The location is good
The kitchen cabinets were broken, vanity was broken. Heat not working, the cleaning people left the old bedding at the apartment for 3 days. Bathrooms very dirty, hole in the ceiling. No amenities

location was excellent and spacious.
the noise early in the morning were very annoying. garbage truck was very loud.
trucks should not come this early in a residential area.
the sink in master bedroom was blocked and left a message but no one showed up since day one.

The only good this is that it's close by to the Champs Elysee however other than that we arrived at the property and there was dust everywhere, hygiene level on arrival was highly poor.
The fact that we had to stay in an apparently, luxury apartment when it was far from that, we booked an apartment with them and all of a sudden a week before they emailed us saying that it was already booked, how unprofessional. Also we arrived and a lovely lady was there she was the cleaner, she was still cleaning, which was fine by us. However there was dust everywhere, that even the host had to come to the property and take pictures to show their agency. It was terrible, also it was 40 degrees, the windows were small and full with dust, even the air conditioning that they provided dirty with dust, fire alarm had been removed, so safety level was terrible. It was a disappointing experience at this apartment. Its been two months and we still haven't received our refund, their communication is unprofessional as they don't want to pay it to us. We stated that we will provide an honest refund and they threaded us stated that if we do we won't receive our refund. Smh. Very dissapointing.

Very central, just off champs allyeese. Easy access of taxis, transport. Loads of restaurants around us.
Nowhere to hang our long dresses etc only low down rails in bedrooms. 7 women living out of suitcases. Nowhere to hang our outdoor jackets. Wardrobes full of clean linen, towels. No door handle on double bedroom, shower in 2nd double room leaking. Sofa had a hole in it. Smelly floor mop in cupboard. No instructions to work cooker, dishwasher. This flat is advertised as luxury, it is not. Supposed to be for 11 people, no way.
