Location was excellent for an overnight to walk and catch the ferry the next morning.
Absolutely no English spoken so know some Spanish.

This hotel was very economical. Basic accommodations, perfect to a quick stop-over. The staff were extremely friendly. The grounds were very nice.
No hot water. Nowhere to set your things.

This was great. Just a walk up the street from the ferry. Got there quick and got settled in fast before it rained. I was able to walk and get dinner and the bus to our next city pretty much pulls right up in front.
Cold showers but that is the whole country.

The staff was wonderful, very accommodating, and friendly. They were helpful throughout the entire stay. The check-in and check-out processes were super fast. Wifi was pretty speedy for being a rural location.
Pillows had what seemed to be mold on them. We didn't sleep on them due to that. The "dutcha" (heatable part of the shower head) didn't heat the water. Luckily it was hot so taking a mild to cold shower wasn't all that bad. But it would have been nice to have taken a warm/hot shower. Also, it would have been nice to have been told that the cable was not working due to TS Bonnie that had passed through the area a few days prior. Luckily the Wifi was fast enough that we were able to use our portable devices to gather the information (local news) that we would normally gather from cable TV.

Location to the beach.
Staff was nice but impossible to get a simple task done like get some towels after the cleaning ladies left. We slept in so we didn’t get a cleaning service for two days which was completely our fault and we also said that we didn’t need it. All we asked for were towels and this was a request that the desk couldn’t handle and had to call the owner into work at 11pm to open the closet and get them for us.

Very friendly straff and close to the port and beach! Nice hammock to relax in and friendly dog!

The staff has been very welcoming and helpful. They got me a taxi, an adaptator.
There is no breakfast included but they can get us a breakfast plate from somewhere near and it was delicious (typical breakfast from nicaragua with gallo pinto, eggs and platanos). It is very close from the ferry to Ometepe, walking distance. Internet was excellent.
It's a bit noisy but even though I was in the room closest to the street, I had no problem to sleep :)

The owner is wonderful, she helped us out a lot after we arrived there rather accidentally. The location is perfect if you're going to the island the next day, it's very close to the ferry. The room was nice and clean and the big garden is a plus.
There were some people talking very loudly in the morning, I'm not sure if it was another family or the staff.

Very close to the ferry in the end if you want to get to the ferry this is the best option
The staff did not know English and was very intent on knowing if we were Christian or not, after understanding the question and saying no he made some uncomfortable comments about the truth

The watchman is very friendly and ready to help of is needed.
The location is great. Just next to the main road of the town. It's very easy to take a taxi, bus or even the Ferry on your way to Ometepe Island. You should stay here.
