Very central, good description of how to find it
Parking was a bit complicated
3.8
Decor and location were great also fact the host had fans running in the bedrooms for when we arrived. Local parking is good if a short walk away (up hill) but when sunny not an issue. Bath is great although alot more homeless people hanging around than my previous visits.
Requests for parking info was very slow also a mix up regarding a deposit ontop of the credit card payment. I kept getting messages saying your bank needs to approve the deposit and I hadnt involved my bank and for a few minutes thought I'd been scammed. Anyway all sorted in the end via a call but unecessary hassle. Entrance is a bit of challenge with heavy cases and entry location is interesting but flat is great once you are in.

Confortable beds.
Good linen.
Central location.
Sizeable master bedroom.
Ok furniture.
Usable kitchen with all appliances needed for a stay.
Free parking when many hotels in Bath charge extra.
Dirty, gloomy and uninviting building entrance.
Narrow staircase to the apartment, making it difficult to carry suitcases up and down.
Strong smell of damp and mold in the common parts; less so in the apartment, but still persistent. During our stay, my throat was uncomfortable and my son developed a mild rash (allergy) on his cheeks.
Not very clean: rugs, carpets and sofa with stains; dusty; strong lingering smell (on top of humidity); in need of a proper clean, including the bathroom. What's the point of forcing guests to pay for cleaning if it isn't done properly?
The site manager wasn't helpful and couldn't have cared less about my grievances; his standards of cleanliness and customer service are not mine. No option but to stay, because we had paid in full and hotels nearby were full. Otherwise, we would have gone to a hotel on the spot.
TV not working properly: some public channels showed scrambled (problem with the installation).
Noisy: on a small but busy road, at an intersection; dripping noises woke me up during the night (it was raining; problem with gutters or something else in the building); noisy floors boards (there's only so much original features and authenticity that I can live with).
The parking space isn't near the apartment and not assigned (public spaces; only in the street), but in Zone 1 as long as you can find a space, which isn't assured. 10 to 20-minute walk back to the flat depending on where you can park.

Central location, few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, cafe's etc,
Night time noise

Location
Not particularly warm and bathroom in poor
condition

It was very central and a comfortable apartment
The information about the parking was misleading and it proved very difficult to get parking nearby, and impossible one evening when there was a rugby match on. When I phoned to get some help, I did not find the staff member very helpful.
3.8
Location was close to city center and walking distance to all amenities. Great for shopping
There was hot water.
Nice nespresso machine & coffee but no tea
The apartment had one 1 bathroom and it was not comfortable for 6 people sharing. The living room was very small and it was a tight fit
The noise at night from the street was unbearable. We slept so badly and I came home exhausted. There are pubs/clubs so close that you could hear shouting all night until early hours of the morning for all the 3 nights we stayed
The kitchen is poorly equipped. Not enough glasses. No oven gloves and the pans are rotten and need throwing away and replacing. There was chipped crockery and the extractor hood didn't work.
There was no way to control the heating as it was preset. It switched itself off all night and it was FREEZING!!
It been marketed as a luxury apartment but nothing about it is luxury except for the price 😢
I tried to contact the owner multiple times but emails bounced back and the number they gave is a landline which doesn't work for WhatsApp. They sent me basic instrcutions only on the day of check-in which is way too late, I wanted it a week before at least. Hosts seem to not care about guests comfort at all, just after the income. Never even contacted us to ask how we were getting on and if we needed any help!
Highly do not recommend this apartment unless you are planning on clubbing all night and not sleeping anyway. Really disappointed......

I liked the decoration and utility of the kitchen.
It has no lift. Small, dangerous and uncomfortable stairs to climb suitcases. It said view of the city... Lie!. Not luxory it is a normal apartment, and a bit small.
We were 5 people and only two beds. I was not given additional bedding for the sofa bed.
3.8
Location was brilliant- very central. Spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Brilliant shower! Easy to contact hosts- quick replies to WhatsApp messages.
The code that I received for the actual flat was incorrect, so I couldn’t get in straight away, however host quickly rectified when I messaged on WhatsApp. Also I think perhaps a welcome sheet for guests could have been useful, as I had to message host 2 more times to ask for small things, such as where sofa bed bedding was kept, and how to lock the door to the apartment- all of these things could be included on a welcome sheet like other properties do. However, the host was very quick at replying when I did ask for these things so it wasn’t a problem particularly.
3.8
central location and comfortable bed and living space.
entrance to property very poor, scruffy and smell of damp, also no soundproofing from property above which meant every movement was loud and creaking day and night. Bathroom could do with some updating.
3.8
Excellent location, very comfy beds.
The building entrance is in a terrible state and the flat is directly above an off license pumping loud music all day long!
We had to ask the off license staff to turn the volume down constantly throughout our stay, sometime several times a day.
The second bedroom is very small, not space to store clothes etc…
the flat is furnished almost entirely like an IKEA showroom and apart from the beds is not particularly comfortable.
The booking process was dreadful and stressful until the last minute, we had to pay a security deposit late the night before arriving or we would not be allowed access to the flat!
it took 5 attempts to organise the security deposit.

