Venise éternelle . On est prêt à tout pour succomber à ses charmes, même à payer du plomb au prix de l’or !

Emplacement relativement central proche San Angelo , espace sous combles souvenir d’étudiant en quête d’une chambre de bonne !

Appartement sous combles avec Velux sans vue extérieure , salle de douche avec wc minuscule , escalier d’accès raide limité dangereux . Literie de mauvaise qualité. Mauvais Rapport qualité/prix . On est clairement dans un produit d’investissement touristique avec des prix hôteliers exagérés . Appartement relativement froid en hiver (le propriétaire a bridé la chaudière) Pas de savons ni shampooing. Pas de papier toilette. La générosité a ses limites !

Super. Value for money.

This is a terrific apartment. Like all Italian apartments you will need to get your luggage upstairs (remember you only have to do it once!) but the space is great. Super quiet, I slept sooo well. The space is perfect for a longer stay with washing machine and kitchen to make you feel at home. Loved it.

I don't like the left over toiletries. I know these are supposed to be 'just in case', but unless they are new and quality items then just get rid of them...

Exceptional

Beautiful and cozy apartment in the center of Venice. Great location. Despite the location in the center, the apartment is quiet. If we come back to Venice, we will definitely come here.

Love Venice, love this part of Venice, love Moonlight Appartment.

Great little apartment with all you need and location is perfect for Venice: right next to Academie Bridge/ Camp San Stefano. Regular performances of Vivaldi music in the San Vidal Church about 50m from the apartment.

Not a problem for us but only Italian channels on tv. Remember to bring cash for your City Tax.

Very good

Location was fantastic. Had 2 rooms.

Host did not come to guide us in even though we sent a message the night before confirming train coming in on and station on the canal to get off at. If not for a fellow travellor with cell phone capabilities beyond ours, we would still be there waiting and be unable to locate or gain access to the suite.

Pleasant stay despite an unreliable, broken reservation confirmation with no apology given by host

Great location, good facilities, really a nice place to stay and visit Venice!

Several weeks in advance we requested via email to arrive one day earlier than we had initially reserved. The host explained that the property was available and our reservation was changed to include this earlier night. This new modified reservation was confirmed via email by the host. A few days before our trip, we communicated by phone for directions and were told that in order to accommodate another party, our first night (which had been clearly confirmed several weeks earlier by email) was no longer available. We had to scurry to change our airline reservations for a 10 hour flight at a certain cost, and yet no apology was ever offered by the host. Other than this unfortunate, annoying last minute change, our stay in the property was comfortable.

Romantic attic

The host was extremely welcoming and very helpful with plenty of tips .She welcomed us from the Vaporetto stop and walked us to the place. The place was sparkling clean , very cute, bigger than what we expected from the picture and the location is amazing because it's close to everything you need . We would definitely go back to this place .

The location was not bad and the apartment got enough light. Also there are enough things for cooking.

Even when the apartment was not rented after our check out we could not stay 2-3 extra hours our last day… and you have to leave the luggages in the hall at the main entrance to the building where other people lives. Which I don’t think is safe. Also there were few spider webs in the apartment. The bed could be more comfortable. Could be great to have a tv with Netflix

Lovely place to spend time in Venice in perfect location.

The location was superb. The interior was very nice and modern, the host met us in vaporeto station, help us with main atraction. There was a problem with heating and hot water, but they were fixed the next day. The host was ery helpfull

The bed was making a bit of noise when rolling over. There could be some shelf or table to put stuff in the bathroom. But all - in - all it is a very nice and bright apartment

Cozy apartment in the attic!

Small, but cozy apartment in the attic. It situated near Church of San Vidal and Bridge "Ponte dell' Accademia". Very clean and comfortable place with all the amenities, nice design, modern appliances... An ideal place to relax for a few days.

1. Please note that the google map displays the address incorrectly, the apartment is located near the Church of San Vidal. But this is 100% advantage! (cos there is quiet courtyard, fewer people, but very close to all attractions) 2. In the summer there are a lot of mosquitoes in Venice. It could be great to have a mosquito repellent in the apartment. 3. There is no shampoo in the apartment. So bring your own.
