hotel location is very central.
One element of the staff was really nice and recommended a nice typical restaurant. Another element of the staff was not interested in helping and was even rude in his response to my complains. The fact is that it was impossible to sleep in the room due to extreme noise in the street during all night - hotel should improve sound insulation.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location of hotel was excellent.
Maintenance work going on while we were there which created an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. Unable to use rooftop terrace due to work being carried out.

We loved our stay at the Halo Boutique hotel because all the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the room was beautiful, exactly as expected from the photographs and kept immaculately clean each day. The hotel was also in the perfect location to be able to walk easily to places such as the Cathedral and the Plaza de España, as well as having places to eat within a stone’s throw. The view from the roof terrace is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely stay here again if we return to Seville.
Nothing we didn’t like.

The staff is very friendly.
The hotel is very nice and in a very good location.
Internet connection on the room was not exist and we had to go outside to work online.

great location and cool boho vibe of the room. very comfortable bed.
Noisy outside with several restaurants and bars located directly below the room (could hear through the windows until about 11:00 pm). It wasn’t a big deal for us, but for guests with young children this probably would be a big issue.

The location was right in the old city center.
The hotel is good in a central location, but without any car access so you need to carry your luggage.
The main issue is related to the atitudine of staff that are clearly not trained properly and unable to use the booking systems.
I booked on Booking.com, but they sent me a private link to pay for the accommodation. When we got to the hotel, they asked again for payment. I explained that I was double charged and showed then the bank extract with both payments but even today after one week later they have not refunded. Also, we asked for one day extension and they proposed a room that we have even visited, just to tell us after 30 minutes that it was just booked and they cannot influence/control the system.
As a result we had to leave short notice and go find another hotel.

the hotel is in a great location. need to historic sites but not too commercial. our room was large and very comfortable. we had a big bathroom and 2 doors opening onto the street. the management was lovely but slightly disorganized. our safe wasn’t working and cleaning supplies left in hallway. however all it all it was a very nice place. definitely should have a higher rating just needs to correct small details

Location was incredible. Our room was excellent with a small private terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The free WiFi was a little patchy in the room

The location of the property is in the historic area and its biggest strength, it is very well placed for all the sights on foot, lots of great places to eat on the doorstep.
Most of the staff were helpful, they organised transfers to and from, their communication in the booking was great and responsive, a local walking tour can be arranged also and I know they do recommendations for places to eat/things to do. The hotel has a great rooftop area but under used (see below for details) Hotel offered to store luggage for check out.
My room was large, had a good shower, bed was comfy, beds made every day, fridge had water and soft drinks topped up each day. loved having the fridge for cold drinks when I needed it. Kettle was there, but nothing to actually use, two sachets but no milk or selection as such. I loved being able to open doors to the balcony over the street. Hotel feels safe as a solo traveller and has a certain charm to it.
What I didn't realise when I booked was this hotel does not provide any food or drink other than the "packed lunch style" breakfast with one Nespresso coffee. Small cake/croissants, orange juice, yogurt, tub of walnuts/fruit was provided but didn't feel like a 4-star breakfast when you see the coffee drawn out of the Nespresso machine and a little plastic pot of milk. It didn't occur to me to check food options given the 4 star and with pictures of dining/roof top bar areas. The hotel has no provision for food/drink at all which lets it down.
This impacted my stay as there was no option for a coffee or to have a drink in the evening. As a solo traveller, I have enjoyed being able to sit and have a drink in a hotel of an evening, or get a coffee during the day, or something before a siesta. I did read online they could get stuff from other places and get them brought round, but I didn't bother. This turned the hotel for me into a place to sleep only. When I tried to get a drink locally, the restaurants wanted meal purchase as well which was frustrating.
This is in a residential historic area, the bins are dragged/taken over cobbles a number of times a week in the early hours. The hotel has tried to block the sound out with the heavy covers on doors, but if you are a light sleeper, try to get away from the roadside. This can't be helped and is an issue with many hotels in Europe in similar settings.
If you are a TV viewer no UK channels other than Disney.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance from all the important sites, a very cossy hotel. I enjoyed so much that forgot I was in a hotel. Staff were wonderful, soecially Joaquin from reception, who goes above and behond to serve his customers, he made me feel special. I will defenetly recomend it to friends and colleagues. I can wait to see Seville again and stay in Halo Boutique again, wait for me!

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel was in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Alejandro always called me by name and was helpful with recommendations. The cava on arrival was a lovely addition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would happily stay here again.

Location
would have loved robes slippers and some cotton wool pads for bathroom; and more tea bags, breakfast was very limited selection.

Balcony, size of bed
Kettle didn't reach plug, no coffee, room was only cleaned once in 4 night stay and then didn't restock water etc

location was excellent and the hotel was gorgeous in terms of aesthetic
the staff her not friendly, unhelpful and small asks seemed like a trouble rather than a pleasure to execute

Room clean, comfortable bed, complimentary drinks in the fridge, very functional bathroom. You can easy come by during the day to refresh a little bit as location is perfect, close to all main attractions! Great terrace overlooking the cathedral to chill out.
Brilliant, friendly staff. And we want to thank them once again for making our trip even more special.
Nothing really

Halo hotel is located in Santa Cruz (the old town) and all the sites were within easy walking distance. Lots of great tapas restaurants also within walking distance.
Even though there was air conditioning in the room, the lowest temperature still was quite warm and it was not possible to set it lower.
The rooftop pool and seating areas were wonderful; however, a few times there was lots of trash (bottles, cups, chip bags) left by previous guests. There was no hotel staff at the pool area. Would have been nicer if hotel staff did more frequent cleanups in the pool area. But, overall the pool area was nice and had a great view of Santa Cruz.
