Overall great!

Clean and comfortable

Concierge did not let us know that the train was out of order. We wasted a lot of time walking back and forth and in the end had to hire an uber, we almost missed our flight!

Frustrating. we wouldn’t stay there again.

The lift from the garage was out of order which made it very difficult to get our luggage up to the reception area. we had to climb stairs and go outside in the rain to get to the front door. We are both in our 70s and it was very difficult. Also we were told that there was no luggage trolley which would have helped us unload all our bags from the car at the front door instead of having to go down to the garage, than the next day we saw a luggage trolley in the reception area. Also we couldn’t get a light meal, we could only eat at the buffet at 25 Euros per head. Not a good impression of the hotel.

トランジットで利用しました。パリ五輪開催中だったので、主だったホテルは関係者に抑えられており、空港周辺のホテルは数件しか予約できなかった。返金不可で400ユーロ！五輪開催中とはいえ、このレベルのホテルで高すぎる。当日は空室があり269ユーロであった。だまされた気分。

Best value at CDG

The best value at CDG airport! Great room, good service, good breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious.

Even if it's the best value of the airport, it is still very expensive. Also, the path from the CDG-val train to the hotel is not well illuminated and could be better indicated.

If you like to sleep, I suggest avoiding this hotel.

Very friendly staff, and although the hotel was without heat or air, the bed and especially the pillows felt like sleeping on concrete, their shuttle to the airport charges $8 per person, and no one mentioned the cost, even the shuttle sign, the staff performed professionally and attempted to make things better.

I used to stay frequently at Holiday Inns, but the lack of room comfort and dysfunctional hotel design pushed me away. Unfortunately, nothing changed in 15 years. I will contact Holiday Inn directly to share more with them.

Comfortable and modern hotel close to the airport

Very comfortable room close to the CDG airport. Easy to access it and the airport with the shuttle that goes to all terminals. Some walking required to get to the hotel, but I appreciated the areas that were covered since it was raining. The rooms are updated and comfortable.

Good one night stay when landed late at night in Paris

Close to airport .. nice beds Breakfast plentiful !! Very good

Small bathroom , no face cloths , very Slippery shower And bath tub ( dangerous when wet ) Very difficult to find hair dryer it was hidden on side shelf . Should be In bathroom . Tea would be nice in room

It's a good option if you have an early flight at CDG as you can get to your terminal in 10-15 min.

Proximity to CDG airport. There's a free tram that's a walk of maybe 2 blocks away, partially covered if it's raining. The room was larger than your average European hotel room and was quiet considering the property is adjacent to the airport. A good location if you have an early a.m. flight.

Ideal location for overnight airport stay, nothing special

Standard basic breakfast with very little choice.

The first room we checked into had not been cleaned with hair on the duvet and dirtly floors. We complained and they immediately provided us with a different room but with no apology or explanation.

La taxe de séjour que vous m'avez fait payé de 10.40 euros qui ne correspond pas à ce qui était mentionné lors de ma réservation en novembre 2023. Explication pas trop claire car l'augmentation s'applique à partir des réservations effectuées en Janvier 2024 d'après votre collaboratrice JLOIR.

well located in the Hotel quarters of the airport, at the end of the street you can walk to the CDGVAL airport train (free) for Terminals 1,2 and 3. good value for money for a hotel airport. spacious room with a lot of international TV channels. Staff were courteous.

le buffet d'entrée et de desserts du repas du soir ne sont pas suffisants. Il faudrait bien indiquer comment se rendre de l'aéroport à votre hôtel avec le CDG val (même si ce n'est pas très loin, ce n'est pas logique pour tout le monde)

A good experience

The hotel is so easy to reach via Airport shuttle. If you have a longer layover and want to stay near by airport, it is a good place and the room I stayed in had a nice Panoramic view. The breakfast is good and there was lots of variety. liked it for sure.

The price seems a bit high. Depends on what is your budget.
