Goede en vriendelijk ontvangst. Mochten al vroeg in onze kamer. Alles netjes en schoon. Prima bed. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Gericht op Thais eten en zo hoort het ook.
Geen waterkoker op de kamer maar in de lobby staan thee en koffiefaciliteiten. Dat maakte alles weer goed.

The rooms and the facilities are great. Price is ok
The breakfast, must improve a lot
4.0
The hotel is located near the central area, very close to the main malls in Bangkok. I recommend the rooms with a balcony, because the rest of the rooms have small windows and cannot be opened. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly.
Smoking is allowed only on the hotel's terrace, very well furnished with tables and chairs, but also a very comfortable sofa.
Near the hotel, there is a 7 eleven store, where you can buy almost anything.
The breakfast is quite poor, but still you find food even for Europeans. Unfortunately, after 12 at night, you cannot buy a water/juice (the fridge is closed by the restaurant staff).

1. Near to BTS Station.
2. Provides free tuk tuk to( BTS ratachatwatei and National stadium from hotel ) only
1. Breakfast wasn't good. Almost repetitive item.
Not worth the money!!
2. Asked for a cutlery item as i ordered food from outside for dinner. Staff refused to provide and asked me to buy from 7/11.
3. Tuk tuk service from the hotel is off on Sunday!!

The location is a bit far away from BTS/MRT, but quite near to local market which I really like
1. Location: You have to take a taxi all the time if you need to go as the hotel is quite far away. You need to walk more than 10 mins to reach the nearest station
2. Room: The room is not 100% noise canceling, you basically can hear everything outside. And the window inside the room can not be opened. The sink is outside the bathroom, which is not convenient so far. You have to walk out every time you used it
3. TukTuk service: Tuk Tuk service is not available after 6pm but only informed when asked
4. Staff: Some are nice, some are not but overall, we got "No" all the time, no additional dish, no lighter, no box, ...
5. Pool: The pool is really poor, looking good in pictures but poor in reality

The rooms are well maintained and super clean
There's No smoking room available.. and the balcony doesn't have any light and it's hot due to air-conditioner compressor..

I liked the location and that’s it.
- I asked to see the room before paying and weirdly they said their policy wouldn’t allow me so I paid.
- I found the room very uncomfortable and the ceiling was very low, I’m 180 tall which is average but still can easily reach the ceiling by my hand.
- They change my room 3 times due to Aircon problems.
- The morning staff were not very nice and when I asked for the 1 hour delay in my check in by them to have it in my check out they threatened me with very rude tone that they will charge me for the whole day.
bottom line this is my worst EXPERIENCE in Bangkok.

location to BTS and MBK
rooms a bit small and I could hear other guests talking late night.

Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff.
I simply enjoyed the stay
nothing

Modern room with all necessary amenities. Comfortable enough for a few days. About a 7 minute walk from the BTS train and 2 mins away from a 7/11. One BTS stop away from Siam so convenient if that’s where you’d like to be. Can also use the airport rail link and train to get to the hotel instead of taking a shuttle or taxi (luggage dependent). Great service received from staff.
I wouldn’t stay here longer than 3 nights. Balconies aren’t private. We could hear everything happening in the passage and people talking in room next door. Pool is a bit small and located next to the parking area.

lovely and clean, staff were very friendly
only slight negative was the breakfast as the main spread was a pad Thai or what in England you’d consider a main dinner, then cereal and toast
1.0
Location, comfortable beds.
1. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t get no sleep at all. You can hear everything - people walking in the hallway, housekeeping being very loud every morning starting at 6 am, everything that’s going on in the next room. Had to call the reception 2 times to call them down, one time they didn’t pick up. That was the worst part.
2. No windows in the room,
construction next door. No fresh air.
3. We bought some mangos and after eating some stains were left on the towel (they didn’t give us a knife since it’s their “policy”). Housekeeping left a note demanding 200 THB because it wouldn’t “wash off” (they put it in the sink in the water and said it “didn’t work”). We had to give it to the laundry next door and it came off perfectly, of course. Service is just really, really bad. I would not recommend staying here, you can get much better value for the same price elsewhere.
