The apartment was comfortable, clean, lives up to the reviews, and feels very safe.

The property was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It’s functional and in great proximity to Downtown Boise. I’d definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again!

It was exceptionally clean, great value for the money, super location, easy parking.

Walls are very thin. You can hear people walking above you, TVs in the next room, but there isn’t anything that can be done about it. It is what it is.

Perfect place to stay for a week in Boise.

Property was fully updated. It was located in a quiet neighborhood right outside of downtown. Everything was in the apartment that a person would need for a comfortable stay.

It’s tough to criticize, but I probably wouldn’t stuff all of the coffee fixings inside the carafe. It was difficult to get out.

Everything. Why anyone on a business trip would stay in a hotel is beyond me. This place was amazing. Tastefully decorated, quiet neighborhoods, close to BSU. Would definitely stay here again no matter business or pleasure.

Nice place, close to everything. Good to stay in one place for our three week visit.

Location was great. Pool was great. Nice little space with a kitchen. Quiet for the most part. Parking spot close to the unit. Fitness center was pretty well equipped.

Walk in shower would have been nice. Bed was a little hard as was the sofa. Would have preferred a ground floor unit. However all of these issues are mainly due to me recovering from knee surgery. If not for that, everything would have been fine.

We were able to see much of the town, see a concert, and visit the gardens in a short period of time.

Clean, convenient, and good size two bedroom, two bath. Easy ride to a beautiful downtown.

It’s common, but noisy neighbors. I’m not sure if there were permanent residence or renters.

Came for concert, fell in love with apartment

The entire apartment smelled so clean and was so clean when we arrived. It was in a great location as we had come for the Kelsea Ballerini concert so it was perfect for us!

Absolutely loved this apartment and if in Boise again will definitely stay here again!! 👍

Loved the property. Easy to access. Great place, with everything you need. Pool was excellent.

One thing needed is a clothes airer for when you wash your clothes. 👍

Apt well appointed, very clean with sufficient amenities for two.

I would prefer that there was either a keyed lock entry or an an interior half dead bolt to secure door while in apt so that it could not be opened from outside. Single keys can be easily copied and used later by a former occupant.

So clean and well located! Easy to find and access!

Carports are by their very nature hard to work in a massive truck, but that’s not something you can fix.

Our original rental had an issue before arrival so manager Dan Duer provided us with another unit at a different location that worked out perfectly.

Cleah, modern apartment/hotel for your stay in Boise.

The property is very well-appointed. Our apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of four. When we travel, we love to have a kitchen so we don’t have to eat out all the time. The pool and workout facility were great. The pool is large, and my kids loved it, and the gym was well-maintained with a variety of equipment. It was super hot when we were there, and the AC was excellent.

I like ceiling fans in the bedroom, but it was not a huge deal since AC worked well. otherwise, all was fine.