Perfect location very comfy beds
Decor on entering property was poor and stairs were not great to get up to flat
3.8
Lovely apartment, excellent location - really close to the city centre. Great facilities and comfy beds. Would 100% stay again.
Area is really quite noisy, flat is quite close to a nightclub.
3.8
Clean, good size bedrooms and provision of tea, coffee and toiletries - close to centre of Bath.
The over the top form filling pre arrival for our one night- having to upload photos of passports etc. The abrupt and rather soulless pre arrival communications and notifications of more information needed. The lack of help with parking - there was no response to our request for how to access their stated free parking so we found our own. We only put up with this as we were led to believe this was a ‘Luxury’ property. On arrival we carried all our luggage up the road and used the pin code sent to my phone to try to access the property. This did not work and my husband tried to phone the owner but there were problems with the line so we were stuck outside for 35 mins until I was able to get help from the lovely lady in the nail shop below who took pity on us and let us use her line. When we got through, the flat owner was polite but just stated the obvious- the code we had tried was the wrong code but didn’t explain why we had not been sent the correct code earlier! We were then at last able to gain access but were shocked to see the state of the entrance to this ‘luxury’ accommodation. It was a dark, dank smelling, narrow staircase up to the flat. The door opened straight into a rather cramped lounge/dining room, pleasant but certainly not the luxury we expected for the price- obviously they mean small when they say boutique. We were then presented with a card of instructions on how we had to strip the beds ourselves and pack into the bags provided, then collect and tie up the rubbish bags and that the minimum charge for things not left as instructed was £50! After the long delay in getting into the place- we didn’t feel welcome at all!

The size and location were both great. comfortable enough for 6 people.
It was a bit load on Saturday night due to the nearby taxi rank.
3.8
Lovely apartment, perfect for what we wanted and close to all the shops and restaurants.
3.8
The location was great, lots of places to eat close by, coffee shops and easy access to the shops. The apartment was nicely decorated and a good size for a short stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.
The shower looked so promising with it's huge shower head but the water pressure let it down. The entrance to the property was run down and a bit smelly but I understand that this is due to be updated.
3.8
property was exactly as described and provided lots of helpful bits and bobs.
the sheets for the bed-settee in the living room were not ideal. could have done with a kingsize. (this is a very minor quibble though)
3.8
nothing
the property says boutique in my opinion 3star the place was shabby the bathroom disgusting the net curtains were black the bedding needed to be binned no wardrobe or drawers the door to apartment was not fit for purpose we tried to get another hotel but they were full I won’t be booking with booking.com again

Mattress toppers made the beds very comfortable
Location was excellent
Kitchen had everything except for oven gloves!
Loved the coffee machine and dishwasher
Hair dryer and white noise device is in the main bedroom
Was straight forward to get into property
Was difficult to find a car parking space and unable to unload outside the property also with the flight of stairs makes it difficult with a baby and a pram but we just about managed!
Was rather noisy from below but used some relaxation music to get to sleep
No oven gloves in kitchen
3.8
excellent location and amenities, fully equipped kitchen , good shower
the entrance and steps
3.8
excellent location, great advice from owner on local parking and access. Some reviews mentioned street noise, but we found owner had taken extra precautions to mitigate this and we weren’t disturbed by traffic.
Maybe a door from sleeping accommodation/bathroom into kitchen/living room would be appropriate.
3.8
The location very central and close to all the attractions and restaurants.
The flat kitchen was well furnished with access to tea, coffee and cleaning products.
Good size bedrooms, nice modern decor and very clean.
Clear instructions from the host that replied very quickly to any message and arranged a parking permit for us.
The shower and the sink flooded, we contacted the host but he didn’t manage to fix the shower in time and some of us couldn’t wash their hair and we couldn’t properly enjoy the shower.
Maybe the flat could accommodate better 4 adults as it gets tight with 6 adults and only one bathroom.
3.8
Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean so met all the requirements. Safe and secure entry and exit. Dogs accepted so delighted.
Steep stairs and VERY noisy neighbours. YMCA visitors and clubs close by made sleeping very difficult in the early hours. Also, upstairs apartment floorboards very squeaky and loud, again in the early hours. Sad really as apartment was lovely.
3.8
The instructions to get into the flat was so easy.
Everything was perfect.
3.8
Central location. Nicely furnished and clean apartment.
3.8
Location was perfect and although noisy nice to be in the thick of it.
Nicely decorated and fairly well equipped
Mattress's where really uncomfortable and need replacing.
Cleaning under bed and sofa not good although rest of place was clean.
Only 1 red wine glass which was very odd thankfully we didn't really eat in but had we that would of been an issue. Its call Luxury so need a bit more luxury!!
3.8
Good central location - near everything
Good fixtures and fittings
Host support
Very noisy (white noise machine provided but think unlucky with people upstairs)
The entrance hall and stairs to the flats (not the flat itself) is not what you’d expect for a city centre luxury flat. Needs a good clean.
3.8
The property was shining clean and the host was very helpful about the location and the parking. Being situated in the heart of the town, it provided a very easy access, by walking, to the all tourist attractions nearby.
3.8
Everything else was great! Great central location, easy to access through the key in the shop downstairs at any time, clean, well decorated and furnished, fully equipped.
Our only dislike was that there was quite a lot of noise from people outside which could be heard quite loudly in the smaller bedroom throughout the night, but earplugs were provided and it was not completely unexpected given the central location. It's a little snug for 6 people but exactly what you would expect from a 2 bedroom flat.
3.8
The location is fantastic, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, pubs and historical sites. There is a convenience store below the apartment and a Waitrose just a short walk away.
