Exceptional location. David, the host was a wonder and helped us in everything, suggesting routes and places to visit. The room had stunning views. We loved the accommodation, definitely recommend! We will come back!

Great quiet location, unique views

The view from our room was great, beautiful estuary position and a good seat to enjoy the view and wildflower garden. Unfortunately, we did not have time to sit out. Our room was a good size.
The room was a bit dated, dirty marks on side of bed. The bathroom could have been cleaner - hair and dust on shelves and bits on the floor. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, but only basic tea and instant coffee.

The location was wonderful beautiful views and walks just out the back. There was a host of amazing sea and wader birds definitely take your binoculars. Very light and airy room 24 access to the breakfast and lots of facilities for you to make your own food. Good selection for breakfast and free fruit . Tea and coffee in your room and in the eating area. Very relaxed household and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks for a great stay.

David & Carol really are fabulous hosts. Friendly, very welcoming, eager to ensure we had everything we needed, helpful, knowledgeable of the area, absolutely perfect!
The accommodation is brilliantly situated. Very quiet, tranquil & with stunningly beautiful views. Having breakfast in the garden, overlooking the mountains, was a particular highlight. A number of great fell walks are a short drive away. A few lovely walks start at the back door!
Thanks for looking after us David & Carol!
Millon village is ok, though short of a decent pub. Not many tourists, mainly locals.
The Italian & Indian restaurants ate well worth a visit. Many more pubs & eateries are a short drive away or a longer walk away.

Outdoor area, views, location, hosts. Everything was exceptional. The treats in the shared dining area were great.
The toilet was clean but there was some weird smell.

The H H bnb made our stay more than special. The hosts made us feel very welcome, Carol and David are friendly, polite, and have a wide range of geographical knowledge of the area. The location is peaceful and quiet with the stunning view of Duddon estuary at the same time is close enough to the nice little historic market town of Millom: just a small walk where there is a wonderful Italian restaurant. The breakfast area has a breathtaking view. The whole place is an example of an excellent BNB: cleanliness, personal touches that get your attention, the convenience of being both a walk distance from the town centre and the estuary with a very beautiful beach, also a stunning nature reserve. In the shared kitchen diner, there is coffee, tea, fruits, and a wide variety of breads and pastries, cereals, and yoghurts available all day long. The bedroom has tv, WiFi and kettle with tea and coffee, a comfortable bed, and an excellent walk-in shower. And finally as I've mentioned, the hosts are a lovely couple, and they left us looking forward to a return visit.

Very nice host very helpful kind hearted. Peaceful location.comfy bed. Helpful information about the lake district from owner.lovely continental breakfast all day. Enjoyable friendly time. We enjoyed the sky TV too and the cute wild rabbits near the property 😀 we liked the local chip shop. The views from the property were dramatic and stunning.
